Once Upon a Tide, Edgewater 413T3 beachfront in Panama City Beach, Florida. Located in Tower III on the fourth floor of Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort, this is the perfect place for your dream vacation. This condo has 1,366 square feet of living space and 119 square foot balcony, with plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Sleeps up to 8, in 1 King bed, 2 Double beds, and 2 Bunk beds that are great for the kids. You'll LOVE this place with it's upscale coastal decor and all the amenities.
A 2-3 night minimum stay is required except for the Summer Season-Memorial Day through the First Weekend of August when there is 7 night minimum with check in on Saturday, check out the following Saturday. Minimum rental age is 25. No Pets. No smoking or vaping inside the condo, please.

The great room overlooks the shimmering white sands of and emerald waters of Panama City Beach. Enjoy the view from the great room, dining area and kitchen! Stretch out on the queen sleeper sofa and love seat. There's plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. Enjoy the large flat screen TV with Roku Streaming. Step out onto the oceanfront balcony and take in the salt air.
The open floor plan flows from the great room into the ocean front dining area that seats four at the table with even more seating at the bar. After dinner, step right out onto the balcony for drinks as you watch the amazing sunsets.
The large well-equipped kitchen has a magnificent view of the ocean, too. It has stainless appliances including a full-sized refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher. Dinnerware, glassware, flatware, cookware and more are provided. You'll enjoy making a quick snack or cooking a gourmet meal in this kitchen!
The Starfish Main Suite has a luxurious king-sized bed, with a private adjoining bathroom. With soft high thread count linens and a comfortable bed, you'll feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. Enjoy the flat screen TV, too. The main bath has beautiful granite countertops, high end cabinetry, and a tub/shower combo.

The Seven Seas second bedroom has 2 full-sized beds with adjoining bath that offers a large garden tub/shower combination. There is a flat screen TV in this bedroom, too.
The Crew's Quarters are so much fun for the kids. The built-in bunk beds are the perfect place for the kids to hang out. Bunk beds are for the kids only, please!
There is a full-size washer and dryer. High thread count sheets and fluffy cotton towels are included. Roku HD Streaming throughout the property at no additional charge. Bring your computer and 'surf by the surf' with free Lux Speed high-speed WiFi access.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The beachfront Lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet of pure pleasure with four beachfront hot tubs. There are restaurants and a bar located nearby, too. There are plenty of pool lounges for relaxing by the pool. For an additional charge, you can rent a Select Pool Lounge Set or a poolside Cabana with all the luxury amenities. The kids splash pad is available for and additional charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool and hot tub. The Villas have pools and hot tubs, too. There are a total of 12 pools at Edgewater.

Summer entertainment includes Beach Bonfires-Hermit Crab Races-Photo Scavenger Hunts-Beach Basketball-Beach Volleyball-Sound of the Conch Sunsets- Dive in Movies-Steel Drums- Poolside DJs-Karaoke-Polynesian Fire Dancers and more! There may be a charge for some events.

The nine-hole, par three executive golf course is located near the Villas. There are 10 lighted Plexicushion tennis courts, and a complete pro-shop for equipment rental for tennis and golf. The fitness center features treadmills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, ellipticals, rowing machines and stairmaster machines. The game room offers video games and there is volleyball on the beach.

On-site services include Ocean's Bar & Grill beachfront restaurant that also offers room service and poolside dining, pizza shop, poolside bar and Edgie's beach store with Starbucks and ice cream (small shops are seasonal).
