Great vacation spot.
We very much enjoyed the property's wonderful view and location. Bedroom mattress is probably due for a replacement as it's a bit uneven but it did not significantly impact our enjoyment.

Very happy with room. Would definitely stay again. Beach was great. It’s was to far for walking to shops and restaurants. Drive to them wasn’t bad. Some place we have stayed traffic was horrible in them areas. Overall we had a great stay.

we had a wonderful time and was even able to check in early. The views were perfect and we will stay again. only complaint is have is the shower in main bathroom needs to be fixed because the door of shower is off track a little. I am sure it's a quick fix though. we enjoyed our stay and would have stayed another night if it was available.

A great spot right on the corner of the 11th floor. Perfect place to relax and high/far enough away from the pool area to not hear any noise. Great views of the beach. We'd stay here again.

the condo was just as described, easy to get to and easy to find places around the area. The only con is it didnt have a Broom to sweep up. Everything else was very accommodating. If I make it that way again I would definitely rent it again.

Convenient place to stay
We had 3 adults & a 2 year old during this stay. The place was a good size for us, property was clean upon checking in, & checkin was easy. It has a great balcony with a beautiful ocean view. Directly on the beach so super convenient with a toddler to take her back for naps. She also loved the wading pool & the adults loved the bar at the pool. I do feel it’s a bit over priced because it’s not updated at all (the review won’t let me post the amount I paid) but most places are overpriced now due to inflation. Plus we’ll do anything for our kids to make memories ? I would definitely rent again for a short stay just based on the convenience & amenities offered (pools, hot tub, gym).

Exceeded expectations
When we pulled up to to the property our first impression was that it was a little tired. The central elevator was out of order and the two remaining elevators had people queued up. When we walked into the unit itself we were beyond pleased. It was sparkling clean, well furnished and had everything we could possibly need in the bathrooms and the kitchens. The balcony provides an outstanding view of the gulf and you can see much of the state park from there as well. Lots of families with kids at the property, a wedding party on the lawn the first night, everybody at the property seemed to be having a wonderful time.

Great condo, excellent location

The room was ready before check in which was a wonderful surprise! The condo looks exactly like the pictures. Excellent view and location. The condo itself is on the end so there aren’t people passing your door at all times of the day and night. Very quiet. There is a door that closes the master room off to the rest of the unit so if we would’ve brought our kids that would’ve been a big plus. There is a heated pool which we used because it wasn’t the warmest. The food hut by the pool serves great drinks and food, not super outrageous either. They have a sand toy box on the beach so you use them and then leave them for someone else, I thought was neat. We had no problems so there was no need to reach out to anyone . Definitely 5/5 recommend this condo for your getaway. We hope to be able to visit again. Thanks!

Enjoyed the balcony view.
Condo was very clean however the sofa bed needs to be replaced. The owner was notified of this. Nice pools and loved the Tiki Bar.

We Enjoyed Our Stay!

Nice property to stay.  The condo was good overall. I liked the little deodorants and toiletries left for us. Unit was older but clean. Property was quiet after 10:30/11p. There’s a nice little snack shack/bar by the pool. That was convenient. My kiddos enjoyed crabbing at night and the little lizards during the day. This property is a good 30+ min drive from pier park with traffic. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
