We loved our stay. The condo building and unit were very nice and in a convenient walkable area. Love Sharky’s for Iunch and dinner right across the street as well as the beach assess. Be sure to ask the lobby desk for free children’s meal cards as well as expedited seating. We enjoyed the pool everyday as well and the view of the ocean from the pool!! We will definitely stay here again.

Short family get away
My family of 4 stayed in this condo for 3 days and it was amazing to us. It was clean and cool and the balcony was amazing. The owner made things quick and easy. Check in was easy, and we were able to check in a little early. Checking out was even easier and we checked out right on time. My kids loves the pull out bed they are 4&7. We loved staying here. 5/5 would recommend

Very clean. Clean sheets, clean towels, well stocked kitchen - bring your own toilet paper. There was only two rolls for the week. - friendly staff throughout the building. very helpful with directions and information. I would stay there again any time!

Spacious and great location
The property management company is not going to communicate through VRBO. I failed to download the app they sent to me (my bad) via email which included outside door codes, initial instructions, and the WiFi password. I received a txt message the day of giving me the code to the condo itself but the txt stated that I could change the code upon my arrival. This was completely inaccurate. You cannot change the code. The mattress is very firm so that might not be for everyone. It was fine for us. Make sure you bring ALL essentials like soap and shampoo. The condo did have one small bar of soap and a mini travel size shampoo and conditioner. Luckily we didn’t forget anything in that department. We did not plan on cooking throughout our stay but the kitchen is equipped with pots and pans and dishes had we planned on cooking. There is a regular coffee pot in the condo. I personally prefer a Keurig but there’s a Starbucks on site which was a win win for me. The beach is right across the street and there are restaurants within walking distance. The condo was quiet and we overall enjoyed our trip. It’s perfect for couples looking to have a relaxing vacation.

This space was very nice and clean. It is in a good location with good food nearby and easy beach access. Me and my wife really enjoyed the pool area at sunset. We really enjoyed our stay here on our trip to PCB!

Great location!

This is the second property I’ve stayed at with this rental company, and I will use them from now on! Great communication process, very clean and SPACIOUS unit, such close proximity to great restaurants. Perfect unit for a party of two, or even a family of four with the pull out sofa.

We were right across the street from the beach and other attractions.  They were extremely informative about the condo and provided ample information and check in instructions.  The condo was clean and stocked with basic necessities.  Will definitely stay again when I am in the area.

The condo was as listed, a very comfortable bed, nice kitchen area and seating area. Went to the beautiful beach every day, a very short walk out the front door and across the street and you are on the sand. Walked to a couple of restaurants and walked a little further to Pier Park. Would stay here again.

Only complaint is security is a little over the top with parking. We had a larger vehicle-parked over lines and received a violation, moved and received another for not having the correct permit for the correct lot. Be careful not to bring cooler with snacks to pool--had to take that back. They were not nice about it. But overall, room was perfect. Loved the location. Easy in and out. Bed was very hard and that might be okay for some, but we didn't like that. Couch was ok, but also a pull out so we did expect that. Had trouble with the VCR, but everything else was spacious and well appointed. We loved having carpet as it felt more homey!

Great Family Vacation Getaway

We really enjoyed our vacation at Emerald Beach . Everything was clean and very spacious. The bed was also very comfortable. We were just minutes away from the beach and near shopping and restaurants. We wasn’t facing the beach still the view was nice especially at night, my boyfriend loved the patio that’s where we were just about every night once the sun went down. Our overall stay was great and will definitely recommend!! Emerald Beach we say Thank you!!

Beautiful get away!

This condo was everything that I expected it to be. It was beautifully furnished and stocked with everything we needed for a long weekend. Great location and walking distance to beaches and great restaurants. Worth every penny and I can’t wait to return.
