The main living area is open and comfortable, with walls of windows that keep the ocean front and center. The kitchen features ample cabinet space and a large island with bar seating, while the dining table seats eight and overlooks the water. The living room is designed for relaxing after a day at the beach, with plenty of seating and an 80-inch TV.

Two true master suites are located on the main level, both with spectacular ocean views. Each includes a king bed, walk-in shower, dual vanities, and sliding glass doors that open directly to the wrap-around balcony. Waking up to the Gulf from either master bedroom is a highlight of the home. Across the hall, the bunk room is perfect for kids or teens, with two full-over-full bunk beds and a nearby bath with tub and shower.

A spiral staircase leads upstairs to a second living space with a coffee bar and sink, plus direct access to the large private rooftop patio. This outdoor space includes dining and lounge seating and offers sweeping views up and down the coastline. The upstairs penthouse bedroom provides a quiet retreat with a queen bed, TV, and private bath.

Guests have full access to Edgewater Resort amenities, including multiple pools, restaurants, fitness center, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, and a nine-hole golf course. Tower Two guests also enjoy a heated pool and hot tub just steps from the beach.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The beachfront Lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet of pure pleasure with four beachfront hot tubs. There are restaurants and a bar located nearby, too. There are plenty of pool lounges for relaxing by the pool. For an additional charge, you can rent a Select Pool Lounge Set or a poolside Cabana with all the luxury amenities. The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side. The Villas have pools, too.

On-site services include Ocean's Bar & Grill beachfront restaurant that offers Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, poolside dining, pizza shop, poolside bar and Edgie's Corner Market with Starbucks and ice cream (small shops are seasonal).
