25th Anniversary Trip

We returned to Edgewater because we love the location, view, and overall amenities offered. It is a little bit older property, so the functionality of the hot tubs was a factor, but we were able to express the concern with the staff and the situation acknowledged. (In every hot tub on the property, only some of the jets were working.) Other than that, we loved our stay and plan to return again!

Pictures on the website are accurate. Bed was amazing comfy. Only complaint is the bedroom sliding glass door does not open and no fault to the owner but only one elevator worked. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful resort. This was our 3rd trip to Panama City, but our first stay at Edgewater. Not sure I'd stay anywhere else after this. Condo had everything we could need and the view was amazing.

The unit was just as shown in the pictures and was in very good condition. The view over the beach and gulf was beautiful. The unit is in a large complex with 24 hour security at the parking lot entrance. The cleanliness of the unit and the continual cleaning of the public areas such as elevators and lobbies was appreciated during this COVID 19 time. The only drawback was the traffic during spring break that I did not think about when making the reservation. However, after the gridlock of Saturday night of arrival, the traffic was manageable.

This was a beautiful location and very nicely furnished. Was very clean, the pool and hot tub were nice and the balcony and view awesome. Emerald Beach Properties were fantastic to work with, very professional, caring and informative. I would used them again.

Words can't describe how much we enjoyed our stay here. The condo far exceeded our expectations. If you are seeking a one bedroom condo this is the one for you. The entire layout of this condo is excellent. The ocean view from the bedroom is gorgeous!! We are already looking into a return trip next month, and we will be staying again in this condo. We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Everything was clean, temperature was cool and accommodations were superb. I struggled with key code and once I called she immediately reset the code. Great location and enjoyed the resort. We will be going back again.

My fiance and I stay at Edgewater almost every year. We normally go with a large group of family, but this year we decided to go just the two of us. We weren't able to get a 1 bedroom through our usual rental company, so we were on the hunt for another Edgewater rental. Emerald Beach Properties and the Sea Breeze condo were excellent!! The condo was great - it has every kind of kitchen gadget you could ask for and a beautiful beach view. Check-in was incredibly easy, the condo was ready for us to check-in early, and was very clean. We had an excellent stay, and will stay with Emerald Beach Properties again!

The condo is very nice and the view is beautiful. Love all the bright colors! We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins. Our fav food was the "Willy Philly" at PIneapple Willy's. Spending time with the family is what it's all about!

I’ve always loved staying at Edgewater and Panama City Beach. It was sad to see the loss of businesses from the last hurricane, but we absolutely enjoyed our visit tremendously. The beach was beautiful as always and even the ocean after the storm. The room especially was elegantly decorated and we had plenty of room for 2 of us . We also were happy to have the 2nd bath. The view was perfect from the balcony.

We loved the condo! Loved spending quality time with our daughters. We went to the beach & pool, we went shopping, ate out, went to Gulf World, Shipwreck Island & Ripley's. We ate at Ocean's, Sharky's, Hammerhead Freds & Dick's Last Resort.

We love coming to Panama City Beach and this is our second time staying in this condo. We spent every day on the beach! We loved playing Putt Putt and Shopping. The best thing about our vacation was spending quality relaxing time on the beach.

We loved spending special time with our family and drinking coffee on the balcony every morning. We really enjoyed this condo and Edgewater was lots of fun. Our favorite restaurants were Bayou on the Beach, Sharkeys, Hunt's Oyster Bar (in St. Andrews), Dusty's & Schooners.

We loved relaxing by the pool & walking on the beach This is our 3rd stay at Edgewater - we've been in 104, 404 and now in 904-love the layout. Love the beachy design and the furniture. The big lagoon pool is awesome. Loved waking up to a beautiful ocean view every morning-gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. My husband had a fantastic time catching Spanish mackerel from the pier. We saw dolphins every day.

We loved the white sand beach! Tower 1's pool is beautiful. Loved floating on a raft we bought at Alvin's Island. It was hot and sunny with a few bad storms. We ate at marble slab creamery, enjoyed sunset on the pier & shopping at Pier Park. Crab "hunting" after dark with flashlights was fun. We loved the balloon animals at Margaritaville.

We sat by the ocean and read books, soaked up some sun, played golf. Our favorite moments were spending Valentine's Day with our PCB friends. I am a retired teacher and I left several novels in 904's library for other guests to enjoy. What a great idea to have a beach novel library. Loved the Condo, the beach, shopping and friends. We're taking some Florida inspiration home with us and we hope to be back soon.

This condo is just right for two "old" lovebirds! We loved the beach and the great food. Especially Firefly & Salt Water Grill. The weather was hot and sunny so, we really enjoyed the beach and the pool and just relaxing.

This was our first time away from our home for a month at a time. Thanks for allowing us to do this. We loved the condo. As retired teacher I loved the beach novel library idea and I was please to donate several books that I read while on vacation here. Can't wait to come back again.

I was forced to find alternating housing due to Hurricane Michael. I never used VRBO or such services prior to the storm, so I had no idea as to what to expect. I was incredibly pleased with the unit as a whole; the view...amazing! The only detractor from my stay was that I could not access the fitness center; not a 24/7 amenity. The hours of 07:00 to 19:00 were not remotely conducive given my work hours.

We've been coming to PCB for 44 years-love seeing how things change & stay the same. We loved waking up to a beautiful ocean view every morning-gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. This condo is very nice and full view of ocean from living room and bedroom. Everything in the unit was working great. WiFi connection and speed was outstanding. Very large HD TV. Everything was great. We enjoyed our staying very much and would love to come back and highly recommend this condo to everyone. However, here's a little advice. Do not leave your belongings unattended at the beach as people will steal your stuffs. That should be the last thing we worried about when on vacation especially at the beach swimming and our stuffs get stolen. Other than that this condo is awesome. Thank you for a great service.

the views and the décor were awesome.the furniture was comfortable/could sit in that living room recliner ,read a book, and watch the ocean!there was a full moon shining in the bedroom window all week.The kitchen was designed poorly-could not open the silverware drawer without opening the oven door and could not open the refrigerator door all the way. The dining room chairs and the bathroom showers could use updating

As always, Emerald Beach delivers on taking me to paradise. The rooms are super clean with little touches such as sea shell door knobs. The entire décor makes you know how much thought has been put into making you stay more than the normal beach stay. The view of sunset is always amazing! I would highly recommend this unit and any other unit Emerald Beach has to offer because I know I will get the same satisfaction no matter what. Thank you for making my stay AMAZING!

Clean & comfortable for my husband and my May get-away. Condo is directly over 2nd largest pool & hot tub. The 9th floor allowed us to use the stairs for exercise (upper 50's in age). Nice restaurant on site for the days that we stayed too long at the beach. Pier is close enough to walk to, where we saw some interesting ocean inhabitants. Pineapple Willy's is also close enough to walk to, but takes a little more time. The only con is that we could only see one beach direction (west) from our patio, which was not a deal breaker. Great vacation!

We vacation in PCB at least once every summer. We have stayed at several of the big name condo resorts there; however I must say Edgewater 904 was the best yet. It started with the seamless booking process with Emerald Properties. The condo was exactly as pictured, maybe better; and the Edgewater Resort is fabulous. You would never have to get in your car if you didn't want to! We will be back to 904 again, hopefully many more times! Thanks Emerald Properties for a job well done!
