We go to Panama City Beach every year and this is our 3rd time staying at “Isle be Back”. Very cute condo but the pullout couch is in need of replacement. Other than that we have always enjoyed staying there.

Beach Time

everything was great, all kitchen appliances worked very well, wife especially liked the coffee maker, the uniit had fast fiber internet. My favorite was the big recliner, but all the furniture is in great shape Edgewood resort is fabulous even in the winter, there are multiple hot tubs and heated pools well be back next year !!

on the beach
Unit is just as pictures describe, they have fiber internet so very fast, all kitchen appliances work well and its unit is decorated very nicely. My favorite thing was the big recliner but also liked how spacious the living room is . the only negative was the main tv which is old and small ( a 43 inch TCL Roku would fit great in your intertainment center , needs only 1 remote ) but overall a great place and Edgewater is a fabulous resort. we have stayed in 5 different condos in PCB and this is our favorite

Isle Definitely Be Back!

Room was just as advertised, nice and clean and everything in good working order. Some things were updated and some were a little dated. But overall a very nice room and perfect gulf front location. The Edgewater resort is amazing and makes me not want to stay anywhere else but Edgewater on future trips. We will definately be back!

Great Condo-Beautiful View-Fun Resort

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was spacious and clean. The view was amazing. Having two bathrooms is always a plus to a one bedroom condo stay. Communication from check-in to check-out procedures were seamless and we enjoyed our stay.

Great Condo - Beautiful View - Fun Resort
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was spacious and clean. The view was amazing. Having two bathrooms is always a plus to a one bedroom condo stay. The only issue we had was with the rental company. We returned to the condo after running errands to a maintenance person changing the battery of the key pad. No issue with that, although it would have been nice to have been made aware of this occurring. The maintenance worker needed to leave to get a replacement lock when he was unable to fix it with the items he brought. He had to leave to go get parts, which meant we had to stay in our condo because there was no lock on the door and the door would not shut. He returned and fixed it as promptly as possible. When we reached out to the rental company with our concerns and a request to be made aware of any further maintenance, the response we received was curt. This would not keep us from renting this property again. Just hoping to have better communication in this area in the future. All other areas of communication from check-in to check-out procedures were seamless and we enjoyed our stay.

The batteries were not good and the tv in the bedroom would not change channels. Also som light bulbs were not working. The dishwasher door spring was broken and it feel on my legs. And the kitchen sink disposal was no working and had an unpleasant oder. But these little things didn’t disturb my stay. I would recommend this place

Great views
Clean condo with great views from the bedroom and the living room. Spent my mornings drinking coffee on the balcony. The beach is a right there and there’s a bar/restaurant right at the resort off of the beach. Very close to so many restaurants and bars. We had a great time!

Amazing place
The condo itself is beautiful with a gorgeous view of the beach. While we were there we had an issue with a water leak and the dish washer breaking from rust damage. Once maintenance was contacted the issues were resolved surprisingly fast. Despite the issues this condo was amazing and well worth it. If you're not the party type then avoid booking during major events like the 4th. The spoiled brats with jacked up trucks will make you lose your sanity fast. The local restaurant has awsome food and drinks, if you go inside. I wouldn't advise going to the outside bars. The pools for the area was some of the best ones I've seen for a condominium. When it comes to parking all I can say is good luck and refrain from bringing larger vehicles because it is tight from the moment you pass security. The area around the condo sports several good places to eat and entertainment, although you may have to drive 10 minutes for some. For breakfast go to either Another Broken Egg or Andy's Flower Power. If you go to Andy's then for the love of all that is good in this world please order the Wilbur. To wrap this review up I would say the condo itself and the environment around it are well worth the cost. Don't let the negatives of this review keep you from this place. I only put those to give a heads up. This place is great.

Exceeded Expectations
My husband and I stayed here this week to celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary! The condo was beautiful - exactly as pictured. The bed was SUPER comfortable and I really enjoyed relaxing in the recliner in the living area. Everything was extremely clean and I loved the detail in the decor throughout the condo. Let’s talk about the views from anywhere in the condo.... SPECTACULAR!! If you are not familiar with the vibrant greens and blues in the water and the sugar white sand, you are in for a treat!! WOW!! We loved the property, especially the heated pool just below our unit and the nearby hot tub. The grounds were also well-maintained. The check-in and check-out process were simple and flawless. We had a personal schedule issue, because a friend passed away from Covid a couple of days before our check-in, and we had to leave the area for several hours on our first full day for the funeral (we live less than 2 hours away). I told Amber in the office about our situation before we arrived and she graciously worked it out for us to check in a little earlier in the afternoon due to the funeral the next day. We really appreciated the kindness. Everyone I spoke with in the office was gracious and helpful. My husband and I, who usually visit Destin, were so pleased that we have decided this will be our new getaway spot!! We are already planning to return to this condo in the future!
