This fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1366 square foot condo with wall to wall-floor to ceiling windows has amazing views of the Emerald Coast. Ocean's 1113 comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with a king sized bed in the main suite, two twin sized beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the great room. Enjoy the shimmering white sands and emerald green waters of the majestic Gulf of Mexico from your amazing open floor plan great room. Floor to ceiling windows and a huge balcony make this your perfect place in paradise. You'll feel right at home with the coastal casual decor. There's plenty of seating with a queen sleeper sofa, a love seat and coordinating side chair. Your rental also includes Roku Streaming HD TV at no additional charge-bring your computer and surf by the surf with free Lux Speed WiFi throughout the property.
Step out onto your private balcony and take in the beach views. This is a great place for morning coffee and evening drinks at sunset. Plenty of seating and shade, too.
The dining area has a coastal chic table with 4 chairs so it's a great place for family and friends to gather for a meal. The well equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Pots and pans, dishes, flatware, drink-ware, etc. are included with the rental. Best of all, you have an amazing view of the beach while you are on "kitchen duty."
The Beach House Main Suite has a luxury king-sized bed with a private en-suite bathroom. You'll love the beautiful coastal vibe and the luxury high thread count sheets, fluffy pillows and soft thirsty towels. It's like sleeping on a cloud. Enjoy your own TV with Roku streaming and relaxing in bed while reading a book. Step into the dressing area with double sinks, high end cabinetry and granite counter tops. There's a large closet for storage, too. The elegant tiled walk in shower is great for rinsing off after a hard day at the beach.
The Sea Shells second bedroom has two twin sized beds with an adjoining bath that is shared with the great room. The second bathroom has a modern tiled tub-shower combo, updated cabinetry and granite counter top. The bedroom has it's own TV with Roku, too. Luxury linens are provided with your rental. So relaxing!
The full sized washer and dryer are located in the hallway right outside the guest bathroom. An iron and ironing board are included in case you need to spruce up your outfits before you go out for the evening!
Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side. The Villas have pools, too.
Summer entertainment includes Beach Bonfires-Hermit Crab Races-Photo Scavenger Hunts-Beach Basketball-Beach Volleyball-Sound of the Conch Sunsets- Dive in Movies-Steel Drums- Poolside DJs-Karaoke-Polynesian Fire Dancers and more! There may be a charge for some events.
The nine-hole, par three executive golf course is located near the Villas. There are 10 lighted Plexi-cushion tennis courts, and a complete pro-shop for equipment rental for tennis and golf. Edgewater is a wonderful resort that really has all you need for your vacation to not ever have to leave. The restaurant Oceans has a wide variety of food to choose from (our favorites were pizza, fried oysters, and the Buffalo sliders). The pools are large and the beach is clean. The condo looks just like the pictures! The view is amazing from the balcony. Beds are comfy and the washer/dryer is a plus. Only downside was having to go to a separate location before getting in the condo. Would think mailing the info/parking passes would be better for families trying to get to their vacation spot ASAP. Will rent this condo again the next time we come to PCB!

The condo was beautiful!! As soon as you walk through the front door, you are greeted with an amazing view of the ocean. The condo was clean and well decorated. They did provide minimal, basic supplies, but shopping (such as Walmart) are close by enough to go get more. The beach was also clean and never felt crowded. The pool at tower 3 was nice, but we spent more time at tower 1 as it was larger, had more hottubs, and was closer to the bar and food. All of the staff on the property were friendly. It also felt safe as security was always present at the gate and walking around the property (even at night). We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Was great to sit on the balcony and watch for dolphins. Walked on the beach every day. Many pools on the property also and close to many attractions. Would stay here again.

The condo was beautiful!! As soon as you walk through the front door, you are greeted with an amazing view of the ocean. The condo was clean and well decorated. They did provide minimal, basic supplies, but shopping (such as Walmart) are close by enough to go get more. The beach was also clean and never felt crowded. Gorgeous condo. 11th floor penthouse. Just an amazing property. Set up our chairs and pop-up every morning and spent the day on the most beautiful beach. Pool and hot tub were very clean. Some construction going on around the property, but with spending the day on the beach we didn’t really notice it.

By Cheryl, Posted: 03/14/2022Spent a very comfortable and happy week in 1113, Tower 3 at Edgewater Resort. The accommodations were absolutely beautiful. Experienced a waterfront veiw of the Gulf through the amazing floor to ceiling windows. Now I am spoiled and won't settle for less ! The beds were comfortable. The space was huge... I was unable to appreciate firsthand the pools and hot tubs because the weather was foul. They were very attractive. the amenities and grounds were topnotch and the staff members were friendly. Ate in the Oceans restaurant and the food was delicious. Entered a trivia contest that was so much fun. Only good things to say about the resort. Would recommend highly to my friends!

Our unit was nice and the view was great. We had friends in other units that were pretty bad though. One had a ceiling cave in and the other had.mold and peeling paint. Our unit was definitely the nicest, and had some updates.

Overall great vacation! The unit was clean and had all the necessary items we needed. The room was spacious and updated just as pictured. The amenities at the complex were outstanding! If I had to nitpick a little, it might be time to update the mattresses and the washer and dryer. The mattresses in the guest bedroom, were hard and in the master, the bed was squeaky. The washer left black marks on all of our clothes and dryer took multiple cycles to dry.

Our stay in PCB was a perfect respite from our regular routine. The condo was ideal for our needs and was bright and sunny with a nice outdoor table on the deck for sipping wine and watching the sunsets!

Enjoyed our stay at Edgewater with a beautiful view of the gorgeous beach! Condo was just as described. Pools were nice and Oceans restaurant had good good and drinks. Staff was very easy to contact and they accommodated all our needs. We will come back!

This entire complex is amazing between numerous pools, hot tubs, food/drink options. No complaints and would definitely recommend. There were 3 of us and could have easily fit a couple more!
