A 2/3 night minimum stay is required except during Summer. The minimum required stay between Memorial Day week and the second week of August, is 7 nights with check-in on Saturday and check-out on the following Saturday. Minimum age to book is 25. No smoking or vaping in the villa, No Pets Allowed.

This 2nd floor villa offers stunning views of the pool from the floor to ceiling windows in the open floor plan great room. Relax on the comfy bright tropical loveseat and queen sized sofa sleeper in the great room. Enjoy your favorite TV shows on the large flat screen TV with Roku Streaming. Don't forget to bring your devices because we have Lux Speed WiFi throughout the property!

Step out on to your private covered balcony, sip coffee and nibble a croissant while watching guests enjoy a match of tennis right outside your living room & main bedroom door…there's ample seating for everyone! Great for sitting out in the evening with a cold drink, too.

Your kitchen is well equipped so you can enjoy cooking a gourmet meal or a quick lunch, breakfast, or an on-the-go snack. The kitchen also provides a full size washer & dryer in the closet. As you enter the dining area you're greeted by a dining table that comfortably seats 6. The open floor plan is great for entertaining friends & family.

As you walk into the main bath, you will find a walk-in closet large enough to fit all your things. Your Blue Oceans second bedroom features two queen sized beds with one large closet and a TV of its very own. The Blue Oceans second bathroom is adjacent to the second bedroom and features a single vanity and a tub/shower combo. Step out onto the second balcony from the sliding door in this room to enjoy the outdoors. You'll love the luxury linens and towels in this bedroom, too!

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
