We enjoyed our family stay in Boardwalk 1111 Admiral's Quarters. It had everything we needed. Kitchen had ample space and equipped with cookware, bakeware, and anything you might need to cook a meal. We all had plenty of room. Pool was nice, never too crowded. View was perfect. We would certainly stay again.
Great customer service, staff very friendly. Keurig stopped working a few days into our stay. We realized it after 5pm and contacted host. New Keurig was delivered before 8 AM the next day.

We love our stay on this condo view was beautiful beach was excellent the pool and the tiki bar was great the condo inside it’s the same as the pictures the only think I recommend for them to replace it’s to put a new stove since the top glass its broke and it could be really dangerous and the dryer it’s not good enough you have to used it like 3 times in order to get the clothes dry that was our only concern during our stay we was there only for the weekend but other then that everything looks good

The condo was perfect... very clean and spacious. Tha onlu drawback was the rules at the pool. No music allowed to be played, and we could not move the chairs at thw pool to accomodate our geoup.
My daughter was asked toeave the pool area due to her bathimg suit neimg too "cheeky" for their likimg however it was not too revealimg.
I will also say most of the staff was amazing and very nice and accommodatimg. Apologetic for our inconveniences listed above however they were sply following rulea set by management

Location was great
Our stay was great…..But the house keeping wasn’t done properly. Dusting need’s to be done better and clean out under all bedrooms. When renting need to take in to consideration when traveling with elderly parents that the toilets are low rise so it’s hard to get up and down from them and needs one bedroom to be low enough for elderly people to get in and out of the beds. But overall our trip was good. Thanks

A very accessible location with food, shopping, and activities all around. Loved that units 1111 & 1112 were connected by a door so If needed you could separate yourself in your own unit or not. Beautiful Ocean Front Vondo
This is a beautiful property set up well for a big family. The pool was one of the nicest we have seen and the kiddie pool was great. There were ocean views from all the bedrooms. Five fast elevators left no waiting. Great parking also. Would definitely stay again!

Really enjoyed this unit! Perfect for my family of 6 and for my parents to join us and have their own mother in law suite. Kids had a great time and didn't want to leave our “beach house”. Definitely will be back sometime! If you like to cook (especially breakfast), I'd recommend bringing your own pan(s) and utensils (spatula). There is also a closet of some beach supplies you could use as needed that are kept in the unit - this was definitely helpful! Just an FYI about Boardwalk in general - they are SUPER STRICT - almost overly annoying. Wear your given bands at all times or you'll have to go back to your room and get it.

A very family friendly place. the only thing that can be changed is the outside tiki bar/ restaurant. The prices were high and kid friendly menu and A little more verity of food. We would definitely stay there in the future. The staff were great as well.

This was a great condo with plenty of room for the eight of us. The balcony was large and had a table that we could eat outside on, as well as two extra chairs and side table (and extra fold-out chairs in the closet). There were great views from both master suites, since both had access to balconies. Even the main master suite bathroom had an amazing view! The master baths were large with walk-in showers and a lot of natural light. I could go on and on about all the room we had (relaxing, cooking, eating, closet space, etc.), making me extremely glad we chose it. The location is really good, too, on a back street away from the busier areas, yet close to St. Andrews, which we always visit when we stay. The large pool was really nice, too, heated but not too hot. Emerald Beach Properties were amazing, as well, and made sure we had everything we needed and were happy during our stay. There's a lot of security, as well, so we felt safe and didn't have to worry about anyone getting too rowdy. I'd recommend this condo to anyone who is visiting with a larger group or family.

Perfect Location for Ironman Florida
This complex is adjacent to the convention center so all of the Ironman staging was five minute walk. The swim course was in front of my room. The condo was nicely appointed and clean. Check in was simple and all of the onsite personnel were friendly and helpful.

Perfect Quick Getaway!
We rented this unit for a quick family trip before the kids started to scatter for the summer. The unit was clean and the bedrooms were perfectly set up for what we needed. We had eight people the first two nights and my in-laws joined us for the last night of our stay and we still had plenty of room. The mattress on the sleeper sofa wasn't super comfortable (it's hard to find one that is!) but it worked fine for my teenage son, and we only needed it the last night with the extra company. All of the other beds were extremely comfortable. The A/C in the lock-out unit wasn't working when we first got there but we called the after-hours number and by the time we got back from dinner it was fixed and the room was completely comfortable! The views were great from both balconies and we really enjoyed how big the main balcony was. We had plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. for the amount of time we were there, but if we were staying a week I would recommend bringing some laundry supplies for a couple of quick loads. The beach was great and very easy to get to from the unit. We also loved that the condo was at the end of the hallway so it was very private. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience here, good location and great views. The beach was not over crowded and was very clean. Pool was also nice with a bar being right next to it made if even nicer. We got to town earlier then expected and they let us check in early a few hours with no problem. Rooms were very nice and the kitchen was stocked with anything you would need.

One of the best condos we've ever stayed!
It accommodated our family of 11 perfectly. We have an 11 year old grandson, twin boys 6 yr.old, twin boy/girl age 4. We had plenty room and the condo was furnished with everything we needed. We've stayed at the Boardwalk for the last 5 years and this is by far the best yet! We will book this again.

We had a great time. Suite Condo combo 1111/1112 worked out great for our family. On of our kids have two small children and they all slept in the smaller 1112 area where the had extra conveniences. View was awesome and being on the corner of building was very quiet. Only suggestion I have is don't arrive at 4 for checking in. Crazy with every one checking at same time. Loved the place and will do it again.

I can not say enough about how great our vacation was. Admirals Quarter was everything we needed. We had plenty of room and the staff at the resort was great. Thanks to your office for taking care of everything for us. We even received an email from you guys to check on us . The resort staff was great with our 4 grandchildren. Great Family Vacation
We vacation with our son and his family and our daughter and her family every summer. There are ten of us (six adults and four children). This condo more than met our needs. This was the first time at the beach for my grandkids (ages 2 and 3) and it couldn't have been better. The two master suites gave both couples privacy and space. The big kitchen kept my daughter and me from competing as cooks and housekeepers. We had two days of rain, so the Netflix subscription on the television was a welcome surprise.

We were the first to stay in this unit with its adjoining unit C-1112 and we loved it. Both units offered everything in abundance and we wanted for nothing. The decor was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable and each room was equipped with all the electronic devices we all depend on. Our family of 6 adults and one infant had the opportunity to stay in this condo along with the adjoining C-1112. The condos were both lovely as well as spacious. The condos were well stocked with kitchenware, bath towels, sheets, and even beach chairs and boogie boards. The facility's workout room, pool, and beautiful view of the gulf were just what we were looking for. We feel very fortunate to have found the website that led us to this wonderful vacation. Thank you to Hugh and Sarah for sharing their condos with us and we would highly recommend either condo.

We just returned from our stay at the Boardwalk, and it had to be the best vacation we have had in many years. We had a large party of 6 adults and 6 kids (5 of those 4 years and under). The 4 bedroom condo was very spacious, beautiful, very clean, and easily accommodated our family. The Miller family was very gracious and helpful with our reservations, and they were always available if you had questions or just needed advise about where to eat. Our kids LOVED the kid play area and the "big pool". Everything about the resort and the condo was wonderful. We feel very blessed to have had the perfect room, perfect weather, and the beautiful white (oil-free) sand to play in. We have been coming to PCB for the past 27 years and finally feel like we have a place that we can continue to stay at for the next several years. Thanks again, Sarah and Hugh for allowing us to rent from you. We would recommend this particular unit to all of our friends and family members. Hopefully, we will be able to return next year around the same time.

To start i want to thanks Sarah, my family and I (12) adults had the best time and the condo was great everything was beautiful. the resort had all anyone could ask for,tiki bar priced really resonable, little store awesome veiws!! During our stay we had some rough surf and strong rip tides. most days were red flagged, one of the worst days My brother and I help a young woman caught in a rip tide and when we got her back to the beach she collasped from exhaustion, ems came and checked her out. after that officials closed the beaches ( double red flag). all the years i been in panama city never seen surf like this. all was not lost because of the great pool,splash area the boardwalk has. after mother nature eased up the beach was reopened. Please read the warning signs posted in the condo and at the access areas to the beach. life is to precious to take chances! we will be returning again and hope to get this place.

Our family had a great time staying at this condo. The staff was very friendly to work with. It was convenient to a lot of restaurants and attractions. Having to wear the wristbands was a little annoying but we understood and having the pool secured did provide peace of mind. Will consider staying here on our next trip!

Amazing! The reception for my son's wedding was held at the Boardwalk convention center so we rented these units for the bridal party to use the day & night before the wedding and the night of. It was perfect! The bride's party were on the same floor but opposite side of the building in 1100 & 1101. This allowed the videographer/photographer great access to both the bride and groom the morning of the wedding. The rooms were spacious, the furnishings and decor were first class right down to the fully equipped kitchen, and......what a beautiful view from EVERY window. The management team were so helpful and accommodating. Thank you to the owners of this beautiful unit for making such a perfect place for our kids to begin their married life together!
