The expansive open floor plan great room offers plenty of seating, with a large sleeper sofa (queen sized mattress!) and two upholstered side chairs. Watch your favorite shows on the huge flat screen, wall-mounted television with streaming TV; or just enjoy the unbeatable view of the Gulf of Mexico from the floor-to-ceiling windows. There is truly an amazing view from every angle! You'll also enjoy LuxSpeed Wifi throughout the property at no additional charge.

The adjoining dining room, which is also Gulf-front, seats six at the table and has more seating for 4 at the bar. Step out the sliding glass doors onto your balcony from the living room and the dining room, the views are endless!

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all of the small appliances you'll need. The property is well equipped with pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, etc.! The Great Heron main bedroom with its calming coastal décor has a comfy king-sized bed with silky soft sheets and fluffy pillows. The private en-suite bath includes a single vanity, large walk-in closet (with plenty of storage space) and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower!

The Blue Skies bedroom serves as 2nd main bedroom with a king size bed with luxury linens and a large flat screen TV wall mounted for your viewing pleasure. You'll love the coastal blue color scheme in this beautiful room. The Blue Skies bedroom has private access to the second bathroom which includes a tub shower combo and granite topped vanity.

The Sea Glass guest bedroom offers a 3rd king bed with high thread count linens and a very own flat screen TV of it's own. Plenty of storage and private access to the 3rd bathroom. The bathroom features a granite topped single vanity and a walk-in shower. This bathroom is shared with the great room area.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The kids splash pad is available for and additional charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool and hot tub. The Villas have pools and hot tubs, too. There are a total of 12 pools at Edgewater.

The fitness center features treadmills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, ellipticals, rowing machines and stairmaster machines. The game room offers video games and there is volleyball on the beach.
On-site services include Ocean's Bar & Grill beachfront restaurant that also offers room service and poolside dining, pizza shop, poolside bar and Edgie's beach store with Starbucks and ice cream (small shops are seasonal).

Please add these to your shopping list if you are staying longer than a couple of days. Housekeeping is managed by our staff, and all properties are double-inspected for quality assurance. We follow CDC guidelines for cleaning your vacation rental prior to arrival. We disinfect all high touch surfaces. We clean all hard surface floors with high temperature steam mops. Our laundry is professionally laundered including high temperature washing. Once our housekeeping staff finishes cleaning and disinfecting, our inspectors check everything.
