Enjoyed out stay
We enjoyed our stay at Edgewater. The resort property is huge and having multiple pools to choose from was really nice. The view from 904 in tower 2 is great and the sunsets were amazing. The condo is very large and there is plenty of space. Most everything was clean and in good condition. There are 3 negatives worth mentioning...1) The drop ceiling in the master bathroom has black mold on it. 2) The sliding glass door from the master bedroom to the balcony does not lock. 3) There was a strange scratching noise that we heard most nights in the ceiling above the master bedroom. The sound was so alarming that we jumped out of bed and used flashlights to search the condo. We were convinced some sort of animal was walking around. It took a few nights to figure out the sound was coming from the ceiling and not the floor of the condo. We don't think the noise was from the family staying above us because one family checked out and another checked in, yet the strange sounds continued. I still have no idea what was causing the noise.

Great spot for a week vacation. Amazing view. Clean and well stocked. Nice pool area when you need a break from the sand.
We learned not to leave the doors open too much with the humidity, but it’s so tempting with the views and ocean sounds. Just turn off the ac while breezing and you’ll be in good shape.

Unbeatable view
Just as promised. Large rooms, nicely furnished. Stocked kitchen. Ready when promised (actually got early checkin). Resort facilities are excellent. Will request this unit again when one-bedroom is enough for our group.

Great stay
We had a really great time. I did have to clean the dryer lent cover track in order for the cover to close. There was a hand full of lint in the track slide, the cover would come up about three inches short of going all the way closed.

We really liked this condo. It was a great size for the four of us. The second bathroom made all the difference, especially traveling with two teens. The kitchen was spacious as was the master bedroom. The view couldn’t be beat! And all the pool options right on the beach were fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location
We loved our stay here. First, it is easy to get to the pool at this tower, the lagoon pool, and beach! Second, the restaurant on site is great if you do not want to leave the resort with many options and kids selections. I used the gym several days and there is a small charge, but worth it to only have people in there to work out. No kids or teens playing around. There is a nice yoga studio and all the equipment was well maintained. Finally, all the things we love to do are on this end of the beach. Coconuts is a great place with a maze and mini golf. We tried out the black light mini golf nearby call Rain Forest, perfect for a rainy day or if you have younger kids in the group. There were plenty of towels in the unit for us and I really like that they text you to let you know when the unit is ready! Fabulous view of the ocean, even from the master bedroom!

Wonderful getaway!
Breathtaking views from the living room/kitchen/ and king size bedroom! Everything was clean and exactly as shown on the site. Pools and grounds were beautiful! Loved the tropical landscaping around the pools. We will definitely be back!!

25th Anniversary Trip

We returned to Edgewater because we love the location, view, and overall amenities offered. It is a little bit older property, so the functionality of the hot tubs was a factor, but we were able to express the concern with the staff and the situation acknowledged. (In every hot tub on the property, only some of the jets were working.) Other than that, we loved our stay and plan to return again!

Great Stay!
Everything you see online are accurate pictures. We received a text that our room was ready before noon which we were excited about. The location was great! My only complaint was the master bedroom sliding glass door did not open. I would have loved to hear the ocean from the bed. Not the owners fault but one of the elevators did not work which was a pain for everyone. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful beach
An older condo but well kept and in good shape. Property was in a large complex with three twelve story towers and manned access 24 hours/day. Unit was on the ninth floor with a great view of the gulf and beach.

Beautiful condo but I am 77 years old and only 5 feet tall. The bed was so so high I could not get on it. So I slept in the recliner.

Perfect couples getaway
Absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony! Condo tastefully decorated and very clean. Had everything we needed. One word of caution, this time of year the sun hits directly on the balcony and makes for a HOT interior if the drapes are left open. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent communication with property management.

Loved the Salt Life at Edgewater Condo

Great Spot!

We Love Edgewater!
We have stayed at Edgewater for years! We were a much smaller group this year, and our regular management company didn't have any 1 bedrooms available. We booked with Emerald Beach Properties for this trip and could not have been happier with our experience! Check-in and getting our parking passes was incredibly easy. Our condo was ready for us early the day we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the appliances and gadgets that you'd need at home, let alone on vacation. Tower 2 offers an unobstructed view of the sunset and the gulf. We'll be staying with Emerald Beach Properties again!!

Exactly as property is listed. Very close to everything and easy check in process.

Edge Water
This is a spectacular rental condo for anyone who is looking to take a mini vacation during the off season. It sits on the 9th floor of the condo with unobstructed, beautiful views of the ocean. I had no problems with the rental, and I will definitely be coming back again!

May get-away
Clean & comfortable for my husband and my May get-away. Condo is directly over 2nd largest pool & hot tub. The 9th floor allowed us to use the stairs for exercise (upper 50's in age). Nice restaurant on site for the days that we stayed too long at the beach. Pier is close enough to walk to, where we saw some interesting ocean inhabitants. Pineapple Willy's is also close enough to walk to, but takes a little more time. The only con is that we could only see one beach direction (west) from our patio, which was not a deal breaker. Great vacation!

Vacation
Our stay was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and were just as they were presented. Everything was within walking distance. Restaurants and shops were all close by. Would recommend Emerald Beach Properties to anyone, will let all our friends and relative's know about you.

couple in 50's from southern Indiana
My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this condo in April of 2014. Condo looks exactly as in the photos. Owner was extremely helpful with questions and booking. Property was clean and checking in and out was extremely easy.
