Beautiful condo with plenty of space. Directions and transactions were very easy and clear. The condo has a massive wrap around balcony with perfect views of the beach and sunsets. Convenient location to Schooners right next door. We will definitely rent this condo again in the future.

Nice place and great location
Nice place but not having two parking spaces in garage was a challenge to park across the street with second vehicle. Property manager offers parking 4 miles a way but that is inconvenient. It’s a Seychelles policy so no getting around it.

Great place! Excellent views of the beach. Very clean. Bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom could use a new mattress on the bottom, could feel the springs. If you have 2 cars, the 2nd car has to be parked offsite about 10 min away. Otherwise great property! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful room and spacious
The only issue we had was because of the property rules you can only park 1 vehicle on site the rest have to be parked 3.8 miles away. Which for a group having 2 families or more could be an issue. For use it wasn't to bad but other than that everything was top notch. Ohh one more thing the bedroom locks on the second bedroom needs fixed for more privacy lol.

We were not disappointed with our stay at Seychelles Resort. Everything in our unit was as described or even better. Our vacation here was very quite and relaxing. The Captain’s bedroom was very nice. The only draw back was that we drove 2 vehicles because of health reasons but we could only park one of them at Seychelles. There were plenty of parking spaces available at Seychelles but they would allow only one to be parked at their parking garage. Our other vehicle was parked at Emerald Beach office several miles away. A big plus was that Schooners Restaurant was right next door. Wow a great local seafood place. We hope to rent this same unit again! The weather was perfect and this was a week we will not soon forget.

Bachelorette weekend
This condo was in an amazing location! From the VERY large wrap around balcony, you could see the gulf and the bay. We had everything we needed within a short distance. I love that this is on the quieter end of the beach. The only draw back to this condo is the parking situation. Our condo had 8 adults. They only allow one car on the property. If you have more than that, you have to park 4 miles away to leave the additional cars at an unattended lot.

Good Visit
Only complaint: There were six of us so we came in two vehicles. However, we were only allowed to park one vehicle in the parking garage. Since Emerald Beach Properties owned our condo (#1801), we had to park our second car at their property office which was 3.8 miles away. That was VERY inconvenient. We will definitely never do that again!!! Other than that, it was a great trip.

I booked this place to accommodate my 70+ year old parents, my husband, son, niece and nephew. I am notoriously picky. I like things clean and in order. Turtle Cay did not disappoint. When we arrived, we parked on the first level in the 30 minute parking spots to unload. The actual parking is on the third level (I think). The elevators were right in front of us. One of the three elevators to the building was down but our wait was not long. My mother has some mobility limitations, so walking across the ped-way on the 3rd floor was a bit rough for her but she managed well. I rented a beach wheelchair that was delivered to our door after our arrival if she wanted to visit the beach. I will add that the chair was picked up the day we left. We did not have to be present for the pickup or delivery.
Once inside the unit we were very pleased. It was definitely better than the pictures. The condo was clean and smelled fresh. The large spacious balcony provided front row seats to the fireworks on July 4th. The views of the water and beach from the spacious wrap around balcony were amazing! We spent a lot of time on the balcony. We did not use the sleeper sofa, but the linens were available if needed.
My parents took the room near the entrance with the bathroom connected via a door in the room. They said the bed was comfortable. My son and nephew took the bunk beds. I checked the room several times during the night because of the window that viewed right out into the hallway outside the entrance. (I’m that mom). They were perfectly safe. My husband and I took the primary bedroom. The bed was comfortable. I didn’t use the tub in the primary bath but it looked nice. There were extra towels. I purchased laundry detergent, extra paper towels and toilet paper. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities. We didn’t cook but we stocked the fridge with beverages and turkey, fruit, snacks, and leftovers from restaurants. We stocked the cubbies with snacks and bread. I made good use of the large washing machine and dryer. The area outside near the condo was not overly crowded or congested. The vibe was perfect for a family trip that included 10 year olds, 70+ year olds and those of us who fall somewhere in between. There were many families present.
The property has two pools and my son and nephew made sure to spend hours in both as well as the gulf/ocean and on the beach. The water was clear and amazing. I watched dolphins, stingrays, and large schools of fish from the balcony. My son and husband saw a turtle and too many fish to count while swimming. Overall I could not have asked for a better stay. My mom and dad seldom travel. My goal was to make sure they were happy and comfortable. They loved it. I would definitely here stay again!

The room was very spacious and clean
We loved the wrap around deck and the room was very spacious. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed. The staff of the resort were very polite and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. Nothing to do with the condo or the resort but the rental company right in front of the condos that rent jet skis and parasailing were very rude and I wouldn’t recommend doing anything with them. We booked parasailing at 10am in the morning and they told us it would be a 2-3 hour wait and we waited all day for them to tell us at 5pm that they were done for the day and gave us our money back. They told my 67 year old dad to go F*** himself! Again they have no association with this condo or the resort. We loved it

Family Vaca 2021
We loved our stay in this condo! Plenty of room inside for our family of six, but the balcony was our “go to” spot! The view was the best I’ve ever had while staying in PCB!! Throughout the week we saw dolphins, a sting ray, & a manatee!! The pool & beach area were amazing & offered lots of entertainment for our teenage & adult children! The banana boat was a HUGE hit for our family!! Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us!! We loved it here & plan to book this condo again!!

Best Birthday Trip ever!!

Enjoyed our Stay!
Condo was very nice. Only a couple of complaints, but not on the owner or condo. Website says there is a play yard for infant, but couldn't find it in room. We called about it and never got call back. We had 2 vehicles, and we were given a copy of the parking tag, then ended up getting a written warning on our car for not having the correct tag. We also rented motorcycles, and asked about parking in garage in front of our already parked vehicle, not taking up an extra space, and we were told no they would be towed. We had another run in with the same property employee at the pool. After coming from the beach to the pool, the kids made it there first, and were questioned about their age and where their parent was. Having a smaller child with us also, and having to wash his feet and mine, I got there a little slower. I was coming through the gate, as he questioned them. That apparently wasn't good enough, and they shouldn't have gotten in until I was through the gate. This employee was extremely rude and ridiculous. Other than issues with this, the condo itself and communication with the owner was awesome!

We had a great stay at this property A+
Everything went smooth. Condo was nice, everything in working condition, great communication with property manager. We loved the view from the wrap around balcony! The only thing I could even say negative was with Covid19 going around, we wiped off all doorknobs and handles and we still found some dirt residue. Condo could've been cleaned a little bit better. But still would give it 5 stars overall.

This was a great condo in a great place. The pics are exact. The kitchen was well stock for cooking. The elevators were fast and easy to get on 90% of the time. Pool wasn't too crowded. Overall a wonderful place and would definitely stay here again.

Best view ever
We have been vacationing at PCB for over 40 years and have stayed everywhere. They are all the same some just nicer furniture and updates. However, the view here is what will bring us back! It was so nice seeing the beach or going around to the other porch and watching the boats come in. We will be back!!!

When we first arrived at 11pm our code would not work and and when I called they gave me another one and worked first time now that is great customer service. The unit was very very clean and that means so much. Condo had everything we needed. This was the most relaxing vacation we have been on. The unit was beautiful we will definitely be back.

Great Place
The only problem we had was the floors could use a good cleaning as it constantly turned our feet black if we took off our shoes, I would suggest a steam mop. And the master bedroom's bed was very uncomfortable.

Super large private balcony that wraps around front/side/back of building. All of our access codes worked perfectly. We were short a few wrist bands when we arrived Saturday night. I sent a text Sunday morning and by the time we were back from lunch additional bands were delivered and waiting for us on the kitchen counter. Right next to Schooners for convenient drink/food/snacks. Parking garage has nice large spaces, plenty of driving/turning room, and always had spaces available.

Absolutely Beautiful Condo w/Incredible Views!!
This condo did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in the door, we knew we had made a great choice in this condo. It looks exactly like the pictures and we had a great week here with our 16 year old daughter and her two friends. Loved the wrap around balcony and the fact that the girls had their own balcony and also views of the lagoon. It is so bright and airy, unlike so many beachfront condos we have stayed in before. We will definitely recommend this condo to others...we actually already have...and we will also book this one again. We also loved the beach rental guys...they were very attentive to our needs and it was almost like they read our minds when we wanted the umbrella up or moved to shield from the sun. When we mentioned our interest in renting jet skis for my husband and the girls, Bradley said he would be happy to take them on a tour to Shell Island and then they could 'play around' after...they had a blast! They didn't see any dolphins, but they did see a 3ft black tip shark. :) We also were able to see dolphins and rays from our balcony...coolest thing ever!!!

Great Family Vacation
We had such an amazing time. The place was perfect for the seven of us. We had a couple of rain days but there was enough room for us not to be under each others feet. Very quiet not very much traffic. The ocean was closed for swimming do to the rip currents but there was plenty of room in the pools. All in all it was a great time.

Nice very clean. All the utensils we need was there. Love the decor of the condo. It was convenient to the marina. Will definitely be booking again in the future. Didn't care for all the surveillance cameras everywhere. Kinda makes you feel like they watching your every move. But overall it was a great condo loved the walk around balcony. The luggage carts at the condominium had on site was a big help at check in and check out. The whole family had a great time and can't wait till vacation time again.

1801 Seychelles is a beautiful condo.It is a well appointed and fully equipped 3 bedroom condo. It is our second home while we are at the beach. Wow! What a great place. My wife and I, along with our 16 y/o daughter and her boyfriend came down on March 30th and stayed until April 3rd. We have stayed at Seychelles on many occasions (we like being next to Schooners), and this was the best condo we have stayed in by far. We have always wanted to stay in an end unit and this gave us a chance. I now want to stay in this condo every time we come back. The 18th floor view was spectacular. We could see all the way to Shell Island and Capt. Anderson's Marina. There was a full moon while we were there, and being able to watch it as it came up across the Bay was beautiful. The living room has large windows that allow you to feel open and afford you the view if you did not want to go on the balcony. The balcony stretched from the Master bedroom, which was Gulf front, across the front of the living room and wrapped around the entire east end of the Condo and continued to wrap around to a sliding glass door that opened into another smaller master bedroom. The main master bedroom was very well decorated with a big flat screen TV. The Main bathroom was very spacious, had a large walk in shower with plenty of room for two. The living room was very nicely decorated along with the kitchen. I could go on and on. Again, as one who goes to PCB about 3 times a year, this was our favorite Condo yet. Sarah Condos was very nice and easy to work with. We definitely want to come back and stay here soon.

What a lovely place… Absolutely, breathtaking views from every room… This has to be one of the most well-appointed and tastefully decorated unit at Seychelles. We came down here with our children for spring break and had a wonderful time. The beach was nice and not as crowded as some of the other locations on PCB. Also, being next to Schooners definitely has its pluses. Finally, Sarah Condos were fantastic. It's nice to deal with people that care about you instead of a nameless property management person. We definitely want to come back soon.

Very nice quiet part of PC-Beach (away from all the craziness of the clubs and hotels) and the condo was fantastic very clean nice new furniture, and great flat panel TVs in every room for kicking back at night. We so enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo! It accommodated our family of eight very easily. Glass windows everywhere to enjoy the incredible views. The eighteenth floor allowed us to view the manta rays and dolphins every morning from the balcony on the gulf side and the lights from the boats at night on the marina side. The furnishings surpassed our expectations and the unit was very spacious. Sarah Condos are such lovely people and they were readily available for all our needs. It was a pleasure renting from people who care. We never had to wait more than a few seconds for an elevator which was a blessing as we had three small children with us. The pools were clean and inviting and the beach right at Seychelles was the prettiest all along the Panama City Beach area in our opinion. Restaurants were within walking distance and the condo is located away from the congestion of traffic. What a blessing that was! Our family will definitely rent from Sarah Condos again. We can't wait to go back! Thank you so much from the whole family!

The condo is nicely equipped with everything a family needs to feel "at home". We had guests the first week and there was plenty of room for us, our kids and two grandchildren. We have spent days exploring the local state parks; St. Andrews, St. George Island, and Eden Gardens, to name a few. The beds are very comfortable with flat screens in every bedroom. Enjoyed the kitchen and the ability to cook at home for a few meals. The views from every window are just absolutely breathtaking. We stood inside the condo and watched the fireworks from Schooners explode at our eye level on New Year's Eve. (Crazy, but fun)! We have sure enjoyed being here at a time of year when the beaches are uncrowded and the traffic is minimal. Thank you Sarah Condos for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We hope to return again and we will definitely come back to this property!

We have spent days exploring the local state parks; St. Andrews, St. George Island, and Eden Gardens, to name a few. The beds are very comfortable with flat screens in every bedroom. First Class All the Way

Great Spring Break
Wow ! What a great place. My wife and I, along with our 16 y/o daughter and her boyfriend came down on March 30th and stayed until April 3rd. We have stayed at Seychelles on many occasions ( we like being next to Schooners ), and this was the best condo we have stayed in by far. We have always wanted to stay in an end unit and this gave us a chance. I now want to stay in this condo everytime we come back. The 18th floor view was spectacular. We could see all the way to Shell Island and Capt. Anderson's Marina. There was a full moon while we were there, and being able to watch it as it came up across the Bay was beautiful. The living room has large windows that allow you to feel open and afford you the view if you did not want to go on the balcony. The balcony stretched from the Master bedroom, which was Gulfront, across the front of the living room and wrapped around the entire east end of the Condo and continued to wrap around to a sliding glass door that opened into another smaller master bedroom. The main master bedroom was very well decorated with abig flatscreen TV. The Main bathroom was very spacious, had a large walk in shower with plenty of room for two. The living room was very nicely decorated along with the kitchen. I could go on and on. Again, as one who goes to PCB about 3 times a year, this was our favorite Condo yet. The owners were very nice and easy to work with. We definitely want to come back and stay here soon.
