Edgewater 2-0511 'Seahorse Serenity'

We had an incredible stay at Seahorse Serenity! The place was actually nicer than it looked in the photos. Everything was immaculately clean, though the floor could use some mopping. The beds were topped with memory foam padding and the sheets were extremely soft. We slept so well. You can tell the place has been updated and well maintained. I’m picky about cleanliness of bathrooms and they exceeded my standards. We did run into a problem with the bathtub missing a drain stopper, so we had to shower our little ones instead of doing baths. The kitchen had adequate supplies for a week long stay. However, the dishwasher really struggled to get dishes clean. Again, nothing we weren’t willing to deal with for a week. The place was truly stunning, looks even nicer in person, and made our vacation enjoyable and memorable. We’d go back in a heartbeat!

The photos were accurate of the space and views! The condo was cleaned well overall. The beds were comfortable and the welcome boxes for the kitchen and bathroom were a nice touch. The views were amazing and the pools were always clean. Easy access to restaurants and shopping all within waking distance. Great overall stay. The host responded quickly to messages., welcome information was clear and helpful for check-in and out, codes, amenities w/ costs.

We had an absolute blast! Everything was perfect! Check in was simple and the parking lot was very clean and most of space. Lots of things to do and was perfect for us to walk to the beach or up to the main road to watch all the bikes and enjoy a drink! I will absolutely most definitely be booking again!

Great location but…
Overall, the condo was very nice and the location was excellent. A few complaints: no rug in the living room, glass tables in the living room and the pickets on the balcony were too widely spaced. This makes the unit less small child appropriate.

We enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed our stay at Edgewater. This was our first time at this property, and we had a good time. We liked the location, the view, the walk to the beach was easy, elevators weren’t hard to get. Check in was smooth. The condo had plenty of space. It was easy to communicate with the management company, they responded quickly. We’ll keep this place on our list.

Great place!
The condo was just as described! We had friends who stayed in other condos in this tower and ours by far was the most updated! The communication with the host was excellent, she always responded and followed up with any needs. We had a great time and would stay again!

Great Winter Retreat!

Visited this condo for a gymnastics competition on the property. Overall, it was fantastic! Spoke with management company several times to make some adjustments and they were super responsive (even on Sunday) and very helpful! Besides gymnastics & the beach, my wife and I looked forward to drinking coffee on the balcony & watching the sun come up. Unfortunately, we had a brutal day flying in (weather) and got in late. We didn't get a chance to shop for food until the next day, which left us without any coffee for the next morning. Future visitors, I highly recommend reading the "things to buy/bring" list from property management. If you like coffee & sunrises on the first AM, I'd even pack some KCUPS for that first morning! Would stay again!

Great winter retreat!

Wonderful respite

The views were stunning from the condo. Whether inside or on the balcony, ocean and beach for miles! We loved the easy access to the beach and the pools. We ate three of the nights at Oceans restaurant - we only wished it wasn’t so cold at night and and we could have eaten outside. I would definitely stay at Seahorse Serenity again!!

We came down to Panama City for the Ironman Competition. The Seahorse Serenity was perfect! The views from the condo were breathtaking! I could have sat on the balcony for hours (and in some cases I did). The beds were comfortable, probably one of the few places I've had great sleep while on vacation!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! The access to the beach was great and meals at Oceans restaurant were fabulous!

Good condo
Condo in Tower 2 is very good and comfortable. When we arrived there was the usual elevator problems (one side was being serviced). But by the next morning it was fixed.

Great property! Floors needed better cleaning but everything else was wonderful!
Our family had a great stay in this condo. Great property and location. The only compute had was the floors were not as clean as they should have been. They were a little sticky and turned out bare feet black on the bottom. We also had to sweep up some sand and crumbs in the kitchen and dining area from the last guests.

The unit was very nicely updated with plenty of room for the whole family. The beach view was perfect. Only one elevator in our building worked so that was frustrating at times but luckily the 5th floor wasn't a bad walk to take the stairs. We would stay here again.

Family vacation
This was our 2nd time staying here! I was pleased when we got a text that we could check in early! The condo was very clean and has everything you need for a great stay! Perfect location as well! Can’t wait to book this condo again for next years trip!

Beautiful condo
Seahorse serenity is beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. The kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathrooms are all spacious and updated. Plenty of towels and linens were provided. In over 20 years of going to the beach, this is our favorite condo. Although it is a larger complex, parking is plentiful and we didn't have to search for an open space. The beach, pools and grounds are all very nice and relaxing. We would stay in Seahorse Serenity again.

This is our third time to stay in this particular condo and it won't be our last. Beautifully decorated and clean! The staff is friendly and helpful. Loved it so much, booking again for October.

Beautiful
We will ALWAYS choose this property when staying in PCB. The pictures don’t do it justice because it was even better than we hoped. Clean, updated, beautifully furnished and the view is spectacular. It was simply perfect and Hannah’s customer service went above and beyond. She helped us with everything we needed to make this the perfect location for our family getaway! The property at large would be our only slight disappointment but a year into a pandemic is most likely contributing to that. There were not many staff around to ask questions and some of the amenities are exaggerated in the pictures. Grounds had repairs needed and items as simple as lightbulbs to light the path we not replaced or working. The large automatic sliding door was off its track and just leaning against the wall our entire stay and the water in the kiddie pool area that makes it fun wasn’t on. In summery, everything directly associated and in the control of this specific property manager was awesome!

The decor was 100 percent our style, the condo was clean and comfortable, the balcony overlooking the beach was completely perfect for reading and enjoying the view. My husband and I enjoyed walking the beach daily and also Harpoon Harry’s is within walking distance for dinner. Check out Fire Fly for a glass of wine and scallops! We enjoyed our stay in Seahorse Serenity.

Our week was perfect. The beds are incredible and the decor is gorgeous. The view is stellar.
We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous condo! The beds are divine and the decor is so pretty. We are already talking about booking for next summer!! My only suggestion truly, is that I wish there would have been a crockpot. We borrowed one from a condo our friends were staying in. Other than that, it's amazingly perfect.

What a great place for a week at the beach
The condo is new and clean with nice decor and extra ammenaties. The two pools were great for all the kids. The restaurant onsite was a great place for an easy lunch or a big dinner. We were there with ten other families and this unit was by far the nicest of them all. We had one issue with lights burned out in the bathroom and within minutes of my call, maintaince was in the unit to replace the bulbs. The beach chair service in front of the unit made it easy to have a spot in the shade at the beach. We will be back agin soon.

Beautiful Oasis in PCB
This property was beautiful. It is the perfect beach retreat, beautifully decorated and it looks exactly as the pictures show. The property management was easy to work with & provided great detailed instructions, including items to pack. We enjoyed dinner within walking distance to the resort at Firefly. The location within the resort is also ideal if you want to get away from the crowds. You can quickly go out the beach pathway from the Leeward building.

Best condo in PCB. Period.
I have been staying at Edgewater since it was built in 1985. To me, it has the greatest amenities PCB or the panhandle has to offer; however, some of the units still look like the 80's. We are pretty picky about staying in an updated, condo and fell in love with 511. I have to say, as pretty as it looks in the pictures, it is even more beautiful in person. Every detail has been thought through (open-concept, large, flat screen tv's in all rooms, 1200 thread count sheets on all beds, velvet blankets for every bed - even special, black washcloths for ladies to remove makeup). As gorgeous as it was, it was equally comfortable, and we truly felt like we were at home. We have already booked for next summer and even looking at coming in the fall. Thank you for my best stay at Edgewater ever!

Best condo and rental experience ever! This was our first experience renting through Emerald Beach. The entire process was so easy and hassle free. The condo was beautiful and in mint condition. Seahorse Serenity is the best Edgewater condo we have ever stayed in (and we have been going to Edgewater Beach Resort for 25 years).
