Our stay at 1803 was great. Very spacious and had the best view. Spent most of the time on the balcony. We had a minor issue and the host was super quick and proactive to make sure it was fixed and even checked to make sure it was. Everything was great!

The place was very nice. We enjoyed how close the beach was. The owner was very quick to answer all questions or concerns we had. . There were a few issues but maintenance did their best to fix them. I definitely recommend this unit and Would stay here again.

Responsive and flexible
The property is beautiful and right on the beach. Exactly what we were looking for. This was a last minute booking as our original trip to the DR was cancelled due to weather. The owner not only replied quickly to our inquiries but was also able to arrange for us to the book day of, preventing us from having to do an additional hotel stay. We really appreciated this flexibility and it helped make an already hectic start to vacation a lot smoother!!

The balcony is where I spent most of my time because it is a beautiful place to be! Condo is just as described. Right in the heart of Panama City Beach. Several places are walkable from this condo. Restaurants and activities.

A well maintained place at beach front and a good location . Definitely worth the money spend .Elevators are a problem as this apartment is on 18th floor and most of the time during out stay all elevators were not functional causing wait times to be in excess of 10 minutes on occasions. Thier bunk bed for kids in hallway was a bit old and wished they had a sofa bed too as an option. Balcony space was great and view was amazing. There was a beach chair but was old and for guests like me a couple of beach chairs would have been fantastic and can save guests the trouble of having to carry several beach chairs . Overall great place and I would rent again as well as recommended to friends

Had a great time at Grand Panama the view from the unit is spectacular and the balcony is huge!! The Master bedroom was on the small side but I would definitely stay here again

This condo had great access to the beach. It was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Huge balcony, which was super nice when we hung out there at night. We will be staying there again!

Condo looked just like the pictures. Balcony was huge and private, great beach/ocean views! We were able to see dolphins from the balcony one morning too! Host responds quickly to any questions and issues you have! We had a little issue with the refrigerator and they had maintenance there within an hour (a vent on the fridge just needed cleaned out). Highly recommend this stay. We loved it.

Nice Condo
Nice condo with great views of the gulf. The beds were comfy. My only disappointments were (1) that the master bedroom didn't have a closet to hang clothes. It was filled with lamps and pillows. There is enough space in there to put a rod to hang clothes, and (2) we could have used new fry pans. Emerald Beach Properties was top notch as a rental agent. The microwave was falling apart and they came within a couple of hours and replaced it. Also, the dishwasher had issues and again, they were there and fixed that. I would definitely rent through Emerald Beach again.

Accommodations had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from our balcony. Having the grills to barbecue was a nice amenity.

Amazing View!
We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Panama. Our condo was very clean and the check in and out process was fast and easy! The only issue was the dryer didn't dry very well. But other than that it was perfect!

Great place
Property was as expected, the main beds need to be updated but overall the condo was in good condition. Great views the worse problem we had was parking. If we left to go eat somewhere there was a 50/50 shot you was going to have a parking spot when you got back, really shouldn’t have to pay for a parking pass. But again great condo would do a return trip. Loved the views from the 18th floor. Thanks
