A 2 night minimum stay is required except during Summer. The minimum required stay between Memorial Day week and the second week of August, is 7 nights with check-in on Saturday and check-out on the following Saturday. Minimum age to book is 25. No smoking or vaping in the villa. No Pets Allowed.

This stunning 3rd floor walk-up villa has fantastic beach views from your open floor plan great room and your main bedroom suite, too! You'll love the coastal casual style throughout this villa. The queen sleeper sofa and coordinating chairs give plenty of seating for watching your TV with Roku Streaming or reading a book or just making memories to last a life time. Remember to bring your devices so you can surf by the surf with Lux Speed WiFi throughout the property.

Step out onto your third floor balcony and enjoy your coffee and croissant on the covered balcony while watching the dolphins and sting rays in the Gulf of Mexico right outside your great room & main bedroom door…there's ample seating for everyone!

Your dining area seats 4 at the table and 4 at the bar. The table is great for game night with the crew, too. Your kitchen is well equipped so you can enjoy cooking a gourmet meal or a quick lunch, breakfast, or an on-the-go snack. The kitchen has modern cabinets and formica counter tops with excellent lighting and black/stainless appliances. You'll enjoy having your washer and dryer at hand in the kitchen, too. Very convenient!

Your Fun In The Sun Main Suite features a king size bed with high thread count luxury bed linens and heavenly pillows. You'll feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. As you walk into your private en-suite bathroom bath you will find a walk-in closet large enough to fit all your things. After a long day at the beach enjoy rinsing off in the tiled walk-in shower and drying off with the fluffy high-quality bathroom towels.

Overlooking one of the many pools Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort has to offer , your Blue Oasis second bedroom features two queen sized beds with two separate closets and a covered patio of its very own.

All bedrooms have flat screen TVs with Roku Streaming in HD.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The kids splash pad is available for and additional charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool and hot tub. The Villas have pools and hot tubs, too.
