Emerald Beach Properties, Inc. is a family owned and operated vacation rental management company located in Panama City Beach, Florida.  We pride ourselves on offering the very best vacation rental properties available in PCB.  We treat every owner and every guest as friends and family!

As children, we spent many happy vacations here with our parents, brothers, sisters, uncles, aunts, cousins, grandparents and friends.  We hope you’ll make your own memories with your family and friends here, too.  We loved Panama City Beach, Florida so much that we moved here from the Atlanta, Georgia area in 2008.  We’ve found our perfect place in paradise and we want to share it with you.

Our parents managed our family’s properties for many years.  We made so many friends in PCB and were asked often if we would manage their vacation properties, too.  So, when our parents retired, we incorporated Emerald Beach Properties, Inc. & expanded our operations to include properties owned by friends, family and other like-minded owners. We hired a professional property manager and a maintenance manager to run the day to day business.  Shortly after that, we hired a rental services agent to handle bookings and guest relations. We purchased an office on the beach to better serve our clients and guests.  Next, we hired a housekeeping manager and took control of all housekeeping functions to give us full control over the cleanliness of the properties.  We have several part time and seasonal employees to meet our needs during the busy summer rental season. In addition, Emerald Beach Properties has a network of real estate professionals, contractors, and other related companies that we can confidently recommend to our clients.

We are a member of the Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce and we are fully licensed, bonded and insured.  In addition, we are part of the Vacation Rental Managers’ Association, the Florida Vacation Rental Managers’ Association and Visit Florida.com.

We’re a full-time professional vacation rental management company dedicated to bringing quality vacation rental management to our clients and delivering fabulous vacation experiences to our guests.
