The luxurious king bed has one of the most comfortable mattresses you will ever sleep on including high thread count sheets and soft fluffy pillows to make you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. The fitness center is available for all guests to enjoy. The tennis courts (with upgraded lighting), pickle ball courts, and bocce ball courts were completely renovated in 2019. If you are having a big family get together or need meeting space, there is a large community room that is available for rental, too. Onsite security with cameras strategically placed around the property keeps an eye out to help keep everyone safe and secure. Watercrest is conveniently located on the 'quiet' end of the beach near St. Andrews State Park, there's almost never a traffic jam here. 2 Parking passes are included with your rental and all vehicles must have a parking pass. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles per condo. Please check your check in instructions for specifics on reserved spaces and parking. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Vehicles improperly parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice. A very limited number of additional parking passes may be purchased from security on a first come, first served basis. Additional offsite parking is also available in public parking lots for an additional daily fee.
