A 2-3 night minimum stay is required except for the Summer Season-Memorial Day through the First Weekend of August when there is 7 night minimum with check in on Saturday, check out the following Saturday. Minimum age to rent is 25, No smoking or vaping inside the condo. No pets allowed.

The Main Bedroom opens to a large balcony where you can listen to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves and admire the sugar white sands of the Gulf Coast. Lay in bed and wake at sunrise to view the waves breaking on the shore or retire in the evening and watch the sunset from the king size master bedroom bed. The mainbedroom has a private bathroom with tub/shower and can be closed off from the rest of the unit for additional privacy.
