Ft. 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom beachfront condo is located in the highly sought after En Soleil complex. **Complimentary Beach Chairs are Included with your rental March 1- October 31** Experience luxury at its best! Enjoy dedicated covered parking and take advantage of the quick elevators to your condo located on the 3rd floor of the West Tower. Step inside and be amazed at the expansive layout. The floor to ceiling windows capture the mesmerizing views of the Gulf of Mexico and over 6500 square feet of exclusively designed pools, waterfalls and two beachfront hot tubs. En Soleil 321W comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with a king sized bed in your Paradise Main Suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, two queens in the third bedroom, and futon in the fourth bedroom.

A 3 night minimum stay is required except for the Summer Season-Memorial Day through the First Weekend of August when there is 7 night minimum with check in on Saturday, check out the following Saturday. Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed by the Resort. No smoking or vaping except in designated smoking areas on the first and ground floor. Smoking & vaping is prohibited on balconies, in elevators, elevator lobbies, stairwells, walkways to units, and pool decks.

The Coconut Palms fourth bedroom is part of a second private suite with a queen sized bed with a flat screen TV as well. It's adjacent to the third bathroom with a beautiful tub/shower combo and single vanity. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get ready to go out!
Both covered and uncovered parking are available adjacent to the building. Your 4 Bedroom Condo includes 3 parking passes and 12 arm bands. This is the maximum on-site parking allowed per condo. Additional parking is available in several offsite parking lots for a daily fee.

It’s really beautiful and spacious, the grounds are great, the pools and hot tubs where perfect, everything was spotless and so well maintained. Loved having our beach chairs and umbrellas set out for us every morning. We will be back!

I really loved My stay at Long Beach except the master bedroom bathroom smelled like urine and as we looked in the bathroom there was urine on the side of the toilet and on toilet when we lift up the seat. I took it upon myself to mop and clean the bathroom myself the smell was so strong and I wasn’t going to leave it like that. Other than that the condo was beautiful and the views!

Everything was perfect. I loved that there was vacuum and broom to help us keep the condo clean. Our only tiny issue was the dryer button would stick and we had to use pliers to turn it. But the dryer worked and that's all that really matters. We will be back for sure.

Amazing place for a big family. We had plenty of room. Everything was just like described in listing. The only problem we all seen was some mold around the bathtubs. That’s an easy fix. Really nice facility. They were also doing work on our tower but it never bothered us in anyway. We did wish the pool was a little warmer it was cold all but 2 days of our stay. Also the pillows are really flat so if you like a bigger pillow with some support you better bring some. Overall we would stay here again. It was super easy to contact the property manager.

I loved this condo.. plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. The sofa sleeper needs a new mattress. My grandson slept on it and he’s pretty small and he said he could feel the springs. So we padded it with two comforters to make it a little softer for him. The pool was fabulous and having the beach so close was awesome! I will definitely book this condo again!

We LOVED the condo! It was very clean and the view was awesome. Had the baloney doors open most of the time. It was plenty big enough for our family of 10 and would gladly stay again.

This condo was perfect for our family. All three bedrooms were like master bedrooms. It was cozy with lots of room and seating in the living area. Windows and balconies allow great views of the ocean and pool. The lagoon pool with its waterfalls was amazing. It also has great access to the beach! One of the best condo’s we have ever stayed at. We will definitely be coming back here!

My father-in-law travels a lot and he told me three different times, "This place is great!" Three families stayed in this unit and all had privacy as well as common areas to gather. The balcony was wonderful with a refreshing breeze at all times. Other family members stayed in another unit in the same building so it was easy to come together for meals or trips to the beach or pool. Easy access to both.

This was our second time staying at Long Beach Resort, first time in a 3 bedroom unit. The room was PERFECT for what we needed for our family vacation. We had 4 adults, 1 teenager and my one year old son and more than enough room for all of us. The rooms were super spacious, the entire unit was beautifully decorated and everything was clean and well kept. The view from the balcony can't be beat, and a nice relaxing balcony over the pool area as well. We will definitely be returning! We made so many wonderful memories on my sons first vacation! My family of 9 had an absolutely wonderful Thanksgiving in PCB. This condo was beautiful and very clean and the weather could not have been more beautiful. Playing in the ocean on Thanksgiving Day .... who could ask for more!

We loved this condo, will definitely try to get it again next time we head to PCB. It’s perfect for a family. We rented this through Kim’s Condos and was very pleased with the whole process. Her condo make us want to buy one in our future! Can’t wait to return!

We just got back from our vacation and absoutely loved this condo. It was VERY clean. We rented through Kim's condos and I would rent from her again. She called me an hour early prior to check in to give me the code. I can't express enough how much I love this place. We will definitely return.
