A 2-3 night minimum stay is required except for the Summer Season-Memorial Day through the First Weekend of August when there is 7 night minimum with check in on Saturday, check out the following Saturday. Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets. No smoking or vaping inside condo.

With nearly 1400 square feet of living space and a spacious gulf front balcony that overlooks the pool and beach, you'll have plenty of room to stretch out. The Watercrest building has been completely renovated with a new roof, new windows, new exterior, deck painting, pool renovation, and much more. It's like a new building! The building has four elevators so, you won't have to wait long for an elevator. Parking is available for two vehicles. Watercrest has a large oceanfront pool, a large hot tub and a kiddie pool. Our Tiki Bar is pool side and offers quick snacks, drinks and beach goods. The beach service has beach chairs and all the beach toys you might want for rent by the day or week. The fitness center is available for all guests to enjoy. The tennis courts (with upgraded lighting), pickle ball courts, and bocce ball courts were completely renovated in 2019. If you are having a big family get together or need meeting space, there is a large community room that is available for rental, too. Onsite security with cameras strategically placed around the property keeps an eye out to help keep everyone safe and secure. Watercrest is conveniently located on the 'quiet' end of the beach near St. Andrews State Park, there's almost never a traffic jam here. Two Parking passes are included with your rental and all vehicles must have a parking pass. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles per condo. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Vehicles improperly parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice. A very limited number of additional parking passes may be purchased from security on a first come, first served basis. Additional offsite parking is also available in public parking lots for an additional daily fee.
