Edgewater 2-0811 'Beach Lovers Paradise'

Getting to the location was easy and a very secure feeling with security at the gate. Unit was ready after 12 with plenty of parking and electric vehicle parking and free charging. Elevators came quickly considering how large the buildings are and plenty of luggage carts. The unit was slightly dated, clean, stocked and furnished with high end quality items that canceled the dated appearance. The unit fits 8 people comfortably due to its spacious interior and huge island counter top. More than enough utensils, plates and cups with a large clean refrigerator. The 2 king size beds were a huge plus considering other units might have one. The view was right on point and the pool was comfortable and large enough during our stay. The unit has a nice floating tube for the beach or pool. Considering the heavy traffic on front beach street the property is situated where access is optimized.

Week vacation
Condo was great for our family. Had everything we needed. Had multiple pools the kids enjoyed going to. The beach was great and an easy walk to get out to it.

Paradise
The condo and resort was beautiful…my only issue was the waterfall by Tower 2 stopped working and a recliner in the unit was broke and maintenance never made it to repair it…other than those issues it was a great vacation.

Enjoyable time!
We were pleased with our choice of this property. It was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with things we needed. We loved the view! The only negative would be the bed in the master bedroom was too hard. It was easy for us only having 2 people to switch to the other bedroom for sleeping. It had an eggshell pad on top and so was more comfortable.

Awesome view, great location.
Unit needs some updating, but otherwise an enjoyable place to stay for 2 nights. Very roomy bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area and close to restaurants & shopping. Killer views!

Awesome Views

This condo is spacious and has plenty of room to store all your goodies. The kitchen is well equipped and the view is priceless. The management company is really easy to work with and they are very responsive and helpful. The condo was clean and everything was in working order while we were there. If you are considering this condo, book it. You won't be sorry.

Very nice Property
We loved this place. Tons of room and everything we needed. Beds are comfortable. Air Conditioner works great. If it were mine I would put a fresh coat of paint. Part of the material on a lamp was hanging dow and I put it up. Light bulb was hanging out in lamp in living room. Little things so the owners know. Over all it’s a beautiful place and we will be back

If you're looking for an outstanding condo in an even better resort than look no further.  This place has it all.Stunning views from every angle.  Whitest sand and blue water. Huge family pool. Cute coffee/icecream shop. Great family restaurant with excellent food and cocktails.  Prime location. We even booked another night because we just weren't ready to leave. I finally got to see my husband relaxed AND my teenage daughter smile. That says it all.

Great Trip!
Great visit. The condo was clean and well kept. Only downside was listening to the upstairs neighbors open and shut the patio door. The cushion on the lounge chair outside needs to be replaced but everything was perfect. The view was great and truly relaxing. We were there early in August and they do not staff the bar or restaurant well this time of the year other than that it was great.

We had an issue with the dryer and they immediately took care of it without disrupting our vacation it was great. All the instructions were clear and easy to use to obtain the parking permit and get into the unit. Only downside was the upstairs neighbor opening and shutting the patio door at all hours, sounded like thunder each time, otherwise a great time and terrific accommodations will definitely come back.

Fantastic Vacation
We stayed in T2-0811 and enjoyed every minute. The unit was very comfortable. There were 7 of us and the 7 and 8 year olds slept in the bunk beds. Plenty of room and the whole property is clean and inviting. Kids said on way home that they’re ready to go back.

Exceptional!!!
This condo was amazing!! We arrived to a clean and inviting space. The decor was fun and beachy!! We slept great in all the beds and my 6 year old son loved the bunk room!! But the view is what it's all about!! It literally feels like you are on the water!! The balcony is great as well!! The amenities of this resort are wonderful and convenient. Oceans restaurant has excellent food the pizza place has awesome pizza. I highly recommend to anyone to this condo and resort!!

Great condo that had everything we needed with an amazing view!
Condo was very clean. We stayed with another family and had plenty of room. The kids (10 yr olds) loved the bunk room!! We would definitely stay again. The restaurant at the resort had great food, we ate there a few times. Movie night at the pool was a lot of fun too.

One of the best condos at Edgewater!

The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked well after a long day at the beach. You can't beat Edgewater as a vacation spot in PCB, and conscientious owners such as this one make the property even better. No complaints at all. This is a very nice condo. A big shout out to the decorator. Each room was very nice, and the decorations all tied in together. We all enjoyed our stay and will visit Edgewater again if we return in the future. The rooms being so nice and clean, made up for the confusion about check in. I have always stayed in tower 1, but this year was my first time in tower 2. And to my surprise, room 811 was the nicest room I've ever stayed in at Edgewater. I will definitely book all my future vacations with Emerald Beach Properties. Thanks for the great service, friendly rental service agents, and very nice room.

The condo was very clean and updated. We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was great until we checked out. We were not out of the condo two hours when my wife realized we left our daughters bathing suit in the dryer. We called the rental company and they met us back at the condo to look. Unfortunately, the cleaning crew was waiting on us to check out and was at the door ready to clean. The bathing suit was no longer in the dryer and the cleaning crew said they had not seen one. A little frustrating since we had never left the city and maximum time out of the condo and returning was two hours. Loved the condo, would not recommend cleaning crew.

The large windows in the den made it easy for everyone in the room to see the ocean no matter where they are sitting. It is also very clean and the beds are comfortable. I liked that it was a very short walk to the main pool but not directly next to it so we did not hear too much noise when sitting on the balcony. And the beach chairs and umbrella were an added bonus!

he condo was great and the property was great, too. I have never stayed in a condo with such a well-equipped kitchen. We were able to have some really great meals prepared ‘right at home'. We hope to return someday, but for now we will remember the great gulf view, the lovely décor, the fantastic beds (even our daughter said the mattress in her room was ‘awsome)', and the great walks on the beach.

We loved this condo. I brought 7 teenage girls for spring break in 2005 and the location was great. Beautiful ocean views and convenient to everything. The resort was very safe with a gated entry, but the atmosphere was fun and lively. The condo was decorated very nice and the washer and dryer came in very handy with all of these girls.

When we were sitting on the balcony,looking at the beach,the beautiful sunset,the pier in the background,the clear Gulf waters, The palm trees next to us ,The thought crossed our minds! Well kept condo
