Boardwalk 810 is a 2 BED/2 BATH beachfront condo that comfortably sleeps up to 8 in the master bedroom king bed, guest bedroom full beds (2), and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room.

A 2-3 night minimum stay is required except for the Summer Season-Memorial Day through the First Weekend of August when there is 7 night minimum with check in on Saturday, check out the following Saturday.

From your 8th floor Gulf-front balcony, you'll overlook a 1700-foot expanse of sugar white sands known for generations as the Miracle Mile. With floor-to-ceiling windows throughout your expansive living room, there are views from every angle! The living room offers plenty of seating with a coastal blue sleeper sofa (queen-size mattress!) and coordinated recliners. Watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen smart TV, a video player is also provided for movie nights!

Prepare an entire gourmet meal or just a quick snack before heading to the beach, in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with the latest appliances and granite counter tops. Gulf views can be appreciated from the kitchen as well! The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, bakeware, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, silverware, etc.! Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy dining area that comfortably seats 6 people at the dining room table with additional seating for 4 at the bar. Beach-front dining on the private balcony is always a great option too! Don't feel like cooking? No problem! Boardwalk has Under the Boardwalk Bar & Grill, The Rusty Anchor Bar & Grill, The Corner Market, AND The Food Court to choose from!

Sleep like a dream, while enjoying your dream vacation, on the king-sized bed in your master suite. The master bedroom offers upgraded furniture, flat-screen TV, convenient dresser and closet, and access to the full bathroom! Your full bathroom includes a large jetted jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, double vanities, and wall mounted hair dryer.

The guest bedroom offers a two full sized beds with high thread count linens-it's like your sleeping on a cloud. Enjoy access to the en-suite guest bath that provides a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The guest bathroom can be accessed from either the hallway or guest bedroom so it's great for anyone using the sofa sleeper.

The 2,500 square foot heated zero entry pool is exquisite with its own waterfall and extensive decks for sunbathing and relaxing. Two beach front hot tubs are available for your relaxation. The children's splash zone pool and play area has interactive fountains that will thrill the youngsters and an observation deck for parents to enjoy the view!

Both covered and uncovered parking are available adjacent to the building. Your 2 Bedroom condo includes up to 2 parking passes and 8 arm bands. This is the maximum on-site parking allowed for this condo. Additional parking is available in several offsite parking lots for a daily fee.

Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed by the Resort. No smoking or vaping except in designated smoking areas on the first and ground floor. Smoking & vaping is prohibited on balconies, in elevators, elevator lobbies, stairwells, walkways to units, and pool decks.
