Perfect view of ocean from living room and master bedroom!

Views were beautiful and beach access was perfect. Place was clean but appliances need to be updated as the dish washer wouldn’t get dishes clean and they had to be hand washed a the fridge wasn’t cooling enough. Also the washer took forever to do a normal load of clothes. The king bed in the bonus sweet was terribly uncomfortable due to mattress toppers on there with a gap between them. Other than that, everything was great.

PCB Condo with Exquisite Ocean View
This condo is very comfortable and roomy. The view of the ocean is amazing as well as the view of the pool and the city up and down the beach. I highly recommend it.

The stay was a birthday trip with close friends. The place was beautiful, with plenty of space and beautiful views. We even chi chatted with our neighbors who told us to have a good time. Loved that there was a bar and grill on sight. I will be back for another stay.

Amazing
The Boardwalk Beach Resort has everything you could want in a vacation rental. The pools are very kid friendly, the beach is just steps away, and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The condo is well stocked and very comfortable. We are already planning our spring break trip back here for next year.

Great place

Easy process! Easy check in/check out Cleaning people need to mop floor terribly! We had to wear shoes to keep our feet from turning black from dirt! Other than that everything was great

Nice condo
Our family of 5 adults, a 2 year old and an 8 month old spent the week here. It was spacious enough for everyone to feel relaxed and not cramped. The living room furniture and dining room set were different than pictured, but still had plenty of seating. We did have a couple of issues, but I reached out to Hannah and she got most of them taken care of! I'm used to a bit more kitchen supplies (pots, pans, etc) being provided, but we managed with what there was. They did have a pack-n-play (actually there were 2 of them!) which was great for my younger grandson, and upon my request they provided a high chair! With babies there's always so much you have to pack, it was wonderful not having to lug 2 more things along! We ABSOLUTELY loved the zero entry pool!!! We have a daughter who has mobility issues and that pool made it easily accessible for her to join the rest of us! It was really nice to have parking right there at the condo, not across the street. Getting a parking spot was never an issue. The elevators (there are 5 of them!) were always fast and there was hardly ever a wait. Definitely on our list of places to return to. 😊 Unfortunately, we didn't have the best weather during our stay (only 2 non-rainy days 😒), but as they say, a rainy day at the beach is better than a day at work anytime!

Excellent Property
Everything was as described. Amazing place and everything was always clean. I seen other reviews complaining about sand in the floor and we found no such issue. There was also a broom so we ended up sweeping when we carried in sand. Can’t wait to stay again!

Perfect for Families!

Easy check in.  Layout large,perfect for families.  Black makeup washcloths were great.  Washer and Dryer so convenient.  Large Kitchen. Beautiful Location.  Heated Pool, Security checks armbands!

Beautiful Location (just have to becareful not to go walking at night near the Ripley's area, very sketchy and alot of street beggars)

Dislikes:
Water stained curtains in back king bedroom, not a problem but makes you wonder when you first come in if it's a clean place.
Back King Bedroom comforter stained/dirty but we bought laundry soap and washed it.
Would have loved to have a rechargeable stick vacuum for cleaning the floors, the broom was a hassle.

Wonderful condo
Woe enjoyed the beautiful spacious condo for our annual vacation with our children and grands. Plenty of room for all of us. The only problem was upon checking in, the floor was very sandy. I had to vacuum first thing!

Gorgeous view and SPACE!!
The management contact, Hannah, was excellent with quick replies. Requested a broom and we got it minutes later. Great amount of space our only frustration was not all the dishes were clean and the countertop was sticky and the dishwasher tray is broken. But two of us could take showers and do laundry and run the dishwasher all at the same time. Awesome vacation!!

Breathtaking views
Our condo was absolutely beautiful and spacious, ocean view from the balconies, livingroom and 2 other rooms were breathtaking. We took 5 of our children and still had plenty of room, if you are traveling with children or a large family, this condo will accommodate everyone with ease. One of the bedrooms have a separate living quarter with a small kitchen, large bathroom with hot and glass door shower, even a sleep sofa in case you need more sleeping space. The livingroom wall is made of customized glass mirrors that give the room a glamorous feel. The mattress are memory foam and incredibly soft. I could go on and on about this beautiful condo. If your looking for a spacious, quiet, relaxing condo that is near everything in panama then book this unit, you won't regret it.

Great spot
There was a little sand on the floors when we initially arrived, but overall the unit was very nice and met our vacation group needs well. The dishwasher wheels tended to fall off but easy to fix.

Boardwalk 1101
Everybody had a good time! Condo was just as advertised. Had an issue with the AC in the ‘lockout’ portion of the unit, but issue was handled by a full HVAC replacement a day later. Individual property was nice & overall general Boardwalk facility was nice as well. Security staff around facility and at the pool were very friendly and attentive. They did a great job. Typically I prefer to be on a lower floor, but the 11th floor really wasn’t too bad....Would definitely rent this particular condo again.

Great place with a nice view
Property was roomy enough for the 8 of us. The master bedroom had a super comfy mattress which gave me the best sleep I’ve had in a while. It was a very nice clean place.

It would be extremely hard to find a better place to stay on vacation 👍
The condo was beautiful, the grounds were well maintained, the staff and security personnel were friendly and courteous and the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. We would highly recommend this resort.

Super condo
We had nine people with us and we had plenty of room in this condo. Beautiful view of the ocean to watch sunsets each evening. The condo was very clean and beds extremely comfortable. Very clean building and felt very secure. We will definitely stay in this condo next time we are in Panama City beach.

Perfect Vacation
We were very pleased and impressed with the condo. We had 3 families with children and there was plenty of room and space. The bedrooms and baths were comfortable and very spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed from muffin pans to champange glasses. Just perfect. There was a nice surprise in a closet. Everykind of beach toy and accessory you needed. Elevators were fast and building was very clean. So close to everything. The owners were so easy to work with. We plan to stay at the same condo next year and hopefully everyyear. Have stayed at alot of condos through the years and this was by far the nicest. Of course loved the lockout suite for the Grandparents. Perfect getaway for rest and relaxation. Thanks again for making our trip extra special.
