Admiral's Quarters, Boardwalk 1111, beachfront in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida is richly decorated with items collected from around the world, this fabulous eleventh floor wrap around property has two balconies and two fabulous main suites. You can see the Gulf from the main bathroom and from the second main bedroom, too. In addition the third bedroom has a beach view from its window. With nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, tile flooring, granite counter tops, ceiling fans, 2 huge garden tubs and showers with shower massages, this condo has it all! From our eleventh floor balconies, you'll overlook a 1,700-foot expanse of sugar white sands known for generations as the "Miracle Mile"! This property comfortably sleeps up to 12 with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 trundle bed, and a set of bunk beds for the kids.
A 2-3 night minimum stay is required. Minimum rental age is 25. No Pets. No smoking or vaping except in designated outdoor areas.

The full sized washer and dryer are great for a quick load of laundry or to get the beach towels dry! An ironing board and iron are provided, too.
Sleep to the gentle sounds of the ocean in the Admiral's Main suite's comfy king-size bed. The nautical themed master suite opens on to the beachfront balcony. You'll enjoy the luxury linens and the memory foam mattress topper. Switch on the 27 inch flat screen TV and enjoy a DVD. Let your cares float away in the master bathroom's fantastic garden tub overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the Signal Hill golf course.
You can sleep to the sounds of the ocean from the Pineapples and Plams guest bedroom, too! You'll enjoy a luxurious queen size bed with memory foam topper and a window with a picture postcard ocean and golf course view. This room has a 25' TV. The adjacent bathroom has a tub and shower combination with a handheld shower massage.
The Crew's quarters is every kid's dream. It's a real room, not just a bunk bed in a hallway. The kids get a sturdy set of bunk beds, a chest of drawers and a night stand. It even has its own TV! Note bunk beds are not suitable for use by persons over 100 lbs.
The First Mate's second main suite has a private entry from outside and a private ocean and golf course view balcony. It has a king-size bed with memory foam topper and a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses. The wall mounted TV can be adjusted for viewing from either the bed or the trundle bed. The efficiency kitchen in this suite has a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker for preparing simple meals and snacks. You can relax in the garden tub or enjoy a hot shower after a day at the beach in the luxurious en suite bathroom!
Both covered and uncovered parking are available adjacent to the building. Your 4 Bedroom Condo includes 3 parking passes and 12 arm bands. This is the maximum on-site parking allowed per condo. Additional parking is available in several offsite parking lots for a daily fee.
The Boardwalk Beach Resort has all the amenities you expect from a first class vacation destination. The zero entry pool is exquisite with its own waterfall and extensive decks for sunbathing and relaxing. Two hot tubs for relaxing and Under the Boardwalk is where you'll find great drinks and snacks. We had plenty of room to gather and to separate. The space was clean and had everything we needed to cook a meal and convenient to restaurants if we wanted to eat out. Plenty of parking. Loved the condo. Will stay here again.

Property manager was super helpful and fast responding! We had a short stay for a football tournament but we enjoyed it so much! The beds are like sleeping on a cloud, amazing views….will definitely be back to stay longer

Kids had a great time and didn't want to leave our “beach house”. Definitely will be back sometime! If you like to cook (especially breakfast), I'd recommend bringing your own pan(s) and utensils (spatula). There is also a closet of some beach supplies you could use as needed that are kept in the unit - this was definitely helpful! Just an FYI about Boardwalk in general - they are SUPER STRICT - almost overly annoying. Wear your given bands at all times or you'll have to go back to your room and get it.

The balcony was large and had a table that we could eat outside on, as well as two extra chairs and side table (and extra fold-out chairs in the closet). There were great views from both master suites, since both had access to balconies. Even the main master suite bathroom had an amazing view! The master baths were large with walk-in showers and a lot of natural light. I could go on and on about all the room we had (relaxing, cooking, eating, closet space, etc.), making me extremely glad we chose it. The location is really good, too, on a back street away from the busier areas, yet close to St. Andrews, which we always visit when we stay. The large pool was really nice, too, heated but not too hot. Emerald Beach Properties were amazing, as well, and made sure we had everything we needed and were happy during our stay. There's a lot of security, as well, so we felt safe and didn't have to worry about anyone getting too rowdy. I'd recommend this condo to anyone who is visiting with a larger group or family.

Only issue room decor was dated and needed upgrading in some areas such as mattresses, couch and washer and dryer. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend and use again.

The condo was wonderful and the views were amazing. You are right on the beach and close to everything you would want to do. I would highly recommend this property!

On of our kids have two small children and they all slept in the smaller 1112 area where the had extra conveniences. View was awesome and being on the corner of building was very quiet. Only suggestion I have is don't arrive at 4 for checking in. Crazy with every one checking at same time. Loved the place and will do it again.

Thanks to your office for taking care of everything for us. We even received an email from you guys to check on us . The resort staff was great with our 4 grandchildren. They even brought popsicles one day. Thank you we will definitely rent from y'all again.

The views from the balcony were wonderful. The beach and pool were never all that crowded. This is more towards the quitter end of the area which worked out really well. Will rent this unit again in the future

This condo more than met our needs. The beds were all very comfortable. There was also plenty of room to play board games on the rainy days. It is also conveniently located to restaurants and fun activities.

The big kitchen kept my daughter and me from competing as cooks and housekeepers. We had two days of rain, so the Netflix subscription on the television was a welcome surprise.

The decor was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable and each room was equipped with all the electronic devices we all depend on. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone. The quality of this condo and the resort made this vacation one of our best. The condos were well stocked with kitchenware, bath towels, sheets, and even beach chairs and boogie boards. The facility's workout room, pool, and beautiful view of the gulf were just what we were looking for. We feel very fortunate to have found the website that led us to this wonderful vacation. Thank you to Hugh and Sarah for sharing their condos with us and we would highly recommend either condo.

We had a large party of 6 adults and 6 kids (5 of those 4 years and under). The 4 bedroom condo was very spacious, beautiful, very clean, and easily accommodated our family. The Miller family was very gracious and helpful with our reservations, and they were always available if you had questions or just needed advise about where to eat. Our kids LOVED the kid play area and the "big pool". Everything about the resort and the condo was wonderful. We feel very blessed to have had the perfect room, perfect weather, and the beautiful white (oil-free) sand to play in. We have been coming to PCB for the past 27 years and finally feel like we have a place that we can continue to stay at for the next several years. Thanks again, Sarah and Hugh for allowing us to rent from you. We would recommend this particular unit to all of our friends and family members. Hopefully, we will be able to return next year around the same time.

During our stay we had some rough surf and strong rip tides. most days were red flagged, one of the worst days My brother and I help a young woman caught in a rip tide and when we got her back to the beach she collasped from exhaustion, ems came and checked her out. after that officials closed the beaches ( double red flag). all the years i been in panama city never seen surf like this. all was not lost because of the great pool,splash area the boardwalk has. after mother nature eased up the beach was reopened. Please read the warning signs posted in the condo and at the access areas to the beach. life is to precious to take chances! we will be returning again and hope to get this place.

The reception for my son's wedding was held at the Boardwalk convention center so we rented these units for the bridal party to use the day & night before the wedding and the night of. It was perfect! The bride's party were on the same floor but opposite side of the building in 1100 & 1101. This allowed the videographer/photographer great access to both the bride and groom the morning of the wedding. The rooms were spacious, the furnishings and decor were first class right down to the fully equipped kitchen, and......what a beautiful view from EVERY window. The management team were so helpful and accommodating. Thank you to the owners of this beautiful unit for making such a perfect place for our kids to begin their married life together!
