   We recently sold our condo but prior to that we owned a condo at Shores of Panama. When we first signed up, we selected one of those mega property managers and it was an absolute disaster getting them to pick up the phone, schedule a locksmith to change the locks, etc. within 3 days of owning our unit, we fired them. My husband called Hannah and immediately set up service with Emerald Beach. The level of service and responsiveness she showed us prior to us being customers never slowed down in our 18 months with Emerald Beach. She was responsive, super patient with all my questions and anxiety leading into our first summer, and also super knowledgeable about the area. The other really cool thing about Hannah is every time she picks up the phone, I felt like she was smiling. IDK how to explain it other than that. Our condo was also meticulously taken care of as if Emerald Beach owned it themselves. We had a snowbird come and look at it and they commented that it looked brand new. As an out of state owner, you can’t ask for anything more than that. Overall , I cannot say enough good things about her and Emerald Beach. We’re so incredibly thankful!!
