Great Vacation
We really loved this condo. The bed was so comfortable (could you tell me what mattress is on there please) , the shower had great water pressure and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Also would like to know if pets are accepted ? We heard and seen a few dogs in the complex and would like the option of bringing our dogs next year. Both are under 30 pounds. Looking to book for 2023

Does the sunbird have the glitzy/glam of the monstrosities covering the area-no, but i was there for 2 months and loved it! I'm on a walker due to a stroke in 2019, and i didn't spend a day getting to my car, the laundry or the pool! This condo was cozy and had everything I needed. To wake up and see the ocean was a joy. Most days i would fix coffee, grab my book and head to the deck to watch the ocean and soak up the rays. I also achieved one heck of a farmer's tan as well! I've already booked for next year!

This was my first snowbird opportunity - had a stroke Labor Day weekend 2019 and since that time I’ve not had a day that wasn’t therapy or a doctor’s visit. Staying at this condo was a blessing. Not the newest and greatest, but i felt at home! I’m on a walker so didn’t want to wear out walking to the condo, and this place was perfect! Place was clean and had everything i could possibly need! I don’t really cook, but coffee pot never let me down! The shower has amazing water pressure, and bed and couch were super comfy! I’ve already put a deposit down for next year. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Great Vacation!

My husband and I had a wonderful, much-needed week in Dolphin Watch! The condo was great - clean and exactly as described. The only issue we had was that there was no blanket, but that wasn’t a big deal. We would definitely stay again!

We had a super time in Panama City Beach while staying at Sunbird. The accommodations were very nice and very clean. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay there again.

This condo is beyond words perfect. It has a spectacular all around view of the ocean from every room. The view of the ocean is phenomenal . The front desk staff is very pleasant and helpful. This is now one of our favorite places to stay. The condo is decorated very tastefully and the pictures do not do it justice. Highly recommend room 208 E.

My now husband and I stayed here over a year ago for my birthday (08/2013) and we still find ourselves missing the property. We were discussing another vacation in the near future, and to say I am considering visiting again is an understatement. The pictures don't lie, as the beach and view are really that wonderful. Additionally, the Miller's were very accommodating to us especially considering we drove overnight to get there. If you are looking for a beautifully decorated condo with views you simply cannot beat, look no further. The location of the condo itself is wonderful, too as all the main amenities you'd want nearby are within walking distance. Be sure to keep this one on your 'favorites' list! There is one aspect I do need to mention (but doesn't pertain to the property itself). We thought we could lounge on the chairs in front of the hotel, but they are managed by different owners and will charge you. I'd recommend either bringing your own chairs and umbrellas or blankets to lie on. We did rent them one day and it was nice to have available to us. Prices for this are semi-negotiable. Overall, wonderful stay!

Took my mom to the beach for her 80th birthday and knew this is where we should stay for sure. Since I had stayed there before I knew it would be perfect for a quiet, serene and relaxing week for just my mom and me. We were not disappointed in any way! Everything we needed or wanted was right there for us. The location is so convenient to shops and restaurants and we took advantage of that. Thanks for your generous hospitality in allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. We will have lasting memories of our stay there and the good time we had.

What you see is what you get.. clean and well fitted ... exactly as pictured with an amazing 180 degree view of emerald waters and unobstructed horizon with white sand and ever changing sky as a compliment. Absolutely no hassle to rent and we were extremely grateful for this as first time vacation renters. Close to everything you need or want. A very clean and quiet condo building... All round wonderful place to rent... Love it here.....

We stayed in this condo for Ironman week and needless to say needed a comfortable place to sleep. This condo went above and beyond a comfortable place to sleep. The bed was comfortable, and king size, the condo was laid out perfectly and very comfortable. Hugh & Sara are such nice people, we enjoyed meeting them. We highly recommend their condos!!!

My husband,13 yr old son,and I stayed in this condo from June 6-June 12,2009.We have been going to Panama City for the past 20 years so you know we have stayed in several different places. This has to be the nicest place that we have ever stayed at. The view was great. Every room that you are in, you can see the beach. The only problem we had is that we didn't want to leave the room...it was so nice! They have it decorated so cute and it was very cozy and clean. The Millers are the nicest people to deal with and that makes your stay so much more pleasant. We honestly did not want to leave. We will definitely be back! Can't wait till next year...

Me, my husband, and our three children stayed in 208 E from 7/4/09-7/11/09. The pictures from the internet did not lie. This condo was so beautiful! The view was amazing from every window. Having a second floor condo was very convenient for us with the kids. Our youngest is 4 months old, so she could not go out to the beach. My husband and I took turns taking the other kids out for fun in the sun. We still got to sit out on the balcony and watch them while they were at the beach or in the pool. My favorite part of the whole trip was waking up in the morning and sitting out on the balcony with coffee, just listening to the waves and enjoying the beautiful view. The Miller's are the nicest people to deal with. We very much enjoyed staying at your condo. My husband and I are hoping to return for an "alone" trip next summer. We will for sure stay with you again! Thanks for everything!

My husband and I stayed here January, February and the first part of March/09. From the moment we entered the condo we felt right at home. The place was exactly as pictured and was extremely clean. We enjoyed every moment we were there and never tired of the view. Also, the Millers are wonderful people to rent from - if you need anything, just call and if at all possible they will accommodate you. Our entire stay in Panama City Beach was fantastic and we certainly hope we will be able to return.

We chose Sunbird 208E for our family vacation. This room is exactly as pictured and very beautiful. There is an amazing view from every room. The room was extremely clean and perfectly decorated. We really enjoyed the beach chairs which were provided. The Millers are just as amazing and because of this we have booked this same room for another week in August. We will definitely be staying with the Millers every year, this is our new family tradition.

MY HUSBAND AND OUR TWO CHILDREN STAYED HERE IN MAY FOR VACATION AND ALSO A FRIEND.WE WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE CONDO. THE BEST VIEW EVER OF THE GULF, NOT ONE DAY WENT BY THAT WE DIDNT SEE THE DOLPHINS.THE CONDO WAS VERY NICE AND CONFORTABLE, SO NICE WE STAYED AN EXTRA NIGHT. Fantastic condo. It was perfect for my wife and I. Very comfortable and clean. The pictures of the condo are spot on! We loved the way "Dolphin Watch" is decorated. The whole Sunbird complex is very nice and a great location. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful time in 208E. We stayed during "Thunder Beach Bike Week" and still had a quiet weekend. The closeness to Pineapple Willy's was great. We had everything we could possibly need in the unit and were within walking distance to everything else. This was my idea of a perfect stay.
