Fun little getaway with my husband
We enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at Edgewater many many times and always love it there! We have stayed in this condo multiple times when it’s just the two of us. It’s a great condo for two and my husband loves that we don’t have to get on the elevator! Lol… we will definitely stay again!

Great getaway
We loved the convenience of the 1st floor. There were only 2 things we encountered … hairdryer in master bathroom does not work and the shower needs a deep cleaning. Other than that everything was perfect for our stay.

Great Location-1st Floor
We absolutely loved the location of this particular condo! Now, if you get cranky because people are in the hot tub located outside of your balcony, just go ahead and get a condo higher up! But I personally loved it and was able to keep a close eye on my teen, never used the elevator and love the closeness of everything! The back gate is right there and even during Spring Break, never had an issue with finding a parking space or a luggage cart! You will love the huge tub and separate shower and even the pullout bed was not terribly uncomfortable. The property provides sheets, plenty of blankets and pillows, plenty of kitchen necessities and there is even a box fan in the closet. I would definitely stay in this condo again-I even asked if it was available one more day! Five stars across the board!

Perfect for us

Comfy 1 bedroom Condo
We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was nice and clean. Everything was perfect inside the condo. The only complaint we had is the proximity to the hot tub. There is a lot of loud noise and music coming from the younger crowd at all hours of the night in the hot tub located just below the condo balcony. Not the owner's fault but it takes a few calls a night to get security to do anything about it

Cozy Christmas Condo!

We stayed for 6 nights!  This was a perfect condo!  No complaints at all!  We enjoyed Christmas Eve, Christmas and my husbands 50th birthday so very much.  The balcony overlooks the hot tub and there are people in there all the time.  Great for people watching!

Comfortable place to get away
We liked to location of the property. There were just a couple of things we would've like to see but we understand it was off season. Outside the pool and hot tub needed cleaning from all the bugs. Inside the condo was very nice. The toaster didn't work. It wouldn't stay down to toast. It would also be nice if one of the TV's were a little more modern so we could smartcast from our phones for night time viewing. We would definitely like to rent this property again.

Perfect Vacation!
I’ll be honest, after reading some reviews I was nervous about the noise level staying on the first floor. This unit is located directly above a hot tub and it can definitely get loud, however, we did not have any issues with noise level in the evening. While the room had some repairs that were needed, the room was spotless and we even got a surprise early check-in. The pools were awesome, the view was beautiful and my daughter loved the splash pad. We ate at “Oceans” one evening and it was delicious and the portions were huge. We will definitely be back.

Good times at the beach

We were there for the month of February.. The place was very comfortable and one of the best beds we have ever had! The rental agents were wonderful to work with when we had any problems.. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the hot tub so close as some people could be loud and late at night..Would definitely book with Emerald Beach Properties again!!

Tropical condo on the Beach
This condo had a great tropical feel. Very roomy and all the items needed for a great stay. Condo is on second floor so no long elevator rides. Restaurant is 75” from the door and overlooked the beach and jacuzzi area. Parking was awesome and great security from front gate to grounds. Really enjoy yes out time there. Thanks.

Much Needed Getaway
My husband and I spent 6 fantastic days here celebrating his 50th birthday! The property is as shown on pictures. The bed and furnishings were comfortable. The view of the ocean was amazing! The only factor we didn’t consider is that the condo is near the pool and hot tub, so if you’re on the balcony, you can hear some conversations and laughter. We definitely had an amazing stay. The management team was outstanding! We will definitely be back!

We really liked having a jacuzzi tub in our master . Only complaint we have is the hot tub is below our balcony an it's kinda noisy, not necessarily the people but the hot tub it self is pretty loud . But we love it an plan to rent it again next summer .

Last Minute Vacation
We were very happy with our stay. The location of the condo couldn’t have been more convenient. It’s steps away to the beach entrance and to the pools and bar/grill. We had a couple issues when we arrived but the property manager answered back very quickly and took care of everything. The condo was everything it said on the website and we enjoyed every bit of our stay. Would definitely recommend this condo/property.

The property was beautiful, clean and conveniently located on the beach and near the pool.
This is the second time my husband and I stayed at this location and we will be back. It is conveniently located on the beach and directly beside the pool and Oceans Grill. There is also a smaller more private pool and hot tub next to the property. The brief walk to the beach and pool is what made this property perfect for us. I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful condo and loved the location. It is over the jacuzzi though and can be noisy at night. Found a fan in the closet to use at night to drown out the noise. Loved the first floor and short walk to the beach. Nicely decorated and spacious. Parking was never a problem near the condo.

Check-in was super easy and 1st floor was so convenient! We were worried about the view, but even being on the 1st floor the view was awesome! Stairs are close to the room, so we never used the elevator. Even though the room is in Tower 2, you're super close to the lagoon pool, bar, restaurant and even a little convenient store. We seriously loved this place and would definitely book again!

The staff was very friendly. Loved the Million Dollar View, the pools, the restaurant on site. The grounds were very well cared for. Loved the bathtub and the hot tubs and the views from the deck. Amore Donuts were yum! We drove to look at the Hurricane destruction, it was really sad over in town but the beach was good! Loved shopping at Pier Park.

I wanted to let you know that my wife and I had a wonderful week in Panama City Beach. The condo we stayed in was fantastic as always. We have stayed in this condo several times in the past and I'm sure we will stay there again in the future. One of the highlights of this trip was I was finally able to meet Jesse and others that work for Emerald Beach Properties. I have spoken with Jesse many times over the phone over the years and on this trip I actually met her. Jesse has been very helpful assisting me whenever I call which is quite often with one question or another. Everyone else has been exceptional too! Nice clean and secure place to stay ... stayed here before and will return again
My wife and I finally got to get away for a vacation and decided to go to PCB . We had stayed at Edgewater in the past and enjoyed our stay and decided to return this year . The condo was very nice and very clean with a great view of the ocean. The amenities offered at the resort are so convenient and reasonably priced. The close proximity to restaurants and stores is a great option. All in all we had a very relaxing vacation and will return soon . The West's ... Evansville Indiana ?

We have stayed at Edgewater for 26 years now and I'd rate this room as one of the tops. The bed was very comfortable. I didn't leave beach wishing to be back in my bed at home with nor did I have a back ache upon departure. . Even though the room was n in tower two it was actually closer to the main tower 1 pool than being in tower 1. Very nice decor. Very clean... just an overall great room that I'll request next trip.

Have stayed with Hugh and Sarah for several years in different condos that the family owns. Have never been disappointed with any of the condos we have rented from them. It is always a true vacation, and what you see in the pictures is what your condo will look like. This condo has Beautiful views of the beach. My husband and I made a last minute trip down. We visit PCB at least 3 times a year and I have to say this was the easiest check in we have ever had. Our parking pass was waiting at the gate for us, we got to park right out front of the condo, one small flight of stairs and your in the condo. No waiting on elevators or looking for a cart to tote all your luggage up. Condo was perfect and cozy. I felt like I was staying at my grandparents house. Hugh and Sarah are very sweet people. Edgewater towers are a great place. This is the first time my wife and I stayed here and we were very impressed. The condo is in the perfect location between 2 pools with a fantastic view of the beach. There is a Bar/restaurant within feet of the building. There was a coffee shop/store for all our quick needs in the same parking lot. The pictures were exactly as it was. The beach chairs were easy to find and close by. I would highly recommend it for a couples getaway. My wife and I plan to return. Everything that the property has was so close that we did not even feel like we had to leave to visit the local restaurants. We will do more investigating on our next trip. I had talked directly to the owner before renting the property and had told them what I was looking for and they were very helpful and directed me to this condo. They felt it would best fit my needs and they were Correct!. Thank you so much. You would need a larger Condo if you were a family. This condo was perfect for a Couple.

Our stay in Tower 2-104 exceeded our expectations. We have stayed at Edgewater for several years, but this year was truly our most enjoyable. I've enjoyed staying in the condo at Edgewater for 2 years in a row. It's the perfect location near the lagoon pool and restaurant. It's very roomy and has everything you need to feel right at home. It's clean and well kept. My only negative comment would be that it would be nice if the owner would pay for 2 of the comfortable chairs with umbrella on the beach to enjoy. I've stayed at other condos at Edgewater where this has been part of the amenities. My sister's were actually staying the same week and they had 2 chairs for the week paid for.

When we were sitting on the balcony, looking at the beach, the beautiful sunset, the pier in the background, the clear Gulf waters, the palm trees next to us, the thought crossed our minds! My husband and I made a last minute trip down. We visit PCB at least 3 times a year and I have to say this was the easiest check in we have ever had. Our parking pass was waiting at the gate for us, we got to park right out front of the condo, one small flight of stairs and your in the condo. No waiting on elevators or looking for a cart to tote all your luggage up. Condo was perfect and cozy. I felt like I was staying at my grandparents house. Edgewater towers are a great place. This is the first time my wife and I stayed here and we were very impressed. The condo is in the perfect location between 2 pools with a fantastic view of the beach. There is a Bar/restaurant within feet of the building. There was a coffee shop/store for all our quick needs in the same parking lot. The pictures were exactly as it was. I would highly recommend it for a couples getaway. My wife and I plan to return. Everything that the property has was so close that we did not even feel like we had to leave to visit the local restaurants. We will do more investigating on our next trip. I had talked directly to the owner before renting the property and had told them what I was looking for and they were very helpful and directed me to this condo. They felt it would best fit my needs and they were Correct! Thank you so much. This condo was perfect for a Couple.

My daughter & I love this condo! The king size bed is comfy! It's always nice when you can go and stay somewhere that makes you feel at home and is as pictured! We can't wait to come back next year!

Have stayed with Sarah Condos for several years in different condos that the family owns. Have never been disappointed with any of the condos we have rented from them. Excellent Condo!

Fantastic place

I visit Panama City Beach every summer and this is by far the nicest place i have stayed in. The view was beautiful from the balcony. The owners were very friendly and easy to deal with and they also made you feel at home in this condo. It was hard to leave.

We vacation at Edgewater at least once a year. This condo was wonderful. It has many "personal touch" features that many of the others do not have. The owners are so wonderful to deal with. I have never met them, but feel like I know them very well just from talking to them on the phone. Highly, highly recommend!

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in your condo the week of March 16 - 23. Your condo is nicely furnished and had everything we needed. We had several friends staying at Edgewater and they all loved our condo. The location is great! Even the weather cooperated with only one day rainy and cool.
