Wonderful beach resort, beautiful beach view from balcony. Love it. Clean and full of amenities. Lots of card games for kids, books. Felt home. Only thing bothered was some neighbors smoke badly in balcony which was irritating smell. We can’t kept our condo balcony door opened. Even though view from balcony was beautiful.
Overall property is extremely nice and clean. Thank you. Love to come back and stay for few more days.

Fall Break 2023

Vacation Oasis

Enjoyed Our Stay
Stayed in this condo for a convention we were attending. The three of us were very happy with this property and all its amenities especially the view of the emerald waters the Gulf has to offer. Many in our group complained about their room accommodations but we were happy with everything this room had to offer! Would definitely rent this room once again in future trips to the PCB area!

Good Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is just as advertised. The benefit of this location is that the condo does not get direct sunlight at sunset so you can sit on the balcony and enjoy some shade.

Softball Stay
We stayed for a week long softball tournament and couldn't have asked for a nicer condo. The property had everything we needed and the proximity to the beach was amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Location
We were there for my sons baseball World Series. Location was very convenient and condo and the Edgewater complex were perfect. Condo was a little stuffy but some extra isolating fans in each room helped with that.

I have to say, this was one of the best relaxing vacation I’ve ever had. It started with a phone call to book “Alpaca My Bags” condo . The office staff of Emerald Beach Properties couldn’t have been nicer and easy to work with. The minute I stepped into the condo I felt at home for the next 11 days. The condo was clean, Beds were great we didn’t need a thing. It was very well equipped. I loved every minute of our Stay and look forward to going back.

Hannah, I'd like to thank you for all of the assistance that you gave us from the beginning to the end of our stay at Alpaca My Bags.  I absolutely loved that unit! I must say, the atmosphere of the property made the family shift gears.  The whole property is carefree and relaxed.  We were just so used to being wound up with the hustle and bustle of Atlanta.  This was a much needed, and welcomed change of pace.  My family found this unit so comfortable, and charming, and all of our needs were anticipated in advance.  The kitchen was definitely well thought out, with every appliance and convenience one could ask for. The accommodations were far more than what we needed for a family of four.  The place was immaculate, and COVID19 worries were left in Atlanta. I was so surprised at how well we all slept away from home.  The beds were super comfy, and we had plenty of linens.  The pebbled shower in the master bathroom was so beautiful and relaxing! We could not have asked for a more perfect location!!  The beach access was a breeze, the view was second to none, and relaxing by the pool in the evenings was just what we needed.  I would recommend Alpaca My Bags to anyone and everyone!  I can not wait to go back!!

Alpaca My Bags Condo was a perfect fit for my family. Views are great. For the Fourth of July we could see multiple fireworks displays. The beds and pillows were uber comfortable and we all slept great. The kitchen is well stocked to cook in the room and the ice maker makes ice quickly. The stack washer and dryer was exceptional for a beach condo. It washed and dried everything so quickly, even loads of towels. I'm always expecting to run towels 2 or 3 times with beach dryers, but not here. The master shower is updated and the decor has a classy beach feel.

Check-in was quick and easy. Hannah at Emerald Beach Properties was very accomodating.   Our one-week stay at Edgewater in general, and our condo, named "Alpaca My Bags" in particular, could not have been a better choice of vacation spots in PCB for our party of four. The grounds, the pools, Oceans Grill, the guys at the beach chair rental stand, and all of the staff we encountered at Edgewater were top notch. This nicely furnished condo was perfect for us. The kitchen lacked nothing for the few times we actually cooked. As soon as we opened the door, the view straight ahead looked just like a balcony off a cruise ship stateroom. Once we stepped out on the balcony, it was hard to pull ourselves away because the view of the beach below was mesmerizing. The well-appointed living room/dining room with its comfortably luxurious and stylish leather furniture was a definite plus. Plenty of places to stash our personal gear in the bedrooms and the beds themselves were dreamy and comfortable. Loved the shower in the master.  The"My Pillows" were a nice touch. I will be buying a couple of them soon!  We will be back to "Alpaca My Bags."

Great Condo!
This was our third condo we’ve tried at Edgewater. This one was our favorite yet! I will say that the dryer was out the whole time we were there. This wasn’t anyone’s fault. A newer motor had to be ordered. We loved the views and the layout. We didn’t want to leave.

We had such a wonderful time at Alpaca My Bags!  This condo is lovely and plenty of room for a family of 4.  We loved having the beautiful views of the ocean and the easy access to the pool and the beach.  The owners and the property manager are friendly people that were eager to make our stay as pleasant as time as they could.  Edgewater has a lot to offer without having to leave the resort.  We would definitely recommend staying at this condo.  There is a beautiful kitchen with everything that you could need and the rooms were a good size with comfortable bedding.  We appreciate the owner's hospitality and hope to visit again soon!

Alpaca My Bags Good as Advertised
This unit in Edgewater is an excellent value. it is well appointed and located in an upscale resort. Pools and hot tubs are well maintained. Residents are friendly. on site restaurant / bar is an added bonus. We have stayed in other Edgewater units. Frankly they were tired compared to Aplaca, which has been recently updated. Edgewater has also made significant improvements.

Oustanding stay at Edgewater. Condo is exactly as described and the finishes are lovely. Both bedrooms had plenty of closet and drawer space. Bedding was very comfortable and clean. Great balcony to enjoy your morning coffee and it was a quick walk to the beach . Unlike other resorts on beach front road there was plenty of parking and the lots were easy to navigate. The pools were great and provided a great option for the kids. We will definitely be back!

Piece of paradise

Beautiful location!
The condo and resort amenities were great. Beautiful accommodations and beach area. Very clean beach and not too crowded. Parking was good. We enjoyed basketball and tennis court, but wished the larger pool was heated. It made the small heated pools crowded. Minor things: could use more plates, bowls, silverware, and better latching doors.

Loved everything about this condo. Bedding was comfortable, unit was very stylish, plenty of fluffy bath towels. Using a key pad made it very nice to not have to keep up with a "key" or "card". Highly recommend this unit.

Alpaca My Backs is my new favorite place to stay in Panama City Beach!!!!!!!! The Condo was well equipt and had all the luxuries of home. The view is incredible and the bed slept wonderful, best nights sleep I've had in a While!!!! The restaurants within walking distance were picked as the locals favorite and I can see why, delicious food and service. The pool areas were always clean and you feel safe with the security. We used the chair and umbrella rental and the staff was very attentive to our needs and very helpful. I recommend stay at Alpaca My Bags only if its not when I want to use the Condo!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Best Experience Yet
This was my 7th time in PCB and I have to say it was the best experience of all. The condo was so nice. The view from the balcony looks out over a hot tub, pool, and the beach! There were a couple restaurants on site for dining. The main pool was incredibly large surrounded by smaller hot tubs. There were amenities like jet skis and chair/umbrella rentals available right at the beach access. This place gets 5 stars from my family. We are excited to return.

Alpaca My Bags = Sensational!
It was late when we arrived, but the magic began the second we flipped the light switch. We raced to open the slider and just STAND on the balcony, seeing and hearing the surf hit the incredible beach. The condo is a perfect home base, the pools so wonderful and the beach absolutely perfect. One tiny thing that seemed like a "nothing" but turned out to be one of our favorites is NO CARD KEYS! It was just SO easy for the whole family to come and go without shuffling around -- LOVE the keypad!! What a wonderful spot. Thanks to Jerry and Liz Bates for sharing their oceanfront perfection with vacationers who live for a taste of true beachside life. We hated to say goodbye.

As a Florida native, you never get over the smell of the Gulf or sounds of the waves. Beautiful view and beach. While we only stayed a short time, so many things remind us of home. Enjoy a walk on the beach and all of the fun activities. You should definitely try the Shrimp Basket!!

Wonderful stay!!

Our favorite moments were Friday night movie; dolphins in the water; lagoon pool with many friends; karaoke Thursday. Waking up to the view is our idea of happiness!! The beach is beautiful, as well as the water We set up canopies and umbrellas with other team members and families, watching our children make memories and friends for life. If life allows, we will be back to visit the beautiful Emerald Beaches next year, It’s worth the extra few hour dive for our usual vacation spot.
