This stunning 2nd floor villa has all the comforts of home in a wonderful resort setting. The open floor plan is great for entertaining friends & family. The great room features floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the fully stocked ponds and golf course. You'll love the views of the fountain and the birds and turtles. Relax on the ultra comfy navy leather queen sleeper sofa or one of the three beautiful coordinating chairs. Enjoy your favorite TV shows on the large flat screen TV with Roku HD Streaming. You'll also love the Lux Speed WiFi that is available throughout the property.

Step out onto your amazing balcony and sip coffee and eat a croissant while watching the turtles and fish in the large pond right outside your great room & main bedroom door. There's plenty of seating for everyone!

The kitchen is well equipped so you can enjoy cooking a gourmet meal or a quick lunch, breakfast, or an on-the-go snack. The kitchen has beautiful modern cabinets and granite counter tops with plenty of lighting and crown molding. As you enter the dining area your greeted by a dining table that comfortably seats 4 with additional seating for 4 at the bar. You'll enjoy the dining table for meals and for game night with the family, too. The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen area for your convenience.

This villa boasts a nautical theme throughout and you are sure to love all the "little touches". Your Beach Palms Main Suite features a king size bed with high thread count luxury bed linens and fluffy soft pillows. As you walk into the main bath you will find a walk-in closet large enough to fit all your things. There is a separate dressing and vanity area. After a long day at the beach you'll enjoy rinsing off in the beautiful modern walk-in shower with glass doors and drying off with the fluffy high-quality bathroom towels.

The Tropical Retreat Second Bedroom features two full sized beds with one large closet and a flat screen TV of its very own. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs with Roku Streaming in HD. The Tropical Retreat Second bathroom is adjacent to the second bedroom and features updated cabinetry with granite counters and a tub/shower combo. This bathroom has a private entry from the second bedroom and another entry from the hall so it is accessible to the guests using the sleeper sofa.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The beachfront Lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet of pure pleasure with four beachfront hot tubs. There are restaurants and a bar located nearby, too. The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side. The Villas have pools, too.
