Shore Beats Work, Edgewater 808 Tower 2 is a two bedroom, two bathroom beachfront condo at the gated Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida. Overlooking the white sandy beaches and beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this property is sure to please. Shore Beats Work is great for families-it has an open kitchen and living area with a great view of the beach. The kitchen is well equipped with full size appliances, cooking utensils, pots & pans, dinnerware & flatware and granite counter tops. The living area has an ultra comfy sofa with coordinated side chair, a flat screen TV, and free Lux Speed wireless internet. The Blue Seas main bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom with a luxurious tiled walk-in shower. The Sand Dunes guest bedroom offers a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, closet and direct access to the guest bathroom. The guest bathroom has a tub-shower combo with granite counter tops and fluffy white towels. Shore Beats Work comfortable sleeps 4. Enjoy your time relaxing on the balcony overlooking the heated pool and hot tub while listening to the relaxing sounds of waves from the Gulf of Mexico.

A 2-3 night minimum stay is required except for the Summer Season-Memorial Day through the First Weekend of August when there is 7 night minimum with check in on Saturday, check out the following Saturday. Minimum rental age is 25. No Pets. No smoking or vaping inside the condo, please.

This stunning 8th floor property has been remodeled top-to-bottom and it is impressive! Great room is beachfront with an ultra comfy sofa with coordinated side chair, a flat screen TV with streaming TV, and free Lux Speed wireless internet throughout the property. Step out onto your private balcony and enjoy your coffee with the sounds of the ocean. Relax in the evening with a beverage and a fabulous sunset. The balcony has plenty of seating.

The kitchen is well equipped, so you can prepare a gourmet meal or quick breakfast, lunch or a special snack. A full-sized refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave are included. Dishes, pots, pans, flatware, blender, coffee maker, and more!

The dining area, which is also Gulf-front, seats 4 at the table and has more seating for 2 at the bar. Step out the sliding glass doors onto your balcony from the living room and the dining room, the views are endless! This makes it inviting to eat in or sit and play board games or cards.

The spacious Blue Seas Main Suite with its elegant decor has a comfy king-sized bed, an en-suite bath that offers a separate dressing area with a double vanity with plenty of storage space, and a tiled walk-in shower-the bathroom is updated and very modern.

The Sand Dunes Guest Bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and is decorated in coastal decor and has an adjoining full bath with a tub-shower combo & single vanity.

All bedrooms have flat screens TV's, high thread count luxury bed linens. Fluffy high quality bathroom towels, and kitchen towels are all included, you'll feel right at home! There is a full size washer & dryer in the kitchen closet and an iron and ironing board provided so you can always look your best.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The beachfront Lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet of pure pleasure with four beachfront hot tubs. There are restaurants and a bar located nearby, too. There are plenty of pool lounges for relaxing by the pool. For an additional charge, you can rent a Select Pool Lounge Set or a poolside Cabana with all the luxury amenities. The kids splash pad is available for and additional charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool and hot tub. The Villas have pools and hot tubs, too. There are a total of 12 pools at Edgewater.

The nine-hole, par three executive golf course is located near the Villas. There are 10 lighted Plexicushion tennis courts, and a complete pro-shop for equipment rental for tennis and golf. The game room offers video games and there is volleyball on the beach, too.
