Highest marks. Communication was excellent. Courtesy, helpfulness and friendliness were on point. Beautiful complex (Commodore) with excellent amenities and proximity to restaurants, etc., but very quiet and chill. Unit was clean and well-appointed. Some furnishings (kitchen table, couch, mattresses) are ready to be replaced soon but this did not hamper our comfort or the wonderful time we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay -- we can't wait to come back and hope to stay in this unit again!!

We stayed for a month and it was wonderful. Beach view was amazing, 5th floor is perfect, not too high but above the palm trees for a clear view of the beach. Great location, away from traffic but close to restaurants, shopping and grocery. The interior is really cute and the kitchen is well equipped with everything and more than we needed. Actually it has more kitchenware and small appliances than I have at home. Cabinets, countertops and appliances could be updated but was sufficient for our needs. Refrigerator has an ice maker which was a good surprise. Bathrooms are also dated and could use a refresh, but both toilets were replaced with new comfort height and slow close seats after the owner was made aware of the older toilets chain and flapper issues. Mattresses were very comfortable with very nice linens. Only suggestions for long term rental would be more comfortable sofa and loveseat and balcony furniture. It would be nice to have the taller chairs to sit and see over the railing. We saw dolphins many days and the best sunsets. Overall it was a great vacation, views, location and value for the money. Excellent location. Right next to St. Andrews State Park. Security at the entrance and walking the property. It's on the more quiet and scenic end of PCB. very close to Capt. Anderson's Marina where boat rentals and many Bay Cruise services are located. Close to Dat Cajun Place, best casual dining restaurant on the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at Commodore 503. The unit was clean and well appointed. The communication from our host was very good. To the point that we were notified the unit was ready for check in a few hours early. The location of Commodore is perfect for us as you can walk to St Andrews, Patches, Schooners, Deck Hand Social and others. It’s the quiet side of PCB and it’s the best place to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

This is my first time staying at this particular room, but I have been visiting The Commodore for nearly 10 years now. The room was clean and well stocked with pots, pans, and basic needs such as detergent and soap. The communication with the listing agent was easy to do, and they were always prompt replying. The grounds for the condo were well maintained, the pool, hot tub and kid pool were all clean and the chairs were nice quality. This particular unit also came with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella that were set up daily by a 3 party which was a huge convenience especially with two young children.Overall, we more than likely will be back next year for another visit and hopefully can stay here again!

Everything was great. Located to a lot of stores and good restaurants. Patches Pub right by was awesome! St. Andrews State Park right next to us. Condo was perfect for 2 adults and 4 teenagers. The Commodore was very laid back and friendly staff. The only thing I wish they would have had in condo was beach chairs. The master bathroom did have drainage issues but I emailed and maintenance guy came right away to fix. We will stay again.

The view is breathtaking, enjoyed sitting on the balcony mornings and evenings and listening to the ocean waves. The sunsets are espectacular! The location is perfect, away from the crowds but still close enough for all the shopping. Our third year visiting Panama City Beach but first time having an ocean view location and it was so worth it. We decided to get away for our 60th birthday year celebration. We enjoyed our stay. Great location away from the crowded west end of PCB. Yet easy to go to the restaurants that we wanted to go to. It was also easy to get to Pier Park. Very close to Andy?s Flour Power that has the best breakfast food in PCB. There really wasn?t really anything with our unit that was not satisfactory. Such a cute little condo! We have never stayed down this far down in PCB, FL, but it was actually nice! You?re still close enough to town to do all the things there, but far enough to not have the crowds! It was clean and comfortable and we throughly enjoyed our stay! The team made sure we were informed on everything, which was wonderful as well! Plus, we never had to wait for a elevator!!!! Which is not very common during the summer at condos!

We were very pleased with the ease of booking ,the location and condo was very clean and well supplied with kitchen items. Balcony and view were awesome. Pool was nice and not as crowded as we expected. Thanks so much for a great place to stay! Hope to be back! You might want to look at curtains in master bedroom. Great job!

Love The Commodore. Each unit we have rented through ITrip has exceeded expectations. This particular unit has a well stocked kitchen (be sure to check out appliances stored in the 2nd bedroom closet!). The rentals are always clean and any problems are handled courteously and promptly! Customer service is great! Will rent this unit again and Use ITrip again, definitely! Thanks Jennifer and Amber!

The property was beautiful as was the room. however the pictures were a little deceiving as far as how big the master bathroom is. you can barely fit one person in there. that would be my only complaint. we had a wonderful stay

We had our air conditioning go out on the 4th day of our 7 day stay in unit 503 of the Commodore condos. I texted our assigned representative Amber who promptly put in a work order. When the HVAC man said it needed a part that he wouldn?t have for 5 days, Amber pretty much said we had to live with it because they were full up and if we didn?t want to stay in a hot condo that we had to try to find a motel. I am not sure I can put into words how wonderful our experience was in PCB at Commodore 503. This was our first time at the Commodore. Only 1 negative: Bedspreads are NOT as shown in pictures. 2 of the bedspreads look like they were from the 70?s with what looked like pirate monkeys on them. Everything else was as shown and advertised. Was great condo, great location. Was able to turn thermostat down below 70, which is plus for my family. Ceiling fans worked and didn?t make any squeaking noises while they were on. There was a box fan and a small portable round fan in the unit. Parking was easy and had enough luggage carts. Nice unit & complex. There are only two elevators and one was not operating, so you had to wait a bit for elevator, however it was fast. Construction was going on at/near complex so a bit noisy during day. The master bedroom mattress was very firm.
