loved the condo and RT. The only negative feelings I have toward RT was the bar side pool. The bartender was not at all friendly and you couldn't relax in the pool with drinks you just purchased you had to drink them out of the pool. Honestly that was the only complaints I had with my entire stay.

Wonderful property
My husband and I came with my parents and 4 kids, the property was gorgeous with a great location. We loved the tiki bar and the prices were very reasonable!! This specific condo was very clean and we really liked it. We plan on staying here again.

My family and I enjoyed our getaway to PC! The host was responsive, the condo looked exactly like the pictures, and the view of the beach was amazing! The tiki bar had great drinks and they even served pretty good food! The wings, chicken tenders, and onions rings were so good. Honestly, we could have stayed at the property the entire time without going anywhere and would have had a blast. There is food, drinks, 2 pools, 1 kiddie pool, and spectacular views! My family and I will definitely be booking again!

We had a great stay!
I accidentally deleted our door code and was able to get our host on the phone within seconds and had the code in minutes.
Our master bedroom Roku remote was MIA but they brought us a new remote first thing the next morning.
My only complaint was that the unit was warm for our liking. We would’ve put it a couple degrees cooler than what owner allowed, so we were warm at night. We like it cold. Ceiling fans in sleeping areas definitely helped though.
Overall, I’d recommend it to a friend.
If you book here or anywhere else in PCB, go to Shell Island and walk around the jetty to the gulf side. It’s amazing!!!!

This place was perfect! Right on the beach and the grounds were well kept. We loved having the option to buy food and drinks right at the pool. Condo was clean and beds were comfortable! Condo had everything you needed. Checkin was so easy. It was a great stay! We will definitely be back!

This condo was spectacular and so cozy. You felt right at home as soon as you walked in. The pictures and description were accurate. There weren't many places within walking distance that we saw, but was a short drive! I would bring my family back to stay here!

We had a wonderful weekend stay and the unit was exactly as pictured. The communication with property manager was excellent. They were very responsive and even allowed us an earlier check in and later check out. Be aware that the thermostat is locked so you are not able to adjust temperature. Also, there is a $25 fee charged by the building upon checkin. The view is incredible and the unit well stocked.

Beautiful condo!!!
Pros: location is perfect for families. Close to Saint Andrews state park, restaurants, and other fun. Condo was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities necessary. View was amazing. Cons: front desk at building had an attitude, was not welcoming at all. Called the condo owners though and they were super sweet. Elevator was not adequate for the amount of rooms in the complex- was often completely full and had to wait multiple time to be able to fit our family. Trick was to ride up even if you were wanting to go down- otherwise it would be full by the time it got back to you.

Our family was looking for a much needed week to relax and unwind. After COVID19 caused us to cancel our daughter's senior spring break we were grateful to be able to finally take her and our cousin on a make up senior spring break and Yay you finished your first year of college trip! Regency Towers 0515 did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in to the newly renovated condo we were happy. When I say we were looking to relax and unwind that's exactly what we did. Our days were spent lounging by the pool, lounging on the beach and morning beach walks. We enjoyed our meals and drinks on our deck over looking the pool and Gulf. The kitchen offered wonderful amenities for me to prepare our breakfast, lunches and dinners. We did enjoy a lunch at Bikini Bob's, it definitely recommend! We brought a few games and enjoyed game nights at the dining room table when we needed to cool off. The beds were comfy and allowed for a great night sleep! The highlight for my sleeping nights was leaving the slider off the master bedroom opened at allowing the Gulf to provide wonderful white noise while I slept! Our family appreciated the fact that Regency Towers is not right on the “main strip” of Panama City Beach. It allowed for a more relaxing week to have less hustle and bustle. When we wanted to it was a short drive to the main strip where we enjoyed dinner at a couple of places. The staff was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. We will definitely stay in 0515 again. It allowed for us to relax, unwind and refresh just as we were hoping.

26th Girls Trip!
This is our 4th time staying at RT and once again it was perfect! We love everything about this place! The location is awesome and away from all the craziness of Front Beach Rd! The unit was great, beds were comfortable! Pillows were a bit soft but that’s personal preference. Plenty of comfortable seating on the balcony. View was beautiful, one pool was heated and the other was nice and cold! Bigger facility so a bigger crowd for the beginning of a holiday weekend but that’s expected! Absolutely love the towel/suit hanging rack on the balcony-fantastic idea!! The only thing that was a bit downfall was the TVs don’t move so it was hard to plug in our devices to stream our services. There is smart DVD players however they are wired and no access to a router(the WiFi available is unsecured internet from the facility which also led to quite slow speed access).

Exceeded expectations!
This property exceeded our expectations! The condo was very clean, updated, and felt like home. The view from 515 was amazing. Regency towers has two large swimming pools and a great poolside restaurant. Management was very responsive and easy to work with.

This rental exceeded our expectations. The RT building is older, but this condo was completely updated, clean, and cozy. The ocean view from the balcony was perfect. The grounds are well maintained as there are two large pools and a restaurant.. Every time I had contact with the property management company they responded promptly and was very friendly.

Very nice. Even though we don’t have small children there was a closet full of beach toys and chairs to use. Clean, comfortable, check in and check out very easy. Security is wonderful there, too. Quiet end of beach, just a short distance from St. Andrews Park. We’ve been staying at Regency Towers for many years and this was one of our best stays.

Great Spot
Regency Towers is located a few miles from Pier Park & has it's own beach access therefore is a perfect spot for families or those wanting to enjoy without the crowds. The team was responsive & helpful. Although we brought our own, beach chairs, umbrella & boards were in the room as well as a cart to easily transport everything to the beach. Plenty of additional towels & rags were provided. We'd love to stay again!

Fun in the Sun
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Regency Towers. My grand kids had a ball and met many children their age to hang out with. A family friendly place. Condo 515 was located in a good spot with plenty of ocean view. The only complaint I have is the elevators.......they are extremely slow. We will visit Regency Towers again.

Girls trip!
This was our first stay at Regency Tower and could not have been happier with everything about this place! The condo was plenty spacious for the 4 of us with beautiful views of the ocean, beach and pool. Beds slept great! Bikini Bobs biscuits and gravy and the burgers were delicious and the staff was so nice! So many great places to eat just minutes away. Our favorite was Grand Marlin! Had dinner there 2 nights and loved it all. We will definitely stay at RT again! Thanks for making our 24th girls trip awesome!

From start to finish we all had an absolutely amazing time. My self, my husband and children were seeing the ocean for the first time which blew us away. The condo was beautiful, and the staff at Regency Towers were all very polite. Jessi with Emerald Beach Properties was the easiest and politest person and company we have ever dealt with. Property and view is absolutely stunning!

Late check in was easy because security was expecting us and we had receiced the condo door code via email. Very welcoming of riders and had part of the parking lot roped off for bikes only. Location was close to most venues and very close to Ms. Newbys and Hammerhead Fred's. Great beach views, heated saltwater pool and GREAT food and drink prices at tike bar made our stay at the condo very enjoyable.
