Panama city beach stay

I enjoyed my stay. The condo was clean with a beautiful view, direct access to the beach and pools with a clear view to the beach. Staff was especially courteous. Overnighting me my laptop after I left it in the Airbnb. Would book again!

Great location!

Great location, good building, well kept outside and you do see good staff and security so feel safe.  Short walk from pool to beach was nice and having the cabana people with jet skis right there was also nice.  We spent most of our time at the beach.  Inside the room has a few maintenance issues but they responded quickly to remedy them.

The condo was exactly like the pics. AC worked perfectly. Not warm/hot the whole time. Plenty of room for the whole group. Elevators were quick. We were on the 21st floor and never had to wait on an elevator over a minute. There are four of them. Internet was screaming fast. This is in the middle of everything on the west end of PCB. Close to Walmart for groceries but expect it to be crazy busy. Perfect view of EVERYTHING as far as the eye can see off the balcony. I've never seen so may sting rays. Probably over thirty each morning while eating breakfast. Checkin is at 5, which is when the main office closes. Renters before us trashed the place so the cleaning crew, excellent by the way, couldn't get us in there until 5:40pm. Not the rental company's fault. We just wanted a clean room. There's a bar, $$, downstairs beachside where we waited until the room was clean. 10 digit door code didn't work, so we had to leave a message on the rental company's voice mail. Called back within 5 minutes and gave us a 4 digit door code. The rental company was very nice and solved the problem very quickly. That was the only hiccup the whole trip and it was solved right quick and in a hurry. I've read reviews of people complaining about sand on the floors. It's a beach. Just chill. Things are going to happen and this is a beautiful place, with all types of people and ages. Never had problem one with anyone. Security is present at all times. Don't know if you use a grill, but there are none on property. Other that those couple of things I would highly recommend this place. I've stayed at the far end , east and west in PCB, and all locations are great. The whole town is very family oriented.

Loved staying here! The weather ended up not being so great so we stayed in a lot but there was plenty of room for all 7 of us! The view was gorgeous and we saw dolphins and stingrays all day every day! We will definitely be back!

The condo was perfect for the 10 of us. The view from the balcony was just amazing, and it felt like you were on a cruise. the location was perfect. We have a lot of loving memories of the place, and would certainly return again for another vacation.

We WILL stay here again!
We had such an amazing time staying here. The condo was the perfect size for our girls trip! The location was perfect. Pretty much walking distance to every attraction and bar we wanted to go to. The 3 bathrooms was a lifesaver for that many females & the bedroom space was roomy! The beach view was beautiful & Being so close to the beach was a huge plus! The owner was very easy to communicate with with fast responses to any questions we had. We will absolutely be staying here again for our next trip to panama!

We've come to this condo for many years now. We love the new couch and love seat. Anytime we had a problem it was taken care of right away. Fantastic view. Beautiful condo. Hope to be back again.

The facility and the customer service we experienced with our reservation was outstanding. The only things that were an issue was the following; The rules around the pool area were a little to strict which is where I grandchildren wanted to stay majority of the time l. I understand the need for rules but some were a little excessive.

We had a great time here, we had to leave early due to Covid 19 concerns. The condo was clean with great amenities but we were unlucky being there during a time of Panama City fixing a pipe causing the water to be turned off for 24 hours. Overall great stay!

Awesome place to stay. We had a water leak under one of the bathroom sinks and I had to call but Ed was prompt with coming to check on the leak. He fixed it in no time. Ed was also very nice and understanding. Everyone I spoke with throughout this journey has been nice. We couldn't have stayed at a better place. Thanks for everything!!

This was an excellent view of the gulf. We wish we could have stayed longer. Exterior painting project interfered with the view (minor issue), but we expected that going into the rental.

We had a blast! The condo easily accommodated our group of 12. The condo was not as clean upon arrival as we are used to , but they sent housekeeping back the same day to fix the problem. There was not a grill to use as advertised, however the the pool side bar/ restaurant was fantastic and the kitchen was spacious and well stocked. The beaches are gorgeous and we saw tons of sea life! We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for my particpation in Ironman Florida and the convenience was not to be beat. The condo was spacious and the view was perfect. We were able to see the beach on one side and the finish line on the other.

We stayed here for a family reunion. It was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. It was clean and the beds were so comfy, we didn't want to leave. We loved being right on the beach, it was so convenient to take long walks and play in the surf. The sunsets were just as advertised...AMAZING! Emerald Beach Properties gave us a great price and the service was fantastic. Jessi & Cooper are the best! We'll definitely stay here again.

We have been renting Seaside Memories for about 3 years now and are renting it again next year (2017). There are 6 adults and 4 children in our party and there is plenty of room for everyone. We just love this place and hope to keep coming back for years to come.

Our stay in Boardwalk 2111 and 2112 was unbelievable. The condo was clean and up to date. It was spacious and could accommodate my family with room to spare. The pool and hot tub area was enjoyable, we took advantage of it almost daily. The gym was much nicer than expected with up to date equipment and a view of the ocean. I would highly recommend this resort to family and friends.

We stayed in this condo for Ironman week and needless to say needed a comfortable place to sleep. This condo went above and beyond a comfortable place to sleep.
