Very Nice Place

Very nice place. Grandchildren loved the bunk room. Did not cook at all but close restaurants. Nice area for my puppy to walk.

As soon as we walked in the door of our condo I was happy that it smelled so clean! Everything was perfect from the view, cleanliness, the master bed was hard to get out of in the mornings! The only issue we had was a couple of chairs and a dresser was damaged, but there were still plenty other places to sit. Not only was the condo itself nice and clean, but we watched the Grand Panama staff work hard every morning making sure the property was maintained as well. We look forward to coming back!

Perfect Family Vacation!

Check in/out was simple and the condo was clean and well maintained. We didn't experience any issue the week of our stay. Will be returning again and highly recommend.

Very clean room(beds, bathrooms, kitchen, etc), nice and caring staff, pools were cleaned daily, kid friendly, available parking.

This was our first visit to Grand Panama. We enjoyed the experience very much. Had a wonerful time. The condo was great. Beautiful weather most of the time on our visit. Good location. Close to alot of things to do. Loved the view.  We all loved the roof top pool. My husband said it was the most relaxing vacation. Definitely a place we will come be back to in the future.

Great week at the beach! We very much enjoyed the condo ad the beds were super comfy! Nothing missing from the well-stocked kitchen! The view is beautiful and weather cooperated most of the week. Great job! Thanks again for an relaxing vacation

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! The entire condo was decorated with lovely, modern decor . Beds were very comfortable. The view was breathtaking. The only downfall (other than the red tide coming in which can't be controlled by any human) was that the toilet in the hall bathroom made a loud whistling noise when flushed. We would definitely stay here again though. Thanks for an enjoyable trip.

We spent a week here and loved it and the resort. We did check in on memorial day weekend and parking,and elevators were a nightmare. After Monday however the resort was quiet and we were very happy with it.We loved unit 1706 it was beautiful and the beds were so soft. The view cannot be beat!

I enjoyed everything. One of the days there we lost water but within a few hours we had water back so it wasn't terrible but I did enjoy every bit of the trip and the room! The view was AWESOME! Thank you

This condo was perfect for a relaxing, peaceful vacation. All the beds were super comfy, excellent view, and decor was amazing! And..... not to mention, my boyfriend proposed during the sunset!!!! Total AWESOMENESS!!

The place is exactly as pictured and described. Getting into the room and leaving was a breeze. The location is great and we were surrounded by plenty of things to do. The only complaint I have is that the parking is $20 a spot and each condo is only allowed 2 cars. I was not informed of this when I booked and my group had 3 cars. The place would not budge and did not give us a 3rd spot. The 3rd car had to park off the property which forced us to leave a car in an unsecured area.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Panama in room 1706. The room was clean and nicely decorated with a gorgeous view of the water. I was very comfortable for the duration of my stay. Emerald Beach Properties was amazing. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Overall, a 5 star experience.

We stayed in unit 1706 for a week and loved it! The view is amazing we had plenty of room for the 6 of us to spread out. The kids loved the pool. It was our first trip to PCB and it was gorgeous we will definitely be back. Only downside we found to The Grand Panama was the parking but you get use to it.

THIS CONDO IS EXCELLENT. THE FLOOR PLAN IS PERFECT AND IS VERY ROOMY. I REALLY LIKED THE 2 FULL BATHROOMS-THE BALCONY IS GREAT AND THE VIEW OF THE BEACH IS BEAUTIFUL. I LOVED SITTING ON THE BALCONY, IN LIVING ROOM, AND IN THE BED ROOM AND LISTENING TO THE WAVES AND WIND-SIMPLY BREATHTAKING-THE LOCATION OF THE CONDO COULDNT BE BETTER-IT IS IN WALKING DISTANCE OF MANY BUSINESSES FOR SHOPPING AND EATING. I CANT WAIT TO VISIT AGAIN ;)

My husband and myself, our daughter, son-in-law and grandson stayed in this unit for a long weekend in April. We had a wonderful time. The pictures and descriptions on the website were exactly what we saw when we arrived. It was spotless and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were roomy and the bathrooms were huge! The private balcony was the best! The condo was close to everything, including Pier Park and many excellent restaurants. The parking garage was great and made getting back and forth from our vehicles to the room very easy.The elevators were fast and the staff were all very courteous and helpful. There was a small shallow pool next to the large pool and hot tub that the grand baby loved! All this sits on the most beautiful white sandy beach! Paradise! We will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful condo, my favorite part was the bed - it was SO comfortable with the mattress topper. The little bunk room was large enough for a 20 year old guy to sleep in, and was often the "napping" place for the rest of us. The elevators were extremely quick and there were three of them so you never have to wait very long. Another Broken Egg Cafe is on the back of the property and has the best breakfast I've had anywhere. We have rented from Sarah Condos before and they have always been very prompt to return a call or email, and they are very interested in making sure their renters have a good stay. There are plenty of good restaurants within a short drive of here. The garage parking is on the other side of the street which is a blessing when traffic is heavy because you can take Hutchinson Avenue instead of Front Beach Road and get anywhere you want to go much faster.

We just spent 6 wonderful weeks in this condo and enjoyed it very much. We were blessed with great weather as well. The Condo was perfect in every way: so comfortable with a spectacular view from the balcony. Being able to call home (no charge) at any time was also a bonus. We would certainly recommend this unit.

WOW!! Your Grand Panama condo was wonderful. I have been renting condos for my family for over 20 years in PCB. I can honestly say --this condo had it all. You thought of everything. The decor was excellent and well, I don't even have Wolfgang Puck at home! What a beautiful place. Sarah Condos were genuinely kind and it was nice to know you cared so much that we had a great vacation. Thanks so much sharing your property with us--we loved it. Like I said--you thought of it all!!

Had a wonderful time at The Grand Panama. This condo has the space you need for your family as well as a touch of the owners personality mixed in. The art work in this place alone will keep you busy for hours. Thank you Sarah Condos for sharing these amazing charter maps of you sons adventures at sea. The kids loved the bunk room with the funky furniture. Two king size beds was a treat as well. Best pool in Panama City by far. I think I found my new favorite place to stay. See you again soon I hope.

We just came back from PCB for a week during July 4th week. The condo was great and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. The king size beds in each room was great and very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the bunk room, which had there own TV. The beach view from balcony was great. We sat out there and had a few drinks on the 4th watching the beautiful fireworks show that was at the end of the city pier. Condo was clean, located near, Publix, Walmart and Pier Park. We eat a Spinnaker's twice for dinner and food was great. We also made our visit to Captain Jack's Seafood Buffet for all you can eat crab legs. The buffet is ok, if you like crab legs you will enjoy them. I got my moneys worth. You will not be disappointed with this condo.
