The great room overlooks the shimmering white sands of and emerald waters of Panama City Beach.  Enjoy the view from the great room, dining area and kitchen!  Stretch out on the queen sleeper sofa and love seat.  There’s plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. Enjoy the large flat screen TV.  Step out onto the oceanfront balcony and take in the salt air.

The open floor plan flows from the great room into the ocean front dining area that seats four at the table with even more seating at the bar.  After dinner, step right out onto the balcony.

The large well-equipped kitchen has a magnificent view of the ocean, too.  It has a full-sized refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher.  Dinnerware, glassware, flatware, cookware and more are provided.  You’ll enjoy making a quick snack or cooking a gourmet meal in this kitchen!   

The Starfish Master Suite has a luxurious king-sized bed, with a private adjoining bathroom.  With soft high thread count linens and a comfortable bed, you'll feel like you are sleeping on a cloud.  Enjoy the flat screen TV, too.  The master bath has beautiful granite countertops, high end cabinetry, and a tub/shower combo.

The Seven Seas bedroom has 2 full-sized beds with adjoining bath that offers a large garden tub/shower combination.  There is a flat screen TV in this bedroom, too.

The Crew’s Quarters are so much fun for the kids.  The built-in bunk beds are the perfect place for the kids to hang out.  Bunk beds are for the kids only, please!

There is a full-size washer and dryer. High thread count sheets and fluffy cotton towels are included. Free local and US long distance phone calls, too. Bring your computer and 'surf by the surf' with free high-speed internet access.

Comfortably sleeps up to 4, two in the king sized oceanfront master suite and 2 on the queen sleeper sofa with comfy gel mattress in the great room which is also oceanfront. You'll fall in love with the bright red striped sofa & love seat in the family room. Curl up in the comfy leather swivel recliner. Relax in the yellow teacup swivel chair. Swivel to see the fabulous ocean view or swivel to see the man-sized flat screen wall mounted TV with HD. Watch your favorite shows or sports on cable or use the DVD/Blue-ray player to watch movies. Listen to your favorite music on the stereo, you can bring your own discs or use your own device.

The Grandview Master suite boasts a gulf front view with a king sized pillow top bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The bright, cheerful furnishings include ample storage, a hand painted TV console, 2 swivel chairs and table for private conversation. The bed's memory foam topper makes this a comfortable retreat. The wall mounted flat screen TV has HD, too and a DVD/BlueRay player.

Edgewater is a kid friendly place! There's always lots to do. We even provide a pack 'n play for our guests who need a crib for baby. Please bring your baby's favorite bedding, since this is not provided in the linen package.

The kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare a gourmet meal or quick breakfast, lunch or a special snack. Dishes, pots, pans, silverware, blender, drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine, too!  See the ocean from your kitchen and have plenty of room to cook and enjoy your vacation.

The dining area has a table and 4 chairs with 2 bar stools. This makes it comfortable to eat in or to sit and play board games or cards.

The Tropical Breeze Bathroom is a second full bath decorated in bright tropical colors. It is a great guest bathroom and is also perfect for those who are sleeping on the sofa bed. It makes getting ready to go out so much easier when everyone has their own bathroom!

They don't call them 'The World's Most Beautiful Beaches' for nothing!! In this condo, you'll be sleeping 'right on the beach'. This unit is has spectacular sunset views from the bedroom, living room and balcony. Walk to shops and restaurants. Pier Park is just a short drive away. Your rental includes parking passes that must be picked up at our office before arrival at Edgewater.  The complex has ample parking on site. Parking rules are enforced by the Condo Association.  Parking passes are required for all vehicles. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

Minimum rental age is 25.  No Pets.  No smoking or vaping inside the condo, please.
