I loved this stay! The condo is actually nicer in person than in the photos! Plenty of room for 8 people! Beautiful views from the 17th floor! They were fast at responding, was spotless, and convenient location.

Very Nice Place

The condo was exactly as describe, the furniture was comfortable and clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The pool was throughly cleaned every day and the tiki hut was easily accessible and had plenty of seating. Overall a great stay

Beach Adventure
Most of the comments are meant as things we thought would increase the overall appearance of unit. Paper roll in master bathroom was pulled out of wall. Some light bulbs were out and we replaced. Kitchen utensils were sparse and worn. Otherwise we had a great time, enjoyed the gorgeous view, and would recommend the unit to anyone.

Loved our stay! such a great condo with a beautiful view! the beds were comfy and had plenty of room for our family! the resort was always clean and everyone who worked there was friendly and accommodating. we have stayed at many resorts but this is our favorite. we will definitely book here again and recommend to family and friends! a very good, memorable vacation for our family!

Grand Panama Vacation 1706
We had a good stay and want to thank you for the opportunity. Everything was as stated except the parking permit. I may have read it wrong but I thought we got one pass with the room and only needed to purchase one permit. We had to pay for two. Because I’m not an animal person I will most likely stay where pets aren’t allowed. I didn’t think to ask or look for that because we’ve never seen so many on our past stays. Overall it was good. Beds were comfortable and didn’t have any issues with anything else. Again thanks for the opportunity to stay in your property. It was nicely decorated.

As soon as we walked in the door of our condo I was happy that it smelled so clean! Everything was perfect from the view, cleanliness, the master bed was hard to get out of in the mornings! The only issue we had was a couple of chairs and a dresser was damaged, but there were still plenty other places to sit. Not only was the condo itself nice and clean, but we watched the Grand Panama staff work hard every morning making sure the property was maintained as well. We look forward to coming back!

Perfect Family Vacation!

The room was well decorated and the view could not be beat!!! Cleanliness lacked, a bit, as there were dirt and trash behind and under every bed and we had to clean crumbs out of the hide a bed. Add states check in time of after 5pm. Convenient, seeing how the desk closes at 5pm, leaving you trying to wrangle the one security guy to get a parking pass. While on the subject of parking, the is an incredible amount of available parking but, while listed as free on the website, the cost of a parking pass is $20. Cash. The extremely long wait for an elevator makes "Shoot. I forgot my wallet," a 20 minute trip to the room and back.
Overall, the room and view added the needed touch to a perfect family vacation; one which will not soon be forgotten.

We were able to check in much earlier than expected -- loved that. It as super easy having a door code -- not having to deal with meeting an actual person for a key was great. Our host communicated with me via text the entire stay -- it was so much easier than having to call and ask question. We also got immediate responses. We were also able to request and were granted a late checkout. Loved that! Condo was a great value for the money. Very very convenient to the beach. Just a quick elevator ride and 100 feet to the beach and pool. Loved everything about our stay. Thank y'all again!

Can't beat the view
We love staying at the Grand Panama, so we knew what to expect. Only downfall of this place was the initial smell was the smell of mold.. and there needs to be more cooking pans. There was only 1 skillet. Overall though it was exactly what we hoped it would be. We knew parking was bad. We knew evaluator wait time was bad. The beds were super comfortable, we had a little mishap with the fridge first night and Hannah addressed our concern promptly. You cant beat the view of this condo. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend overall.

First trip to the beach!

This was our first visit to Grand Panama. We enjoyed the experience very much. Had a wonerful time. The condo was great. Beautiful weather most of the time on our visit. Good location. Close to alot of things to do. Loved the view.  We all loved the roof top pool. My husband said it was the most relaxing vacation. Definitely a place we will come be back to in the future.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! The entire condo was decorated with lovely, modern decor . Beds were very comfortable. The view was breathtaking. The only downfall (other than the red tide coming in which can't be controlled by any human) was that the toilet in the hall bathroom made a loud whistling noise when flushed. We would definitely stay here again though. Thanks for an enjoyable trip.

We spent a week here and loved it and the resort. We did check in on memorial day weekend and parking,and elevators were a nightmare. After Monday however the resort was quiet and we were very happy with it.We loved unit 1706 it was beautiful and the beds were so soft. The view cannot be beat!

The place is exactly as pictured and described. Getting into the room and leaving was a breeze. The location is great and we were surrounded by plenty of things to do. The only complaint I have is that the parking is $20 a spot and each condo is only allowed 2 cars. I was not informed of this when I booked and my group had 3 cars. The place would not budge and did not give us a 3rd spot. The 3rd car had to park off the property which forced us to leave a car in an unsecured area.

Amazing view

We stayed in unit 1706 for a week and loved it! The view is amazing we had plenty of room for the 6 of us to spread out. The kids loved the pool. It was our first trip to PCB and it was gorgeous we will definitely be back. Only downside we found to The Grand Panama was the parking but you get use to it.

My husband and myself, our daughter, son-in-law and grandson stayed in this unit for a long weekend in April. We had a wonderful time. The pictures and descriptions on the website were exactly what we saw when we arrived. It was spotless and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were roomy and the bathrooms were huge! The private balcony was the best! The condo was close to everything, including Pier Park and many excellent restaurants. The parking garage was great and made getting back and forth from our vehicles to the room very easy.The elevators were fast and the staff were all very courteous and helpful. There was a small shallow pool next to the large pool and hot tub that the grand baby loved! All this sits on the most beautiful white sandy beach! Paradise! We will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful condo, my favorite part was the bed - it was SO comfortable with the mattress topper. The little bunk room was large enough for a 20 year old guy to sleep in, and was often the "napping" place for the rest of us. The elevators were extremely quick and there were three of them so you never have to wait very long. Another Broken Egg Cafe is on the back of the property and has the best breakfast I've had anywhere. We have rented from Sarah Condos before and they have always been very prompt to return a call or email, and they are very interested in making sure their renters have a good stay. There are plenty of good restaurants within a short drive of here. The garage parking is on the other side of the street which is a blessing when traffic is heavy because you can take Hutchinson Avenue instead of Front Beach Road and get anywhere you want to go much faster.

WOW!! Your Grand Panama condo was wonderful. I have been renting condos for my family for over 20 years in PCB. I can honestly say --this condo had it all. You thought of everything. The decor was excellent and well, I don't even have Wolfgang Puck at home! What a beautiful place. Had a wonderful time at The Grand Panama. This condo has the space you need for your family as well as a touch of the owners personality mixed in. The art work in this place alone will keep you busy for hours. Thank you Sarah Condos for sharing these amazing charter maps of you sons adventures at sea. The kids loved the bunk room with the funky furniture. Two king size beds was a treat as well. Best pool in Panama City by far. I think I found my new favorite place to stay. See you again soon I hope.

We just came back from PCB for a week during July 4th week. The condo was great and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. The king size beds in each room was great and very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the bunk room, which had there own TV. The beach view from balcony was great. We sat out there and had a few drinks on the 4th watching the beautiful fireworks show that was at the end of the city pier. Condo was clean, located near, Publix, Walmart and Pier Park. We eat a Spinnaker's twice for dinner and food was great. We also made our visit to Captain Jack's Seafood Buffet for all you can eat crab legs. The buffet is ok, if you like crab legs you will enjoy them. I got my moneys worth. You will not be disappointed with this condo.
