Edgewater Villa 3302 'SanD Beach Villa'

The place was amazing way above the expectation easy access to the beach back door take three minutes or less to the beach. You can use transportation for free it takes like 5 minutes to go to the beach and to the pools.
Nice place five stars. The only concern was the person of the door when we arrived to the place, she was rude had a bad attitude no information we took a long time to find our place
After that, everything was perfect

Loved the condo! Super convenient walk to the public beach access, and the resort has “trams”, golf carts that can come pick you up to take you to the main pool area at the towers. We will be staying here again.

Panama city
Unit is close to beach by walking over beach. We were in for a baseball tournament and it suited us fine.

Dance getaway
We were there for my daughters who dances all week. It was very convenient to convention center. We had a couple problems occur but called management and they had someone out there quickly to fix our problems. No complaints. I will definitely stay here again.

Ironman 70.3 weekend
The condo was the perfect setting to participate and view the 2023 Ironman 70.3 at Panama City Beach. We checked in Friday raced Saturday and watched runners wrapping up their race later in the day while sitting on the patio.

Totally worth it!
Overall it was an amazing trip! I have three kids under 6 and it was their first time going out of state (texas) . So glad we chose this location and condo! Lots of amenities and food and activities to do all around the area . Everything worked pretty good too from stove , washer dryer , WI-FI! lol thank you for letting us stay Hannah! It’s been amazing!!

Excellent Property
Awesome dealing with Hannah and Patrick with Emerald Beach Properties, they went above and beyond our expectations!! Hannah made sure the microwave door handle and the TV in one room got fixed with in a day! And Patrick let us know we left some belongings which was taking care of! Villa and property was clean and the staff throughout Edgewater was beyond exceptional! We will definitely book the same way next time! Thanks again for the GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Nice Stay

The condo was big and had plenty of space for our crew of 8.  Agent was easy to contact with any questions and a few problems that arose. Resort is great. Everything you need is there.

Enjoyed Our Family Time

We enjoyed our trip to PCB Edgewater Villas. The place was exactly as described other than there was no tram in sight. But we were able to drive and park on the beachside.  Overall I would recommend this place.

Even better than the pics

This unit is even better than the pictures show.  It's completely renovated, feels like a brand new home.  Extremely clean, comfy and has everything you want in a condo.  Nice washer and dryer, great kitchen, beautiful bathrooms and comfy beds.  The unit is right across the street from the beach so, close you might as well be on the beach.  And Edgewater has a great pool with bar/restaurant,.  We will be back!

Ironman 70.2 Race
We were in town as my daughter was racing the Ironman 70.2. Very nice place! We enjoyed our stay. We had trouble getting the door to work. It seems there is a screw that is missing so the plate did not line up to unlock the door with the keypad, each time we made several attempts to get in. Otherwise, we had an enjoyable stay. Negative: the master bedroom faces the road and lots of noisy traffic.

Amazing place, had plenty of room and privacy outside. About a 7 minute walk to the beach without an owners key for the gate. Would definitely come back.

Second time here for family. Everyone had a great time. Condo was clean and well maintained. Only issue was a lack of a toaster, and a day later and it was on the counter. :) The shuttles to the pool and beach area were frequent and everyone was very friendly. Great time. Great value. We will be back.

Great Beach View, Very Private!

We loved this condo. It is across the street from the beach but there's a bridge that takes you to building 1 that is on the beach. Communication with the host was great. The fridge was leaking water and they sent maintenance out quickly. Even though it's across from the beach the balcony still has a beautiful beach view. The bunk beds only hold up to 110lbs so if you plan on an adult sleeping on the bunk bed I hope they're really small. We had a great weekend.

Absolutely Wonderful
I have stayed at Edgewater for 10+ please and this rental was by far the cleanest, spacious until I have ever stayed in. We even stayed two days inside because it felt like home. My children loved having there own space and bed being they are teenagers. We will 100% staying here again. Only thing I would change is check in at 3pm (normal units” do this and we were about too at 5 pm but still very worth it. Thank y’all I will be booking next years next month to make sure we can come again.

Edgewater villas are SWEET!
Very roomy! My family thought this was an amazing stay. We had such a great time! Also big shout out to Danny our tran driver! He was outstanding, kind and super funny. Kids loved him. Would stay again!

Love staying at the Edgswater, we've never been disappointed!!!
Condo was close to pool, nicely decorated and location was peaceful and quiet. Only thing I was disappointed in was we picked this condo due to the location, as it is close to gate you can use to walk right across street to beach, and this trip we were without gate key and we have always been left a key when we have stayed at a condo in this area.

Great stay, condo was beautiful, check in was amazingly quick and easy and the staff at the resort was GREAT!!! Big shout out to the Tram Drivers, they were great, always showed up when we needed a lift. Overall we had yet another GREAT Vacation at the Edgewater Resort!!
