The location was quiet because it was a little farther away from the busy part of town. It was perfect for our weekend getaway. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! The view was wonderful and it wasn’t super packed even though we went in the middle of the peak season. The condo was super beautiful and very comfortable, perfect for our family of five. It was very clean and provided lots of pans and utensils to use which is great for us because we prefer to stay in and cook vs trying to fight the crowds to go out to eat. Check in was easy, we got a text when it was ready to check in and then we sent a text when we checked out. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place to stay.
My family and I have stayed in this complex multiple times, this was our first stay at this unit, it will not be our last. The location is perfect for our family, love the fact that it is a low density building. And I can’t say enough great things about unit.

I had a great stay with my family. Beautiful view. It had everything we needed and the host was responsive to our questions.
Just note check in is not until 5:00pm, so plan accordingly.

Great location and view!
The condo was very nice and in a great location. The other end of Panama City was a traffic nightmare. The pool is great and is cleaned regularly. All the staff were nice and very responsive. Beds slept great but I do recommend bringing your own pillow if you like a fluffy one. The kitchen was well equipped. A/C worked wonderfully. You can’t beat the view and large balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

NICE LITTLE GETAWAY
I was so impressed with this little gem. The staff were super helpful which now a days is a plus. I would highly recommend this adorable place and I plan on using it again.

Thanksgiving Beach Break
This property was ideal for a quick getaway to the beach. The kitchen is very well stocked for any cooking you may want to do. The balcony is very spacious and all of the patio furniture was super comfy. Would definitely chose to stay here in the future.

Fantastic Property
My wife and I spent the previsous week at a house on the beach with our kids and grandkids. We stayed an additional week and this property was perfect for us. First, no issues what so ever, the property was spotless and smelled wonderful when we arrived. The view from the 6th floor was perfect and the location of the property made it ideal for what we were wanting. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay in it again next summer.

Would Absolutely Stay Here Again!

Wonderful part of Panama City, close to everything but off the beaten path.  The condo had everything we needed and was well thought out for its guests.  Loved how big the balcony was to eat or enjoy coffee.  What a wonderful unit!

Location,Location, Location
This condo had a amazing location right on the beach. Parking lot was plenty big and easy access in and out of it. Very clean condo and quiet. Luggage carts and grocery carts available to bring on the elevator if needed. We had a great time !!

RENT THIS CONDO!!!! This was possibly the best location I’ve ever stayed in. It’s on the less-busy part of the Panama City Beach even during the height of spring breakers. The condo itself was very cute & clean. Check in/out was painless and smooth. We could see dolphins playing from our balcony one morning!

Lovely little place
The stay was good, fairly quiet. Room is right over pool and didn’t hear a lot of noise. The decorations are beautiful, very updated. The bedroom is very small, doesn’t overlook the beach. The room itself over looks the beach though! Had a hard time getting into the laundry room area and elevators are crazy slow. However the few downfalls do not mean I won’t be back! I love the smallness if the complex itself and I love that the beach here seems as if you have it to yourself! Looking forward to another trip! ❤️

clean, well kept, on th east end, very responsive to messages, all around joy to stay at, the washer dryer across the hall is not a big deal at all, nice deck, nice spacious living area, bedroom a little tight but understandable to get the two doubles in there, was not an issue at all for us, Master Shower +++

Amazing view and very convenient location. The condo was beautiful and with an excellent view. The personal was nice and provided recommendations. My family enjoyed the oversized balcony for meals. We walk to a few places but was no need to move any where. We will be back soon.

We absolutely loved our Beach Happy 606 condo ! Such a beautifully decorated home . It is my style to a tee . Very detail oriented. It’s like home away from home . To us it was a great quieter location and less crowded area which we enjoy . Great views of the ocean and close proximity to the restaurants and activities. The staff are very friendly , helpful and accommodating . The only complaint we had was the extremely slow and outdated elevator and also the small entrance sign as your pulling into parking lot . Very easy to miss and pass up initially . They are doing maintenance to the building but it didn’t interfere with our great time on vacation . Can’t wait to come back ❤️

We had such an incredible time! The apartment is beautiful, spacious and well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and bathing, etc. It was clean and very comfortable. I loved the quiet, peaceful atmosphere and appreciated the "no noise after 10" policy. The view of the beach was amazing. We saw dolphins from the large wonderful deck. I love the pool area and we liked using the grills. The walk out to the beach is quick and easy access so we didn't have to haul our belongings very far. I was afraid this end of town was going to be less desirable and run down but it was perfect. The building is tucked in away from the main street so it was quiet, not too many people on the beach. We enjoyed night walks and looking for ghost crabs. The host left us a cute little welcome bag with gifts and info. We went "swimming with dolphins" and snorkeling with Blue Dolphin tours. Highly recommended!
