The open floor plan great room is truly stunning. The beachfront views will take your breath away. You'll love the elegant tropical vibe throughout with plenty of comfy seating for everyone. The large main TV is great for watching the big game or your favorite programs with Roku streaming included with your rental. You'll love surfing by the surf with Lux Speed WiFi throughout the property.

The kitchen is well equipped, so you can prepare a gourmet meal or quick breakfast, lunch or a special snack with a beach view, too. A full-sized refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave are included. Dishes, pots, pans, flatware, blender, coffee maker, and more!

The dining room, is also Gulf-front and seats 6 at the table and has additional seating at the bar. Step out the sliding glass doors onto your private balcony from the living room and the dining room, the views are endless! This makes it inviting to eat in or sit and play board games or cards.

The Fanning Palm Second Bedroom Suite has a comfy king-sized bed and is decorated in a tropical tone as well and has an adjoining full bath with a tiled tub/shower combo and single vanity.

All bedrooms have large flat screens TVs with Roku Streaming and high thread count luxury bed linens. Fluffy high-quality bathroom towels, and kitchen towels are included with your rental to make you feel right at home! There is a stack washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board provided so you can always look your best.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
