Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed by the Resort. No smoking or vaping except in designated smoking areas on the first and ground floor. Smoking & vaping is prohibited on balconies, in elevators, elevator lobbies, stairwells, walkways to units, and pool decks.
From Good Times and Tan Lines 6th floor Gulf-front balcony, you'll overlook a 1700-foot expanse of sugar white sands known for generations as the Miracle Mile. With floor-to-ceiling windows throughout your expansive great room, there are views from every angle! The open floor plan great room offers plenty of seating with a tropical inspired queen sleeper sofa and oversized chair. Watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV! You'll love watching the big game or having movie night here!
Prepare an entire gourmet meal or just a quick snack before heading to the beach, in your well-equipped kitchen, complete with the latest appliances and granite counter tops. Gulf views can be appreciated from the kitchen as well! The kitchen is equipped with cookware, bakeware, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, silverware, etc.! Adjacent to the kitchen is a cute and cozy dining nook that comfortably seats 4 people. The condo was clean and had an amazing view. There were plenty of towels and the water pressure was good. We were evacuating the hurricane so my husband needed to work from the condo and the internet worked great. The kitchen was well stocked and everything we needed was there. It is close to plenty of things to do. The restaurant at the pool was good. I look forward to going back as a vacation where we can really enjoy it.

Entire unit was very clean from front to back. View on 6th was beautiful looking out . Queen bed was great and this impressed us. Facilities at this resort keeps us coming back. Elevators were fast, never had to wait. (Time of year helped I’m sure). The burger at the bar is still one of the best in area. We really had a good trip despite the heat at this time in Southeast.

Place is exactly how it looks in the photos. The location is good because it’s on the beach but away from a lot of the noise and traffic. I would recommend this condo to families. There’s a washer and dryer in unit which is great as well as smart tv in bedroom and living room. The couch is a pullout as well. The views are very nice. Pool is open until 10, they have a children area as well. I was very happy and satisfied.

Was perfect size for 3 of us …. Very clean and absolutely loved and appreciated the standing oscillating fan .. while the air was good , it helped greatly in the back bedroom.

It is a bit of a drive from Pier Park, but the condo being so clean and well kept and the resort being so family friendly made up for that. We loved the toddler splash pad for our 2 year old! Being further down also helped with the crowds. Overall, a great stay.

Please contact the pro shop to find out the current pricing and to reserve tee times and court times. There is a tram that runs between the towers area where this condo is located and the golf and tennis areas. Just wait at the tram stop for a free ride.
Q: Hello. Does this resort allow personal canopies (8’x10’) on their beach during the day? I know with some resorts people are only allowed to use the beach chairs and umbrellas that are either provided or available for rent on the resort’s private beach. Is that a rule with this resort?- Anonymous U. Posted: 02/09/2022A:Yes, beach canopies are allowed in designated areas on the beach during the day. The canopies are not allowed to set up in front of the rental beach chairs. The City of PCB requires that all canopies be removed from the beach overnight.
