This condo is spacious and has plenty of room to store all your goodies. The kitchen is well equipped and the view is priceless. The management company is really easy to work with and they are very responsive and helpful. The condo was clean and everything was in working order while we were there. If you are considering this condo, book it. You won't be sorry.

If you're looking for an outstanding condo in an even better resort than look no further.  This place has it all.Stunning views from every angle.  Whitest sand and blue water. Huge family pool. Cute coffee/icecream shop. Great family restaurant with excellent food and cocktails.  Prime location. We even booked another night because we just weren't ready to leave. I finally got to see my husband relaxed AND my teenage daughter smile. That says it all.

The condo was very clean and delightfully furnished! The bunk beds were a nice bonus. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals. Bedding was comfortable. Will definitely be returning to this condo for our next trip

We had an issue with the dryer and they immediately took care of it without disrupting our vacation it was great. All the instructions were clear and easy to use to obtain the parking permit and get into the unit. Only downside was the upstairs neighbor opening and shutting the patio door at all hours, sounded like thunder each time, otherwise a great time and terrific accommodations will definitely come back.

Condo was very clean and well decorated. Everything we needed was inside, including extra blankets, plenty of kitchenware, and balcony seating. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked well after a long day at the beach. You can't beat Edgewater as a vacation spot in PCB, and conscientious owners such as this one make the property even better. No complaints at all. This is a great unit for those needing more than a one bedroom. I highly recommend it.

This is a very nice condo. A big shout out to the decorator. Each room was very nice, and the decorations all tied in together. We all enjoyed our stay and will visit Edgewater again if we return in the future. The rooms being so nice and clean, made up for the confusion about check in. I have always stayed in tower 1, but this year was my first time in tower 2. And to my surprise, room 811 was the nicest room I've ever stayed in at Edgewater. I will definitely book all my future vacations with Emerald Beach Properties. Thanks for the great service, friendly rental service agents, and very nice room.

The condo was very clean and updated. We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was great until we checked out. We were not out of the condo two hours when my wife realized we left our daughters bathing suit in the dryer. We called the rental company and they met us back at the condo to look. Unfortunately, the cleaning crew was waiting on us to check out and was at the door ready to clean. The bathing suit was no longer in the dryer and the cleaning crew said they had not seen one. A little frustrating since we had never left the city and maximum time out of the condo and returning was two hours. Loved the condo, would not recommend cleaning crew.

This condo has an awesome view! We were able to watch the dolphins swimming around each morning. The large windows in the den made it easy for everyone in the room to see the ocean no matter where they are sitting. It is also very clean and the beds are comfortable. I liked that it was a very short walk to the main pool but not directly next to it so we did not hear too much noise when sitting on the balcony. And the beach chairs and umbrella were an added bonus!

We stayed during Ironman Florida and LOVED it!!! Very relaxing, super clean, amazing views, truly a home away from home. Many conveniences that hotels would NEVER offer. We met Hugh and Sarah during our stay- so kind and hospitable. Wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else on our next visit to PCB!!

We just returned from a fabulous vacation in Sarah & Hugh's condo #811. The decor was fantastic and we enjoyed all of the comforts of home while there. The Millers are great people to work with and we plan on returning to PCB and hopefully using their home away from home again. Thanks for a great vacation!!!Loved the frog.

We stayed in Sarah and Hugh's beautiful condo in May 2006. It was so much more than we expected. We felt right at home and had everything we need and then some. The bed is AWESOME!!!!!! The view was spectacular. It is actually one of the nicest condo's I have ever stayed in. I plan to return next year. We got to meet the owners and they are so nice! Thank's Sarah and Hugh for an awesome vacation home!!!

he condo was great and the property was great, too. I have never stayed in a condo with such a well-equipped kitchen. We were able to have some really great meals prepared ‘right at home'. We hope to return someday, but for now we will remember the great gulf view, the lovely décor, the fantastic beds (even our daughter said the mattress in her room was ‘awsome)', and the great walks on the beach.

We loved this condo. I brought 7 teenage girls for spring break in 2005 and the location was great. Beautiful ocean views and convenient to everything. The resort was very safe with a gated entry, but the atmosphere was fun and lively. The condo was decorated very nice and the washer and dryer came in very handy with all of these girls.

When we were sitting on the balcony,looking at the beach,the beautiful sunset,the pier in the background,the clear Gulf waters, The palm trees next to us ,The thought crossed our minds! Are we in Hawaii? First time we have stayed on first floor and we relly enjoyed this condo ! Celebrated our 47th wedding anniversary here. Life is Good ! Aug 22nd- 29th George & Patsy
