A 2-3 night minimum stay is required except for the Summer Season-Memorial Day through the First Weekend of August when there is 7 night minimum with check in on Saturday, check out the following Saturday.

Additional guests can cozy up on the queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room. The hall bathroom is great for anyone staying on the living room sofa sleeper. It provides a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Parking is available at the building. Your one bedroom condo includes 1 parking pass and 4 arm bands. This is the maximum on-site parking allowed for this condo. Additional parking is available in several offsite parking lots for a daily fee.

Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed by the Resort. No smoking or vaping inside condo.
