Comfortably sleeps up to 12 in one king bed, two queen beds, two full beds, and a queen sized great room sofa sleeper. A 2-3 night minimum stay is required except for the Summer Season-Memorial Day through the First Weekend of August when there is 7 night minimum with check in on Saturday, check out the following Saturday.

The adjoining dining room, which is also Gulf-front, seats four at the table and has more seating for 3 at the bar. Step out the sliding glass doors onto your balcony from the living room and the dining room, the views are endless!

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all of the small appliances you'll need. The property is well equipped with pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, etc.! Salty Sunsets even offers a stackable washer & dryer in the kitchen closet for all your laundering needs! The condo has a drip coffee machine.

The Seashore Main suite with its calming coastal décor has a comfy king-sized bed with silky soft sheets and fluffy pillows. You'll love sleeping to the sounds of the waves in this beachfront retreat! Direct balcony access from your sliding door and your own TV, too! The private en-suite bath includes a single vanity and a beautifully tiled soaking tub!

The Sand Dollar guest bedroom serves as 2nd oasis with two queen sized beds with luxury linens and a large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. You'll love the coastal color scheme in this beautiful room. The Sand Dollar bedroom has private access to the second bathroom which includes a tiled shower and beautiful modern vanity area.

The Tides Away 2nd guest bedroom offers two full sized beds with high thread count linens and a very own flat screen TV of it's own. Plenty of storage and access to the 3rd bathroom. The bathroom features a second walk in shower and a single vanity. This bathroom is shared with the great room area.

All bedrooms include large flat screen TVs, with streaming TV! All beds have high thread count luxury bed linens. Fluffy high quality bathroom towels, and kitchen towels are all included, you'll feel right at home! Free high speed internet access is provided for your convenience and enjoyment.

Parking is available directly in front of your building and throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The beachfront Lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet of pure pleasure with four beachfront hot tubs. There are restaurants and a bar located nearby, too. There are plenty of pool lounges for relaxing by the pool. For an additional charge, you can rent a Select Pool Lounge Set or a poolside Cabana with all the luxury amenities. The kids splash pad is available for and additional charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool and hot tub. The Villas have pools and hot tubs, too. There are a total of 12 pools at Edgewater.

The nine-hole, par three executive golf course is located near the Villas. There are 10 lighted Plexicushion tennis courts, and a complete pro-shop for equipment rental for tennis and golf. The fitness center features treadmills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, ellipticals, rowing machines and stairmaster machines. The game room offers video games and there is volleyball on the beach.
On-site services include Ocean's Bar & Grill beachfront restaurant that also offers room service and poolside dining, pizza shop, poolside bar and Edgie's beach store with Starbucks and ice cream (small shops are seasonal).
The resort also offers a hair salon, gift shop, health spa, massage therapy and free tram service for the entire complex.

Your vacation rental is professionally cleaned and maintained. We provide starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, sample size soap/shampoo/conditioner, dishwasher and laundry detergent. Please add these to your shopping list if you are staying longer than a couple of days. Housekeeping is managed by our staff, and all properties are double-inspected for quality assurance. We follow CDC guidelines for cleaning your vacation rental prior to arrival. We disinfect all high touch surfaces. We clean all hard surface floors with high temperature steam mops. Our laundry is professionally laundered including high temperature washing. Once our housekeeping staff finishes cleaning and disinfecting, our inspectors check everything. We use eco-friendly cleaning practices that help preserve the earth's precious resources while providing our guests the cleanest properties around!
