A 3 night minimum stay is required except for the Summer Season-Memorial Day through the First Weekend of August when there is 7 night minimum with check in on Saturday, check out the following Saturday. Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed by the Resort. No smoking or vaping except in designated smoking areas on the first and ground floor. Smoking & vaping is prohibited on balconies, in elevators, elevator lobbies, stairwells, walkways to units, and pool decks.

The Coconut Palms fourth bedroom is part of a second private suite with a queen sized bed with a flat screen TV as well. It's adjacent to the third bathroom with a beautiful tub/shower combo and single vanity. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get ready to go out!

Both covered and uncovered parking are available adjacent to the building. Your 4 Bedroom Condo includes 3 parking passes and 12 arm bands. This is the maximum on-site parking allowed per condo. Additional parking is available in several offsite parking lots for a daily fee.
