Our Tiki Bar is pool side and offers quick snacks, drinks and beach goods. The beach service has beach chairs and all the beach toys you might want for rent by the day or week. The fitness center is available for all guests to enjoy. The tennis courts (with upgraded lighting), pickle ball courts, and bocce ball courts were completely renovated in 2019. If you are having a big family get together or need meeting space, there is a large community room that is available for rental, too. Onsite security with cameras strategically placed around the property keeps an eye out to help keep everyone safe and secure. Watercrest is conveniently located on the 'quiet' end of the beach near St. Andrews State Park, there's almost never a traffic jam here. Many great restaurants, recreational activities and golf courses are located nearby.

The property is in a great location with beautiful views and very spacious, the master bedroom has a wall of windows floor to ceiling. Comfortable beds, gorgeous kitchen and lots of space for everyone on the wrap around reclining couch. We really enjoyed relaxing on the bacony after a day at the beach in the zero gravity reclining chairs.

My daughter and her 3 children (aged 13, 21 and 27) stayed at the condo for a 4-day stay. It was fantastic and the views were incredible! Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the fabulous sunsets. Kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the pool and friendly guests and staff. Definitely a weekend we will cherish and plan to do again next year. Thank you for a lovely place that our family truly enjoyed. Highly recommend!

It didn’t scream “beach” it felt homey. The views out of this condo are to die for. We will definitely be booking this condo again hopefully next year.

Kitchen was beautiful and clean, huge sectional in the living room, the dining area had the perfect views of the beach, the guest room was a great size with lots of storage, washer and dryer are upgraded which I liked and the guest bathroom was the perfect size. The master bathroom did have a tv in it, but there was no remote to go with it so unfortunately I was unable to use it during my stay and the shower is amazing. My only complaint of this condo would be the master bedrooms bed, it was very uncomfortable and I sunk straight to the bottom anywhere I sat on it. But waking up to the view, I overlooked the bed issue! It is about 20-40 minutes away from pier park (depending on traffic) but it made me enjoy the beach and stay even more. The pool was great & the hot tub was great as well. There is also a kiddie pool which my little one enjoyed.

But when open, breathe taking views and sounds. The check in process was incredibly easy and the communication was great. The host did a remarkable job with the renovation. I fully recommend this condo for your beach getaway. Floor to ceiling windows and panoramic views. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Took my family to the beach the week of July 4th. The condo was ready a few hours early for check in. It was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The view/balcony was amazing and we hated to leave it. The property overall was great. The pool was nice and cleaned daily. I was very pleased with our condo and the property itself. I would recommend to anyone.

My first time staying in a condo because we mostly do homes due to crowed areas in a condo. Everything was perfect. I thank Emerald Beach for making my family & I 1st Thanksgiving away from home so memorable. Everything described in the listing is correct and even more convenient. The view is spectacular. They had everything a private chef would need to make a meal for 6 people. They are stocked with wine and champagne glasses. The beach was so peaceful and calm. (Maybe due to it being off season). I never stay at the same place twice but we will be returning to this condo. And it will be my go to place to stay anytime we are PCB. Thanks again for everything Emerald Beach

Very cozy and great views! The amenities (pool, hot tub) were great. We were there off season so no access to the tiki bar but i am sure that would have been great. The whole condo building and grounds are very clean. Highly recommend if you want a beach front place with easy access to surrounding Panama City Beach events and attractions.

We loved the room. It was perfect for us. We came to town for our destination wedding and spent the week with our family , including our two sons who were with us in the room. We had everything we needed in our room. Everything was wonderful.

Loved the condo and the view was amazing! We had the outer bands and tail of hurricane Ida over us a couple of days but we still had an awesome time with family! Condo was comfortable and clean and decorated nicely. Plenty of dishes in kitchen. Bathrooms had plenty of nice fluffy towels and there was hand soap, t. tissue, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, dawn and other items. Was very pleased and would stay here again.

Very spacious! I took my daughter who’s in a wheelchair and she could roll onto the balcony with LOTS of space for her wheelchair. The kitchen was amazing. The beds were very comfortable. I would LOVE to stay there again. Thank you!

We were allowed to check in earlier than required by the manager since we arrived there sooner than check in time. That was so nice. The unit was super clean & so cool. It is so luxurious. It looked exactly as the photos. Even much better in person. I love the amount of floor to ceiling windows. Great views of the ocean. The bed in master was comfortable. The master bath glass walk in shower was nice. Very spacious unit. Large kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. We plan to rent again in the future. Beautiful condo.

Only issue was that the second bedroom said it had 2 queen beds and they were full size beds. Would stay here again and would recommend going thru emerald beach properties to get a condo. We have been many times to PCB and this was the nicest unit we have stayed at by far.

This place was stunning and comfortable. We stayed here at Christmas and enjoyed crashing at the end of the night on the comfortable sofa while watching Christmas movies (and the ocean). Sound of the waves was amazing and the patio was perfect. Beach was lovely and felt private that time of year. Loved seeing the ocean and the patio from the master bedroom too. Had to call for an access code when we arrived as my code didn't work and staff was so helpful and attentive. Would stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone.

Everything was perfect. Condo is lovely and spotless! Beach was pristine. Loved being able to lie in bed and see the sun rise. Comfortable bed with the softest sheets ever. The property is at the far east end of PCB, so not as crowded (not as active either, but that was fine with us). Hot Tub has been out of service since March due to Covid. That would have been nice to know ahead of time, but otherwise, the facility is great. The listing is 100% accurate. Everything was just as it appears in the posting. We will DEFINITELY be back.

It wasn't for pleasure... to see our dad whose health is declining but to watch him enjoy the beautiful scenery from the balcony and give him room to move around in the spacious unit was heart warming. We had everything we needed so we didn't have to leave and spent more time making memories. The staff was wonderful and responsive to any questions we had.

This place was amazing!! We will definitely be back. The views were stunning and weather was perfect. It felt like home away from home. Perfectly decorated. It was equipped with everything we needed and easy access to the pool and beach. Communication was extremely friendly and easy. The best part is my children had a wonderful vacation! Best fall break ever! *My only suggestion is it may need a rug in the main area and maybe a runner of some sort from the shower to the door. The floors were a bit slick.

Great location and easy to find. The condo was in great shape. Excellent views and everyone was perfectly polite. Can't complain really about any of it. If you end up with a rain day at the beach, spending it indoors or on the balcony is easy at this condo. there's plenty of room, and plenty of view to enjoy. Parking is easy. finding the room was easy. NOT ONCE did we hear any noise from neighbors above or below. If you like quiet when you are indoors, this is a good place to stay. it was a little pricey for my taste but if you want to ensure you have a pleasant experience at a popular place, you have to spend the money. now, if you plan to stay here, remember to bring essential things with you. While you will find enough toiletries and paper towels to get past day one or two, you may run out quickly if there's more than two of you. Same for dish soap and laundry detergent. Publix will deliver to this location which made it easy to replenish without interrupting our trip too much. There are plenty of towels and washcloths, just no beach towels.

Beds are comfortable, plenty of room in the condo for everybody. Very nice place! Communication with the rental agency is quick.

This condo has the best views in PCB!! Our family relaxed on the balcony, swam in the ocean and pool, and slept to the sound of the waves. This condo is huge and the beds are comfortable. Updated kitchen and plenty of room for all of us. Amazing property and wonderful owner! Highly recommend!

We had trouble getting the key code to work and when I messaged them standing at the door with all our stuff in tow, I got an immediate response with a new code. The condo itself is great with reserved parking, nice pool area, and easy access to the beach. Plenty of room for all of us with a very spacious balcony! We’d definitely stay here again!

Great communication with the rental agency- we even got early check in. We love the property and location and have stayed in several different units over the years and this is our favorite- very updated and open. The automatic blinds in the master are awesome as are the new sliders to the patio. There was still some construction which is understandable but we do with we’d been made aware before we arrived (same with a boil water situation). Couple suggestions, a bigger kitchen trashcan and an upgrade of the coffee pot. Overall we were very pleased.

Q: Hi We are arriving here next Saturday. Is he coffeemaker a Keurig or a regular drip coffeemaker? Does this owner leave any condiments in the fridge? Like mayo and mustard? Your parking passes will be left in the condo with your check in kit. Please be sure to put it in your car as soon as possible after arrival.
The coffeemaker is a combo Keurig and drip coffee maker so you'll be able to make coffee either way. None of our condos leave any condiments in the units for health reasons.
We provide starter laundry detergent and diswashing detergent to get you through a day or so. You'll probably want to bring more so you can do laundry and dishes every day.
