Great location on PCB. I would certainly stay here again. It worked great for the two of us but would not stay with four adults.

Summer vaca

Amazing vacation!
Really enjoyed the condo. The view was amazing from the balcony. The room was clean, definitely comfortable for us 2. 4 would be too crowded I think unless it was little kids. Beach access is very close. There is also private access on the west side gate by the pool to go to Pineapple Willy’s. That was really great. Only complaint I would have is the bed was a bit stiff and not the most comfortable. Could definitely use a new mattress. Other than that, awesome property and enjoyed it! Would go back again!!

It was right on the beach. I loved the balcony view. It was a wonderful place to stay.
It was close to everything. You could walk on the street or the beach to get to places. We loved every moment. The only thing I didn’t like is that after a shower the towels left lint all over you, but I just used the towels I brought.

Nice Stay for a Vaca

Loved it...
We enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend the Sunbird. We was able to check in our room early and get the day started. The place was very clean. We had stayed there several years back and also remember how it was. I also recommend to be towards the top and they was able to that as well. I would recommend staying here....

Loved Our Stay

The condo was just as listed on VRBO. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Perfect size for our small group of four. Very easy to check in and the owner was extremely nice and fast to respond over any questions I had before arriving. For sure worth staying in this beautiful condo!

A Perfect Spot

The view was immaculate, the place spotless and the pictures matched the place. The only Concern was the lack of sponges and a sharp knife. When we asked where they were, they delivered them to us within 30 minutes!!!! This place is awesome!

Perfect Getaway!

Perfect place to getaway for a long weekend. View from the balcony was awesome and also private as there's really not any other balconies visible on either side. Couch and recliners were also very comfortable as well as the bed and pillows. Was provided plenty of towels and wash cloths for our stay. Kitchen is equipped with essentials but not so much that it was cluttered such as some places I've stayed before. Water pressure from kitchen faucet was lacking but seemed good in shower. Heating/cooling unit is a little loud but it didn't really bother us any as we had no problems sleeping in such a comfortable bed. Elevators in the building worked good and was fast. Didn't have to spend any time at all waiting for one. Enjoyed the fact that it is located next door to Pineapple Willy's which makes dinner convenient. Also a Waffle House is within walking distance. The Wicked Wheel restaurant is a very short drive. Sunbird Condos is also convenient to other things as well such as Ripley's, WonderWorks. St. Andrews State Park is also just a short drive from there. This particular part of PCB wasn't very crowded it seemed and the beach areas weren't crowded. Was able to watch a dolphin from the balcony one morning which was an extra treat. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again only much longer the next time lol. We loved it and was able to spend a few days just relaxing and chilling.

The View Was Amazing!

Me and my small family of four had a great experience. The place was very clean and up-to-date they were renovating the property but we already knew that before going. They have three pools on the property but only one was open because we came during March. The one that was open was heated so it wasn't bad even when the heater broke. Our favorite part of about the condominium was The view. It was outstanding! Overall this is a great place to go for a vacation for any age! We will definitely be coming back soon!

Exactly as Advertised!!
Perfect coastal styling. Furniture was nice. Felt like home. Loved the balcony, we had rain the week we stayed but we’were able to still enjoy the ocean and the views. Perfect size for my husband and I. We could have definitely had 2 more with ease. I had no need for management during our stay. All processes went smoothly. Thank you!

Loved the view
We loved the view . And, we loved being close to the a lot of restaurants. Place was small but that worked for us because it was only three of us. Only thing bad I would have to say would be about the little girl in the office that was supposed to be helping people was super rude and not helpful at all if it wasn’t for the lady Security guard we wouldn’t have been helped.

Comfortable with a Great View
Clean and Comfortable. The view of the ocean was excellent. Some construction and repairs were underway at the time of our visit but we were warned in advance and inconvenience was minimal.

Beach Front at its best

Amazing
This is the first time I have rented in Florida. Was a little concerned as to what I would be getting.. Usually stay in Myrtle Beach, and have never been disappointed. Well I gambled and was not disappointed. The view from this condo was exactly as stated. This place is absolutely beautiful. Not one issue nothing could have been any better. NOTHING.! And hoping to get back sometime in the near future. Definitely the perfect little spot. And the price was perfect.

Our hotel room was great, very clean, our view was fantastic, hotel staff extra friendly and very professional! The beach was very clean, not crowded, the weather was wonderful, watching the sunsets from our balcony, morning walks by the ocean , everything , just amazing experience, short trips to Sea Side also added special experience, can't wait to come back! We Love Florida and Panama City Beach!

Great Stay!
My wife and 5yr old daughter stayed at the end of July and it was fabulous! Great view. Easy access. Clean room. It was easy to get to other attractions. The parking lot was not an issue. The only thing we did not like was the smell of the garbage shoot when leaving and entering the facility. Also, the bed could use a new frame. Any type of movement would rattle the bed around. Other than that, we would book again!

We stayed at the Sunbird unit 1004 East for four nights. This condo is one of the cleanest and nicest we have stayed in. The view of the ocean from the balcony was great. The condo was well equipped with everything needed. I love comfortable chairs and this condo was the best. We would definitely stay in 1004 E again. Emerald Beach Properties and 1004 E Sunbird rates at the top for us. Thanks for being so nice and easy to deal with.
