A 2 night minimum stay is required except during Summer. The minimum required stay between Memorial Day week and the second week of August, is 7 nights with check-in on Saturday and check-out on the following Saturday. Minimum age to book is 25, No smoking or vaping in the villa. No pets allowed.

Great for watching the big game or movie night with the family. You'll relax on the queen sleeper sofa and matching love seat as you catch up with everyone or read a book. Your Tropical Dreams Third Bedroom Suite has a luxurious queen size bed with a single closet and a second covered patio of its very own. You'll love the beautiful tropical decor of this bedroom The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a single vanity. You can relax with your own large TV with Roku Streaming, too. This suite is very private!

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
