Overall great location and property!
Everything was great! Just a few problems I would like to make the mgmt co aware of…. the dryer did not heat up and should probably be replaced and the hall bathroom needs to have the insides of the toilet replaced. It would not flush unless you held it until the water completely went out. Otherwise, we love staying at Edgewater!

Very lovely accommodations

Loved the cleanliness and organization of the property. We chose to go during Spring Break so having to leave the property to drive a few miles away to get parking passes was a bit of an inconvenience. But the overall stay was excellent. My family loved it and the view from the property was absolutely amazing!

Island Paradise is spotless. The king mattress is quite soft.  This was our 2nd year here and would love to return if our health allows us. We have been VERY pleased with Emerald Beach Properties service.

Great stay
Wonderful stay with my family and two small children. Excellent location!! Overlooks pool and beach - both are close by which is nice with small kids. Easy to communicate with the property manager and check-in was easy as well. Condo floor was very dirty when we arrived, but overall an excellent stay and we would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our family vacation at this property! The view from the balcony was beautiful. The location of the condo in relation to the pool and the beach was perfect! It was also within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would highly recommend it to anyone considering staying there. No complaints whatsoever- we would happily stay there again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful vacation in paradise!!

Amazing location!!
We really enjoyed the condo we rented ?? The resort is perfect with the beautiful pool and so close to the beach. The location is also so close to so much shopping and restaurants we barely had to drive anywhere! I would highly recommend it!

Resort was clean and beautiful. Staff were friendly and professional. We had a great stay and the resort was very family friendly. Everything was kept clean. We noticed our lock wasnt latching on the door and they had it serviced within 10 minutes. Highly recommend and we will be returning as well.

The condo is a perfect location. The restaurant is really nice to have close by and good was great.
We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins swim by and the sun setting. The condo itself was kind of dark inside. The master bed was hard, but we are use to our memory foam mattress at home. Everything was in good working condition. We ended up bringing our kurig so we didn’t have to worry about coffee filters. Not a lot of Tupperware options. The condo is in a great location. Every restaurant is just a quick drive away. Some are even within walking distance. We really enjoyed our time there!

Great place!
I was so surprised at how nice it was. Every time I called with a question, the agents were incredibly helpful and so easy to talk to. I wanted to make return reservations before I left but it appeared to be booked for most of spring/summer.

Excellent Choice!!!
We would highly recommend this condo. The owner was excellent to work with. The view from the condo of the pool and the beach is perfect. We loved sitting on the balcony at night listening to the waterfall in the pool. The condo was lovely, clean and had everything we needed.

Beautiful condo in great resort
We thoroughly enjoyed this spacious and clean property at Edgewater Resort. It truly has a great view. Don’s communication regarding check-in and departure were easy to follow and we appreciated his extra effort to provide suggestions for dining/entertainment in the area. One thing to be aware of with the resort (not this unit) is the lack of an adequate number of luggage carts available at check-in time. We highly recommend this property!

Amazing!!!
We had a wonderful time at my daughter’s cheer comp this weekend. We were able to watch cheer teams perform from our balcony. This condo has everything needed. Very clean, spacious, perfect location, AMAZING! We will definitely book the same room next year ??

Perfect Beautiful beachfront view! Condo directly in front of lagoon pool.
Loved the condo location! You can see the pool and beach from the living and dining rooms, it is all glass from floor to ceiling so you have beautiful views!! Nice patio with table and chairs also facing the beach and pool. The kitchen has beautiful granite and stainless steel appliances and the bedrooms has comfortable beds. We will definitely be back and stay here again!!

GREAT BEACH and RENTAL EXPERIENCE
my family and i love EDGEWATER so i was very happy to find a condo that was perfect- the OWNER is WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH i have bookmarked all of his properties (I feel very sure we are going to become friends) the LOCATION of the condo itself is IDEAL on the property and the EDGEWATER is in an IDEAL LOCATION for anything and everything there is in PANAMA CITY BEACH

Stunning Views!
The view was awesome! We had the best of both...a view of the pool and the beach. We actually got to see dolphins from the balcony. Very clean, spacious and updated. The balcony had plenty of seating and a table so we were able to enjoy our breakfast every morning with a spectacular view outside. The condo was supplied with everything you need, even a washer and dryer. Beds were very comfortable and so was the furniture. The owner was very attentive, he made a special trip to bring us beach chairs and an umbrella just so we wouldn't have to rent or purchase them. We really enjoyed the whole resort experience...the pool was beautiful and clean, the restaurant "Oceans" was very reasonable and the food was very good. There is a small grocery store, pizza parlor, air brush t-shirt shack that was all located around the pool. My grandsons absolutely enjoyed their first experience in a condo on the beach. I will definitely have a return visit to this condo. It was everything I expected and then some.
