Perfect for a romantic getaway for two, days with the kids at the beach, or two couples - this gorgeous one bedroom, 2 bath property sleeps four with a king sized bed and a queen sleeper sofa.
The Main Bedroom opens to a large balcony where you can listen to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves and admire the sugar white sands of the Gulf Coast. Lay in bed and wake at sunrise to view the waves breaking on the shore or retire in the evening and watch the sunset from the king size master bedroom bed. The mainbedroom has a private bathroom with tub/shower and can be closed off from the rest of the unit for additional privacy.
The Great Room features floor to ceiling windows, a sliding door to the balcony, tile flooring, and a real leather queen sleeper sofa, with enhanced mattress support, for kids, or adult guests. Enjoy the large screen TV with free Roku HD streaming and FireDog high speed Wi-Fi. A selection of board games and books are provided.
Your Second Full Bathroom with a wonderful walk-in glass shower is conveniently located near the entry, so you can shower off the sand after a day at the beach, immediately upon entry into the unit.

Everything was good location, clean ,Bed was really hard, a little mold in the closet on the right .But every was good !

Overall we had a great trip! The condo was just as pictured. It did get hot in the room but keeping the curtains closed helped out a lot. Very close to activities for the family. The bigger pool was very packed not much room to swim at all. We did enjoy the littler pool closer to our room!

We've been to PCB several times & have stayed at the Windward twice. This is our first time at the Leeward & your condo. It is a perfect location & the view is AMAZING! Your condo is very nice, clean & updated. My husband & I love having breakfast on the balcony & just sitting watching the view. We would definitely recommend this condo & would love to return ourselves!

Absolutely love everything about your condo! It is decorated beautifully. Every detail was great, clean, everything you could want for a vacation stay. We loved the location-ease of parking-elevator. We would love to stay at your condo again! We come to PCB several times a year. Furniture was beautiful and so up to date. GREAT Experience!!

We had the best time here and enjoyed our stay. We love how cozy and relaxing it is here. It's like you can come here, enjoy the comfort and a view and just get lost. We came here for our honeymoon. We loved absolutely everything about the condo. One of our favorite things was the view. We loved watching the ocean from bed every morning! We loved everything so much that we extended our trip a day. We already want to plan a trip back! As a young married couple, this was our first vacation together and we hope to have many more just like it.

Your place is beautiful. I looked for a while trying to find a bedroom with a sliding glass door opening to the ocean. I looked along the whole coast from Mississippi to Tampa. Warning, you can get a little sea sick staring at the view. We have just sold our business of 25 years and are here to unwind. Beautiful!

This condo was everything we needed for a perfect Mother Daughter beach getaway! The views were breathtaking, enjoyed coffee on the balcony everyday(loved the Keurig coffee pot) The elevators were close and we never had to wait on them! The private beach access was nice and we pretty much had the entire beach to our selves, we loved that it was not crowded on this end of the resort. Our first time staying at Edgewater, this resort is perfect for families and you really never even have to leave, Edgewater has everything you need! This condo was well equipped and decorated beautifully, felt like home away from home! Thanks so much for sharing your beach condo with us! The main resort pool was super crowded but the pool at the Leeward building was never crowded! PCB is one of our favorite places to visit each year and we would love to stay here again sometime!!!

Condo was well equipped with all the conveniences of home... had everything we needed. The Keurig coffee pot was a nice surprise, we enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning! The elevators were close and never had to wait on them, the private beach access was wonderful, the beach was pretty private as well!!! Edgewater resort was a dream, really never have to leave... Edgewater has everything you could need! Already planning our next trip to PCB(bringing the whole family this time), would love to stay here again!!! Emerald beach properties was a dream to work with!!! Thank you for welcoming us to your condo!

Very well stocked condo with everything we could have needed except some beach chairs. We didn’t want to rent chairs for $50/day from the property. However everything we could have possibly needed was available to us, especially in the kitchen. The condo is comfortable & nicely decorated; looks just like the pictures. The large floor to ceiling windows are older with some fogging, but that didn’t detract from the emerald ocean view! We were even able to watch dolphins close to shore from our balcony. I recommend the property management company provide directions to the entrance of the property, as Google took us to the owners entrance, & we saw other people have the same problem during our stay.

We only wished there were small beach chairs to use instead of having to rent chairs for $50/day, which is a bit steep in my opinion. The windows could use replacing as they are older with clouded inner panes, but that didn’t detract from the gorgeous emerald water views. We were able to watch dolphins from our balcony on a calm day! All in all, a very nice property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly like the pictures and description. The location was great. Easy access to the pools, elevator and parking. The condo was clean. We loved having the door walls open so we could hear the water (beat way to sleep!) The property management was easy to work with and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo is situated by the beach access point so it's literally just a couple minutes and you are in the sand. The check-in process was so quick and easy too. Everything was in top shape and I didn't have to ask for anything. Although the mattress was a bit firm for my taste, the sliding door access to the patio and sound of the ocean made up for it!!!

I’ve been visiting PCB for years and thus was without a doubt the easiest checkin process I’ve ever experienced. The location for L-403 is perfect for beach access, location to restaurants and the overall Edgewater property experience is excellent.
