Located in the Villas at the popular Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort. this beautifully decorated, fully furnished 2nd floor villa has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and it comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. You'll love the luxury king bed in your Coastal Palms Main Suite, two comfy queen beds in your Sea Life Second Bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. "Shore Nuff" is steps away from 1 of 11 pools the resort has to offer and overlooks the tennis and basketball courts. The beach is just across the street, too. A 2 night minimum stay is required except during Summer. The minimum required stay between Memorial Day week and the second week of August, is 7 nights with check-in on Saturday and check-out on the following Saturday. Minimum age to book is 25. The man sized TV has Roku streaming in HD for watching the big game or your favorite programs!. Lux Speed WiFi is provided throughout the property so, you can surf in style.

Step out onto your private covered balcony and enjoy your coffee and croissant while watching guests play a game of tennis or basketball game…there's ample seating for everyone! The Sea Life Second Bedroom Suite features two queen size beds with two separate closets and a second covered patio of its very own. You'll love having a large TV with Roku in this suite, too. The Sea Life Second Bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom and features a single vanity, elegant tiled walk-in shower, and toilet. Access to the second bathroom from the Sea Life bedroom or the hallway makes it available for those using the sleeper sofa, too.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
