Awesome vacation
This was our third year at Panama City beach for a summer vacation and our first at shores of Panama. I can’t find any reason to stay anywhere else in the future. It had everything on site. Loved the memories we made.

Family trip
We brought our adult children with our younger. The owner was great. The pool and views was awesome. There was plenty to cook with and accessories big enough for a large family. Of course the ocean was awesome too!

Amazing views
The condo was just as described!! The property was very clean & staff were very friendly. Only negative was the extremely large group of teenagers that congregated on the beach in front of the complex that had massive amount of police present d/t teenagers being unruly. Would stay again just not at spring break .

First time in PCB
We loved this condo and the location. The condo was beautiful, exactly as pictured. The wraparound patio was amazing and had lots of seating! The beds were very comfortable. The access to the parking garage was wonderful and access to the beach was very easy. It was so nice to check in and out without ever dealing with hotel staff. We will definitely be back!!

Nice Condo, Beautiful Views
We enjoyed our stay in unit 801. Parking was great, right by the room. The unit was nice and clean and had everything we needed for a 1 week stay. Cons: The pillows aren't the best, bring your own. The icemaker doesn't work. The dining area lights didn't work.

I will be back in the future. Host responded within 10mins responding to my questions late in the afternoon. I had booked a different location and got lied to and was forced to take a refund. I contacted them and was able to book and check in all within an hr! SUPER CLEAN AND FRIENDLY! THANK YOU!!

Amazing view of the ocean. large kitchen to cook full meals for large groups. Loved the 24hr beach access and pools open till 10! Fast responses to all my questions! I definitely would book again!

this was a great overall stay. a few things happened wasn't necessarily the fault of anyone, such as the refrigerator, the internet not working upon arrival, and having a paper map of the property would be helpful. the refrigerator was removed and replaced within about 3 hours. the internet never did work, but it was spring break. I know there were many people on the same tower. my only small issue was the dishes being dirty. I clean my dishes anyway, but seeing them dirty was a bit cringy. the pots and pans, though, were the BEST I have ever seen at an Airbnb! I would definitely stay again and recommend!

This was spectacular. The rooms were clean. Every bedroom had a private bath. The view was so worth it. I enjoyed my stay immensely. Thank you. This was just perfect for us.

I wish we could have stayed forever!

We had the best time! This condo is beautiful! It is fully stocked with everything you could need while vacationing. The rooms and bathrooms are all big and have plenty of room for large families. The balcony views are nothing short of amazing! The check in process was a piece of cake and we got to do an early check-in. We loved the location and convenience to everything. We will definitely be rebooking in the near future!

Great Stay!

Check in was easy, everything was in the condo and we didn't have to wait at the front desk.  The indoor pool was heated.  We unfortunately did not use the outdoor pool due to the weather but it looked really nice!

The unit is very spacious and well furnished and decorated. The views of he beach, ocean and sunsets are stunning. The management team couldn't be more responsive and accomodating. This was our forth year at Shores of Panama and our second In this unit. I would highly recommend this unit and the management team to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Wonderful place that accommodated 6 adults easily . Easy access to property and loved that we simply put in our own code for the week and did not have to worry about keycards etc . View to the ocean was breathtaking . We spent many mornings and nights on the wrap around balcony . The elevators were slow but being on vacation we just allowed patience to prevail . We loved the beach , our adult kids loved the large pool . Parking was tricky as we had three vehicles and are only allowed two parking passes but that was due to shores of panama rules ! We would most certainly stay here again !

Their condo was everything it was advertised to be! The accommodations were stunning, as well as the view. Pool and Beach access were perfect for our week long get away. The owner made sure we were prepared by sending detailed emails a week before our vacation. I would highly recommend this property and will absolutely be back!

PANAMA DREAMIN
Shores of Panama Unit 801 is the perfect family condo. The pool area and location of the property are phenomenal. The staff was friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to book this same unit again. The corner units are definitely the best views. We walked to eat the first two nights...Pineapple Willy’s and The Wharf. The third night we drove only about 6 miles to Sparky’s. We love all three!

We loved this property! It is actually a lot bigger than it looks in pictures! Very clean & cute!
This property was perfect for our little getaway week! It was cute & clean & had everything we needed: Dishes, linens, towels etc. The washer & dryer were a huge bonus! The balcony & view of the ocean was PERFECT!! The check in process was easy but the parking passes & “wrist bands” were difficult to obtain (not sure if that’s on the owner or VRBO). Over all though, it was a great place to stay! We have written down the address & property ID & will definitely be back!

A great escape from the frozen tundra in the midwest. The condo was exactly as presented and the views of the beach and sunsets were beautiful. The staff at Emerald properties were very accomodating and responsive.We plan to go back next winter.

The staff where very pleasant and helpful. And very friendly. The view of the Beach and Gulf was perfect!! The Condo was very clean, neat, and comfortable. Decorated nicely. The Kuuerig coffee maker did not work, the closet door in the Master was off the track, the Blind could not be lowered either. Would love to stay again in the future. Really enjoyed our stay at the Shores of Panama, our condo 'Panama Dreamin' was great. Would definitely rent this unit again. It was clean, furniture was comfortable, kitchen had everything you needed, washer and dryer worked great. All the beds were comfortable and plenty of room for the 5 of us. View was great!!!! It was a little crowded,the condo allows for day renters to use the amenities, which I can understand, but it made it a little more crowded. All in all it was a great stay.

Excellent
We shouldn't have needed to pay a double booking fee! One to VRBO and one to the hotel. The hotel was great and the air condition problem was resolved with maintenance quickly. Great location. Was disappointed that toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, small dish soap, coffee filters and dishwasher soap wasn't provided. The TV controller batteries went out and housekeeping handled the problem quickly. Will definitely use VRBO again in planning a trip.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Condo 801 at The Shores of Panama. The decor in this unit is very unique and warming. Most amenities you could ever need are right at your finger tips. It was very clean and the location was great. The unit is just a short 5 minute walk to Pinapple Willys and Dip and Dots for the kids. The security staff at the building were very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of during spring break week. The only drawback we had at all was the $30 per day cost to use the pool. We found that this is not the Condo owners choice and the developer has monopolized the pool and beach area for greedy profits. With that aside we would definitely recommend staying in Unit 801. The owners and property managers are wonderful people!

Sarah Condos, First I would like to thank you for accommodating my family for our short stay! How lucky I was for someone to cancel!!!! My family has traveled a good bit and I do have to say that this is one of the most beautiful condos we have stayed in. It has all the comforts of home in a very tastefully, and I assume professionally, decorated setting. The view from the balcony is awesome. The beds were very comfortable (and might I add - bed bug free!!! I make no apologies because I always check ;-)) the condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The beaches were as pretty as I had ever seen them the first day, then a little seaweed moved in, but definitely NO OIL!!!!!! I look forward to returning to stay here again!!!! This unit is perfectly positioned within Shores on the 8th floor. It is on the same side as the parking garage, so you park in their 8th floor assigned spot and walk right to the unit without using an elevator. It is right on the ocean and the balcony wraps on the opposite side of the pool, which is great so you don't have the pool noise. The unit is nicely appointed and the pictures are spot on for what you can expect. We'll definitely stay in this unit again.

Wonderful Condo !! Beautiful view of the of the gulf. Very comfortable for family.
We loved the beautiful cond. Wish I was back there now. Mr Hugh and Mrs Sarah were very promt in returning my e-mail. The whole family had plenty of roon. Great place to stay.
