This one bedroom/one bathroom beachfront property is located on the ground floor so you are within steps of the West Tower pool, grilling area and steps to the beach. "Picture Perfect" comfortably sleeps 4-two in the beachfront queen sized sofa sleeper (great room) and two on the king bed in the master bedroom. Walk to World Famous Pineapple Willy's located next door to Sunbird Resort and enjoy lunch or a beautiful sunset dinner from the pier.

A 2-3 night minimum stay is required. Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets. No smoking or vaping inside condo.

The bedroom has a large flat screen TV, too.

Your modern, updated gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, high end cabinets, a glass top range, a microwave/range hood combo, a full sized refrigerator and everything else you'll need to whip up a quick snack or a gourmet meal. You can see the pool and beach from the kitchen so you'll never feel left out while you are doing kitchen duty.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass doors and a single vanity. You'll love our fluffy white towels, too. The perfect place to wash away your cares. A hair dryer is furnished for your convenience.

Parking is limited to one space per condo. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass which is included with your rental. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Vehicles without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
