Beautiful Condo E7
The condo at Sugar Beach E7 was perfect in every way. All amenities you could ever need during a weeks stay. Beach was just a few steps away! We brought our little dog with us this time and the property is very dog friendly! My husband and I absolutely loved staying here for our week of vacation!

We’ve been visiting PCB annually for the past 15 years and this is our 2nd time staying at Sugar Beach condos, but our 1st time staying at this unit. This one was very clean, quiet and had a very comfortable bed. We’ve stayed at other resorts in PCB, but prefer these condos because you have beach access, there is a pool, there is a grill (near the pool area), and the best part is that you can park right outside your door. No having to deal with waiting on elevators or toting luggages, or heaven forbid, forgetting something in your car. Another positive aspect of these condos is that there isn’t a huge crowd taking up the beach or pool area. This unit has free beach chair and umbrella at the beach too which is a huge plus. We will definitely be looking into this property again next year.

First Sugar Beach Stay

This is our first visit to Sugar Beach. We loved the-condo one of the cleanest I've ever seen! Everything was perfect! Beach, sun, sand, pool, pond...EVERYTHING! Thank you for allowing us to stay in such a wonderful place. PEACE!

This place was amazing. A nice quick walk to the beach. Everything matched the photos perfectly. Only thing is the sofa bed could be upgraded but everything else was great, kitchen was well stocked we had more than enough towels & rags, I would definitely book again!

Probably the best property I've stayed at in Panama Beach and I go every year the same time. The property was amazing very clean and decorative and comfortable. Downstairs unit near pool and direct entrance to the beach. Great amenities and kitchen items. I will definitely try to get this same unit again.

Wonderful
We absolutely loved our condo. It’s a small community that is extremely well kept, quiet, safe and friendly. The location worked great for us, not being in a crowded area yet still close to everything. Some of the information needs to be updated in the emails when it comes to the checking in process and access to amenities but that didn’t affect our stay past the first 30 minutes.

Cute, clean, comfy, & convenient - the perfect little getaway
As frequent PCB visitors, we have stayed in MANY condos up and down the beach. We have never had such a wonderful experience as we did staying here! Everything from the room itself to the little thoughtful gestures from our host, we loved absolutely everything! This condo is very roomy to be a one bedroom, and the bathroom was spacious as well. The dishes, Tupperware, appliances, and the coffee pot were sparkling clean for our stay. The queen bed and the pull out couch were comfy and super clean! The convenience of walking up to our room from the beach and avoiding stairs with a 5 month old baby was probably our favorite part! We loved walking out in the evening time and listening to the frogs and watching the fish in the pond. Again, we have never had such a lovely experience as we did staying here & I can’t say enough how much I would recommend. This place really felt like home away from home!

Greatest gem at the beach!
We have stayed at this condo several times. It’s always clean! The short, easy walk to the beach is the best! Lots of nearby restaurants that you can walk to if you do not want to drive. And even more with a short few minutes drive. The condo is decorated beautifully. And Laura is a great owner! We will be back. Several times! Thank you, Laura! Miss it already!

We had such a nice time. Really enjoyed the condo. Just steps to the pool, tennis courts and beach. Walking distance to several restaurants. Beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We will definitely be back!

One of our best vacations!
I was absolutely amazed!!!! It was very nice and clean. The kids loved feeding the giant sized koi and turtles in the pond. Great food and good times within walking distance! Sugar Beach E-7 has to be my family favorite by far. I would definitely recommend this condo for any family wanting a great clean nice place to get away!!!!

Took the Grandkids to the beach!
This is the cleanest condo on the beach! We’ve stayed at “Ocean 7” on several occasions and always have a great stay! Laura, the owner, has gone over and above to make sure you have all you need in her beautifully upgraded condo. The kids loved the turtles and the koi fish that are in the pond right outside of the back door. The walk to the pool and the beach are one of the easiest in Panama City!! Literally just a few paved steps outside the door! Right across the street are great restaurants and fun things to do. Sugar Beach E7 is our favorite place to stay!

Hi Emerald Beach we checked out of Sugar Beach E7 a while ago! Thanks for everything we loved the location, tree frogs, fish/turtle pond, proximity to pool and beach and Emerald Falls Fun Park, beach chairs, and the decor landscape of sugar beach property grounds and our unit is amazing! The condo was lovely and in a great location for us! Only complaint we had was that the codes we were given in the check-in instructions did not work when we arrived, but Diane always answered the phone promptly and helped us right away. Overall a fantastic trip!

Perfect Place for couple/family of four!!
This rental has the cutest decor and is so nicely remodeled. My family and I enjoyed our stay her and would definitely stay here again. The beach is not far from the front door. Many restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. Highly recommended!!

This was the first time ever using Airbnb and we booked on short notice. The pricing was spot on and everything was provided exactly how it was listed. The provided description and photos of this condo were spot on and was actually more welcoming, homey and relaxing than we were expecting. If/when we decide to come back to Panama City Beach we will definitely try and reserve this condo and location again. I recommend this location and host to anyone who is looking for the best private family vacation spot in Panama City as it was quite, easily accessible to local restaurants and attractions for the family. We also made some new friends, I did not encounter any issues with other guests during the whole time we stayed here. We can not wait to go back again!!

We LOVED our stay! It was the total package! Super cute place & close to the pool, the beach, & plenty of attractions & places to eat! It was perfect for my family & had pretty much everything we needed for our stay already in the condo. I would definitely book again!
