Great stay
Great location with view on the beach, right next to the stairs if you don’t want to wait for the elevator. We had a problem with the DVD player and they sent maintenance right away, when they couldn’t get it to work they went out and got a new one so the kids could watch the movies they brought.

Perfect for our needs
The property was bigger than expected and had great amenities for all to enjoy. The elevators were horribly crowded upon arrival, but they weren’t bad throughout the week. Overall, it was great!

Space was very nice and the views were awesome.
Renting went well. The only issue we had was that the pool bands were not there upon our arrival. When i called and reported they were missing the rental company had them delivered to us within 15 minutes. Qould definitely recommend this unit.

We stayed May 2021. Love the place. The view of Gulf from my room was amazing. The host was prompt to respond when I reached out about my washing machine. The situation was resolved and fixed right away. A nice place to stay. I would definitely
recommend this location. I would stay there again myself.

Fantastic views
We were here for Ironman Gulf Coast 70.3 and the location was perfect. Not only did we have incredible ocean views from the balcony, but it was right over the swim course start. Rest of the race was very very close. Definitely will stay here again for racing or for pleasure.

We've been coming to PCB and staying at Edgewater for several years for the UCA Cheer Competition. We've stayed in several condos on the resort but Once Upon a Tide Tower 3 room 0413 was very spacious. The setup and bedding arrangements were set up for several to have plenty of room to sleep and hang. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

Beautiful view, spacious condo
The condo was beautiful. Loved the deck and living room. Heated pool and hot tub was great. Only disappointment was the high price of using the pickle ball, tennis courts and golf course. We did find a community center less then a mile away that had pickle ball courts we could use for free. Thanks for sharing your great condo.

The unit was right on the beach with BREATHTAKING views!!! What a gift to see the sunrise and sunset over the ocean. The weather was beautiful. Our 3 kids had so much fun building sandcastles while we relaxed. The unit was fully equipped and clean. A lovely place to make sweet family memories. Thank you!!

Wonderful accommodation.
We traveled to Panama City Beach for a wedding. We were traveling with 4 babies and a preschooler. We were looking for plenty of sleep areas but also kid friendly and beach side. We found it in the condo. Everything was just as advertised and so convenient to everything. The babies loved the splash pad and looking out the big windows. I cant say enough good things about our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice location. The room could use a deep cleaning, but was good overall. The beds were pretty comfortable for a rental. Plenty of space in the living and dining areas. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. We would stay here again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and cool when we got there. We really enjoyed the pool and loved how it did not close until midnight. Also if we had a question about our stay, the response time we get back was within 10-20 min.
Overall my family and I would stay here again and would totally recommend this.

Pleasant stay!
Had a nice time with the family. Condo was as advertised. I don't think the ad indicates it, but the unit is located on the 4th floor and has a beautiful view. Plenty of surrounding restaurants. Enjoy!

Beautiful Place! Very Accommodating and Convenient!
We loved this beautiful condo! There were 9 people in our party and it held us all very comfortably! Beautiful view of the ocean from the porch and very convenient to anything we needed or wanted to do! Thank you so much for being a great host! So very pleased!
We had a great time; the condo was perfect and the rest of the property was so convenient with all of the pools and the beach right there. With having three children under six, two of which are babies it made it so much easier having everything right there While there my grand daughter had car trouble and needed more time to make arrangements; Hannah our property manager couldn’t of been more accommodating. Had it not been for her understanding heart I don’t know what we would of done. We can’t wait to come back and are very pleased with the property.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here for the weekend. The kids loved the pool, it doesn’t close until 12am, that’s awesome. The room was clean and stocked with amenities. There was a miscommunication about parking passes but it was resolve within 1 hour. Overall, we would stay here again.

Great space
This was a very nice space, 4th floor had a great view, the amenities were great too! One pool was heated by our room. The kids were allowed in the hot tub over in that area but not the one by the main pool. I loved that our space had a walk in closet for storage of suitcases, the 2 bathroom were awesome for our group. Make sure to bring laundry detergent napkins toliet paper etc. We forgot those but there was a walmart really close by. Some of the cooking tools could use an update especially the can opener but nothing worth complaining about, we made do just fine. Be careful with the resort bands if you have small hands/wrists. They kept slipping off. We found that you could slide them over your ankle and that kept them more secure. The space was beautiful. The large windows and door across the whole beach side was amazing every day. We watched dolphins from our balcony one day and the sunset too. We would definitely stay again.

Clean an comfortable place to spend vacation. The condo is on the 4th floor with excellent view to the beach, just high enough to have a perfect view to the gulf waters. No need to carry a key to the pool, liked the keypad on the door, you can set your own code.

We stayed for 4 days in this very comfortable unit for a triathlon race. With two kids, my wife and I had plenty of room to spread out, with everyone having their own bed. We really loved the big windows looking out over the Gulf and sitting on the balcony to eat meals. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Clean an comfortable place to spend vacation. The condo is on the 4th floor with excellent view to the beach, just high enough to have a perfect view to the gulf waters. This condo was literally steps away from the pristine white sand beach, pools and amenities. Conveniently located near many restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and golf courses. Lots of FUN activities close by for young and old. We enjoyed our time in this well equipped and maintained condo. Special highlights were sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and manta rays swim by and watching the beautiful sunsets. We will definitely be returning in 2016.

Why leave the property when you have everything right here! The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfy and there is a beautiful ocean from either the balcony or the living room. Don't worry if you didn't bring a beach chair you can rent them. If you do not want to cook, there is everything from fish sandwiches to pizza available at the restaurants on property. You can even get some fishing in down at the Pier.
