Best View Ever!

I don’t know if it was the time we went, but it wasn’t crowded. I loved the location, waking up to the sunrise and watching the sunset. Also, it is convenient to many stores and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

Seychelles was amazing! We had a minor hiccup regarding a parking pass but they handled it perfectly and fast. We really enjoyed the fast elevators and cleanliness of our condo and the entire building. Everyone was so kind. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

When we first arrived at 11pm our code would not work and and when I called they gave me another one and worked first time now that is great customer service. The unit was very very clean and that means so much. Condo had everything we needed. This was the most relaxing vacation we have been on. The unit was beautiful we will definitely be back.

My family & I truly enjoyed this location. It was peaceful and enjoyable. Hannah was extremely helpful when questions or needs came up. I certainly recommend this property. It’s a beauty.

We had a great week watching dolphins, sea turtles, and sting rays from the wrap around balcony. Very clean, comfortable and a magnificent view of the gulf. If I had to leave anything negative, I would say the couch could be updated. Not that it was bad by any means. Will definitely be back.

The pictures don't lie! The condo is exactly as the pictures show it. The views were amazing thanks to the balcony. We watched the sunrise from one side, then watched it set on the other. We will be back! Thank you!

arrival was great - all codes worked first try, big garage with large spaces, wide driving lanes, and no problem finding a spot.

Super large private balcony that wraps around front/side/back of building. All of our access codes worked perfectly. We were short a few wrist bands when we arrived Saturday night. I sent a text Sunday morning and by the time we were back from lunch additional bands were delivered and waiting for us on the kitchen counter. Right next to Schooners for convenient drink/food/snacks. Parking garage has nice large spaces, plenty of driving/turning room, and always had spaces available.

Nice very clean. All the utensils we need was there. Love the decor of the condo. It was convenient to the marina. Will definitely be booking again in the future. Didn't care for all the surveillance cameras everywhere. Kinda makes you feel like they watching your every move. But overall it was a great condo loved the walk around balcony. The luggage carts at the condominium had on site was a big help at check in and check out. The whole family had a great time and can't wait till vacation time again.

1801 Seychelles is a beautiful condo.It is a well appointed and fully equipped 3 bedroom condo. It is our second home while we are at the beach. Emerald Beach Properties has been wonderfully helpful to my husband and I, any request has been dealt with promptly and professionally, great people to deal with. We are delighted with our lovely condo. Thank you all.

Wow! What a great place. My wife and I, along with our 16 y/o daughter and her boyfriend came down on March 30th and stayed until April 3rd. We have stayed at Seychelles on many occasions (we like being next to Schooners), and this was the best condo we have stayed in by far. We have always wanted to stay in an end unit and this gave us a chance. I now want to stay in this condo every time we come back. The 18th floor view was spectacular. We could see all the way to Shell Island and Capt. Anderson's Marina. There was a full moon while we were there, and being able to watch it as it came up across the Bay was beautiful. The living room has large windows that allow you to feel open and afford you the view if you did not want to go on the balcony. The balcony stretched from the Master bedroom, which was Gulf front, across the front of the living room and wrapped around the entire east end of the Condo and continued to wrap around to a sliding glass door that opened into another smaller master bedroom. The main master bedroom was very well decorated with a big flat screen TV. The Main bathroom was very spacious, had a large walk in shower with plenty of room for two. The living room was very nicely decorated along with the kitchen. I could go on and on. Again, as one who goes to PCB about 3 times a year, this was our favorite Condo yet. Sarah Condos was very nice and easy to work with. We definitely want to come back and stay here soon.

What a lovely place… Absolutely, breathtaking views from every room… This has to be one of the most well-appointed and tastefully decorated unit at Seychelles. We came down here with our children for spring break and had a wonderful time. The beach was nice and not as crowded as some of the other locations on PCB. Also, being next to Schooners definitely has its pluses. Finally, Sarah Condos were fantastic. It's nice to deal with people that care about you instead of a nameless property management person. We definitely want to come back soon.

My wife and I rented this condo with 2 other married couples and we had a great time plenty of space. Very nice quiet part of PC-Beach (away from all the craziness of the clubs and hotels) and the condo was fantastic very clean nice new furniture, and great flat panel TVs in every room for kicking back at night. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

We so enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo! It accommodated our family of eight very easily. Glass windows everywhere to enjoy the incredible views. The eighteenth floor allowed us to view the manta rays and dolphins every morning from the balcony on the gulf side and the lights from the boats at night on the marina side. The furnishings surpassed our expectations and the unit was very spacious. Sarah Condos are such lovely people and they were readily available for all our needs. It was a pleasure renting from people who care. We never had to wait more than a few seconds for an elevator which was a blessing as we had three small children with us. The pools were clean and inviting and the beach right at Seychelles was the prettiest all along the Panama City Beach area in our opinion. Restaurants were within walking distance and the condo is located away from the congestion of traffic. What a blessing that was! Our family will definitely rent from Sarah Condos again. We can't wait to go back! Thank you so much from the whole family!

Spending the month of January 2014, in this lovely condo. Although the area experienced below record temperatures, we have had a wonderful time. The condo is nicely equipped with everything a family needs to feel "at home". We had guests the first week and there was plenty of room for us, our kids and two grandchildren. We have spent days exploring the local state parks; St. Andrews, St. George Island, and Eden Gardens, to name a few. The beds are very comfortable with flat screens in every bedroom. Enjoyed the kitchen and the ability to cook at home for a few meals. The views from every window are just absolutely breathtaking. We stood inside the condo and watched the fireworks from Schooners explode at our eye level on New Year's Eve. (Crazy, but fun)! We have sure enjoyed being here at a time of year when the beaches are uncrowded and the traffic is minimal. Thank you Sarah Condos for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We hope to return again and we will definitely come back to this property!
