Parrothead Paradise, Boardwalk 1101, is one of the best beach getaways in Panama City Beach, Florida! Located right on the majestic Gulf Of Mexico. This fabulous 11th floor 4 bedroom wrap around condo has plenty of space for everyone in your party. With nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, granite counter tops, ceiling fans throughout and huge soaking tubs and showers with shower massages, this condo has it all! From your two private beachfront balconies, you'll overlook a 1,700-foot expanse of sugar white sands known for generations as the "Miracle Mile"! This property comfortably sleeps up to 12 in 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, two queen sleeper sofas and a set of bunk beds for the kids.

A 2-3 night minimum stay is required. Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed by the Resort. No smoking or vaping except in designated smoking areas on the first and ground floor. Smoking & vaping is prohibited inside the condo, on balconies, in elevators, elevator lobbies, stairwells, walkways to units, and pool decks.
The Boardwalk Beach Resort has all the amenities you expect from a first class vacation destination. The zero entry pool is exquisite with its own waterfall and extensive decks for sunbathing and relaxing. The children's pool and play area has interactive fountains that will thrill the youngsters and an observation deck for parents to enjoy the view.

They don't call them "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches" for no reason!! In this property, you'll be sleeping right on the beach. This unit is located on the east end of the building and has spectacular sunrise views from both balconies and the guest bedroom window.

Sleep to the gentle sounds of the ocean in the Captain's Main suite's comfy king-size bed. The nautical themed main suite opens on to the Gulf front balcony. You'll enjoy the luxury linens and the amazing comfy king mattress. Switch on the large flat screen TV and enjoy your favorite programs. Let your cares float away in the main bathroom's fantastic garden tub overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the Signal Hill golf course.

You can sleep to the sounds of the ocean from the Panama Cottage guest bedroom, too! You'll enjoy a luxurious queen size bed and a window with a picture postcard ocean and golf course view. This room has a wall mounted TV. The adjacent bathroom has a tub and shower combination with a handheld shower massage.

The Crew's quarters is every kid's dream. It's a real room, not just a bunk bed in a hallway. The kids get a chest of drawers and a night stand. It even has its own TV! Note bunk beds are not suitable for use by persons over 100 lbs.

The First Mate's second main suite has a private entry and a private ocean and golf course view balcony. It has a king-size bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The electronics package includes a wall mounted TV that can be adjusted for viewing from either the bed or the sofa. The efficiency kitchen in this suite has a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker for preparing simple meals and snacks. You can relax in the garden tub or enjoy a hot shower after a day at the beach in the luxurious en suite bathroom!

Both covered and uncovered parking are available adjacent to the building. Your 4 Bedroom Condo includes 3 parking passes and 12 arm bands. This is the maximum on-site parking allowed per condo. Additional parking is available in several offsite parking lots for a daily fee.

Great Place

Loved the parrot head and the Broadway! Will stay again. Location was great! No issues with pool, kids loved the kiddie pool. Need a few more glasses and silverware but we made it work.

My family usually goes to the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area for our annual beach trip and this year we wanted to do something different. I haven't been to PCB since I was 16 and now I'm 45 but I'm so glad we decided to go this year. The condo was in a great location and was beautiful and most importantly comfortable! The unit we had slept 12 but we only had 7 guest so everyone had a bed to sleep in. We had a couple of issues with the appliances but I text the property management and they were there right away to address them. Check in was at 5pm but we had gotten an email that said we needed to go to the property management office to pick up our packet and we decided to go down early and grab that with our wrist bands so we cld spend the day on the beach while we waited for our condo which really gave us another day on the beach that we wouldn't have had. I will say that when we arrived to pick those up they said the email was sent my mistake and that our bands wld be in the room once it was cleaned but we got lucky because the ones that were to clean the room had not arrived to pick up that packet so they gave them to us anyway. I would recommend, if you want to do this, to call ahead and ask them to hold your packet and let them know what you plan to do. They were super nice and very accommodating! The beach area was great and because this condo doesn't have a condo to the left you can set a tent up right next to the beach if you get up early enough to grab a spot! We really enjoyed that part because normally you have to set up behind all the rental beach chairs. I must say that the beach and water is way better than Gulf Shores/Orange Beach and worth the extra drive! It's a lot more shallow closer to the beach so you can walk out further into the ocean and the color of the water is amazing! If your on the edge about weather you should go, do it and this is a great property to do it at!! #mynewfavoriteplace

My training partners and our families stayed at this unit for IMFL 2019. This unit had everything we needed from space, amenities and VIEW for our stay!! It is very well appointed with decor and furnishings, and the welcome package was also a nice touch upon arrival. Karen was very attentive to our needs/requests and was quick to respond to the few questions we did have. While IM is already a stressful weekend, we were glad to experience a stress free check-in, stay and check-out process - seamless!! Boardwalk was amazing. A wonderful place to stay. The view was absolutely amazing! The pool felt great and the walk to the ocean was easy and convenient. The bar area was clean and easy to get to and plenty of seating! I recommend the boardwalk to everyone. Emerald beach properties, thank you for giving us such a great place to stay. It truly was a week in paradise!

Our family found 1101 Boardwalk to be very nice. The condo was clean and accommodating. The premises is well secured and Emerald Beach Properties was great to work with. I highly recommend this property management company in helping make your vacation enjoyable. Overall I would stay at 1101 again without question.

Our greeting, as we arrived, started us off perfectly. Often times the employees that work the entrance are grumpy and hot, but ours were friendly and excited. It really makes a difference!! Everyone was extremely helpful. The music by the pool was so much fun. The pool was kept clean And so refreshing!! We purchased chairs by the beach and spent most of our time down there. Service was impeccable. Our room was beautiful!! The view was beyond breathtaking!! We enjoyed a weeks worth of fun family time. The air conditioning was plenty cool and the kitchen was well stocked. The only two complaints we have during the entire week are minuscule. First the Internet service at this facility is terrible. I had children who were in online summer school and struggle to get the Internet to work to do homework. The Internet being slow also affected the TV service. We did not watch much TV at all but a couple evenings wanted some quiet time to watch a movie and relax and struggled to get the TVs to work quickly. It would take up to 15 minutes for the service to load. I have read many positive reviews about the foam mattress on the bed. If you sleep with a significant other and like to cuddle in the middle of the bed… The foam mattress is divided into two pieces and you will fall in the middle in the master suite. The foam mattresses are simply a matter of preference and I prefer regular mattresses… But I will say that we still slept well. We had an absolutely amazing week We greatly enjoyed being able to walk downstairs for happy hour drinks and even ate dinner at the bar one night. I feel like we were in a very special exclusive vacation spot. We were very comfortable and loved our time !!

Property was roomy enough for the 8 of us. The master bedroom had a super comfy mattress which gave me the best sleep I've had in a while. It was a very nice clean place.

Rented 2 condos for group participating in the Florida Ironman at PCB. Location and amenities were perfect. Condo's were well furnished, clean and fantastic views from the porches. We will be back!

We were very pleased and impressed with the condo. We had 3 families with children and there was plenty of room and space. The bedrooms and baths were comfortable and very spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed from muffin pans to champange glasses. Just perfect. There was a nice surprise in a closet. Everykind of beach toy and accessory you needed. Elevators were fast and building was very clean. So close to everything. The owners were so easy to work with. We plan to stay at the same condo next year and hopefully everyyear. Have stayed at alot of condos through the years and this was by far the nicest. Of course loved the lockout suite for the Grandparents. Perfect getaway for rest and relaxation. Thanks again for making our trip extra special.

Our family of 6 adults and one infant had the opportunity to stay in this condo along with the adjoining C-1112. The condos were both lovely as well as spacious. The condos were well stocked with kitchenware, bath towels, sheets, and even beach chairs and boogie boards. The facility's workout room, pool, and beautiful view of the gulf were just what we were looking for. We feel very fortunate to have found the website that led us to this wonderful vacation. Spectacular! The reception for my son's wedding was held at the Boardwalk convention center so we rented these units for the bridal party to use the day & night before the wedding and the night of. It was perfect! The groom's party were on the same floor but opposite side of the building in 1111 & 1112. This allowed the videographer/photographer great access to both the bride and groom the morning of the wedding. We held a bridal brunch the day before the wedding in the condo and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. The furnishings and decor were first class and......what a beautiful view from EVERY window. The management team were so helpful and accommodating. Thank you to the owners of this beautiful unit for making such a perfect place for our kids to begin their married life together!

Beach chairs can be rented from the beach kiosk. You can rent daily or weekly, just speak with the attendant.

You can also bring your own chairs for the beach. Some guests purchase them locally after they arrive.

Q: I know it says 12 people occupying but I may have two more people coming. Is this possible

12 is the maximum occupancy for this property. It is NOT possible to add more people than 12 due to local Fire Marshall regulations. If you have more people than 12, we do have other units available for rent in the same complex or others nearby. Thanks for checking with us about this and thanks in advance for your understanding.
